We had our ceremony and reception and ICC this past Saturday and to say everything was a dream would be an understatement. We had been debating hiring a month or day of coordinator, but with Hannah as the venue coordinator, we didn't need to! She was absolutely fantastic and did such an amazing job making the planning process and the day flow seamlessly. On top of Hannah, the rest of the staff at the venue is amazing as well. Everyone raved about how great the food was and how beautiful the venue is (recently renovated too!) Not only is the inside beautiful, but the grounds are flawlessly maintained and perfect for photos, especially in the fall! Our day could not have been better. If you are looking for a venue, I highly reccommend ICC.

Sarah Wall was a DREAM to work with. I am a super type A (detail-oriented) person, and she answered every last one of our questions, without hesitation, and without getting frustrated. With the help of Alan & Bryce, she perfected every detail we requested for our day, and made it even more perfect than we had imagined. Not only that, the process was smooth and the day went seamlessly. My hubby and I are foodies, and all the food was mouthwateringly delicious, as well. We would absolutely recommend this gorgeous venue to anyone and everyone! Seriously . . . don't walk . . . RUN to book this venue! <3

Located minutes from Rochester, NY, Irondequoit Country Club is a stately venue that offers a splendid setting for weddings and other milestone occasions. This golf course and estate have featured refined amenities and high-quality service for over a century, inspired by the villas of Rochester’s East Avenue. In 1916, the founders of what would become Irondequoit Country Club decided to seek out a site for their project. Renowned Scottish architect Donald Ross was ultimately selected as the designer of the initial golf course, while famed architect Herbert Stern designed the original clubhouse. Fire damage in 1929 led to the original building’s replacement by an Art Deco structure. In 2006, members decided to add a new chapter to the club’s story, with plans for a new clubhouse being voted in. Over the years, additional facilities for golf, tennis, swimming, and many other leisure activities have been introduced to enhance these grounds. Today, this property can be the site of your nuptials, set in well-furnished reception rooms and amid 130 acres of immaculately manicured views. Irondequoit Country Club is waiting to host your truly spectacular wedding day - from your romantic ceremony to the final farewell speech at your reception. You can exchange your vows surrounded by your loved ones, engulfed by stunning natural scenery. Intimate spaces are available to suit smaller wedding parties, such as the secluded Garden Room and the flexible Donald Ross Room. ect and the grounds are beautiful. Kathie was our wedding coordinator and I cannot say enough positive things about her and her staff at ICC. From our initial meeting throughout the entire planning process and all through the day of our wedding, she was professional and exceptional in all that she did. She understood that I had a whole vision in mind for our wedding and she made it happen and always put me at ease when I was feeling a little nervous or overwhelmed about something. When there was an issue with our chair rentals the day of the wedding, she handled everything on the back end without me ever knowing to ensure that my vision still came to life. The food was phenomenal as well. Typically meals that are mass produced at venues like this are sub-par, but EVERYTHING that we had at our wedding was delicious. The compliments keep pouring in from our guests on how great their meals and appetizers were and how gorgeous the venue was. We were able to have the wedding of our dreams thanks to Kathie and Irondequoit Country Club. We are still riding the high and reliving all of the wonderful memories from our perfect day at ICC. We cannot thank Kathie and her staff enough!

ght possible for (let's be honest) "wedding food"! We have receive compliments on the staff, the venue, the professionalism, the list goes on. What a wonderful place to celebrate a marriage. Jenna, the Event Coordinator, is so amazing to work with. She listened to our vision of our reception and implemented it flawlessly. From the signs all over the venue, to the picture frames scattered throughout, to the Memorial Table, to the Centerpieces and Head Table, Jenna made sure every single detail of the reception was completed perfectly. I loved every moment of our wedding and it is a HUGE THANKS to ICC!! We will recommend them to anyone, any day! What a wonderful event they hosted for us.
