Working w/ Rob was a great experience; he's a little high energy and needs to slow down sometimes but he is all about getting things done and providing a great product. Rob invited us to the restaurant location to taste the food, giving us a complimentary sampler and then sat with us for about 30 minutes to discuss our options. He even suggested things like making our own green salad so that we could order different sides from him. Great suggestion, cost saver and way to keep our guests well fed. There were 3 kinds of meat, slaw which I don't usually like but his is fantastic, mac n cheese, he provides the cutlery and plates, and wraps up any left overs for you to keep. Rob also negotiated with the golf course, which our venue backed up to, in order for him to bring the big BBQ down to our reception site so that the food would be piping hot when served. Of all the guest compliments, they complimented the food the most! Note: the price is based on serving 50 guests and included tax and 18% gratuity.
