tch. The physical venue itself is beautiful and we couldn't have asked for more. Getting married Labor Day weekend, we had a bit of a warm and humid day, and the facilities were air conditioned perfectly and our guests were comfortable from start to finish. The bridal and groom suites didn't leave us wanting for anything, and the getting ready spaces were perfect. We truly can't recommend Irongate enough, and are so happy with our decision to choose them as the venue for our special day.

Rachel was very prompt with her responses, confident with answers (which made me confident), so pleasant / helpful with my vendors, did all of my decor setup wedding day, collected my decor/cards & gifts/ leftover food and locked it in her office for us to grab that night and leave without the worry of having to collect it all ourselves, and on my wedding day she was there from 8AM-10:30PM helping with literally everything. All of IronGate staff was so accommodating too and so helpful with our guests and family. The venue was SO clean and omg smelled so good with the cleaning on our wedding day and candles lit. 100% recommend IronGate Equestrian Center for any couple who wants a beautiful venue, great staff and an overall perfect experience. We just cannot stop reminiscing the day. <3

Alyssa was also incredibly helpful and was there to help in every way possible! Neither one of us has ever been married before and we really haven't attended many weddings but I can not tell you how many of our loved ones are STILL talking about how amazing this venue was, how attentive and hard working the staff was, and how much fun they had! I cannot say enough about Rachel's attention to detail and determination to make that day the best day of my life!!

ue. The space is magnificent and magical. My husband and I elected to have the full planning package with full coordination for our wedding, and I cannot recommend this enough! Rachel Nyhart was our coordinator and she helped us plan every single thing down to the small details. I could not have done it without her to talk to constantly! Not only is Irongate simply beautiful, but I personally was a bride with a vision that I wanted to see come to life. I told Rachel I really wanted a forum/table set up to display my mom's wedding dress, my dad's military uniform, my grandmother's wedding dress, and my mother in law's wedding dress all displayed on white mannequins. I wanted a museum feel to it so our guests could read about our families and look at the various dresses during cocktail hour. Rachel was so accommodating and said this wouldn't be a problem and together we made it happen! So many people commented on how unique this display was and how they had never seen it before. As I said above it, was truly my dream come to life! I wish I had a picture, it was stunning. In addition to that, I told Rachel we wanted a live band, a candy station, his and hers drinks themed after our dogs, a cold brew station, and Jeni's ice cream at our wedding, and she made it ALL happen!! I had so many details planned in my head for years and everything I ever wanted became a reality thanks to Irongate and Rachel! Having a live band is a lot of extra work and very tricky to pull off, but it all worked out perfectly thanks to Rachel. I also want to add that we selected to have a sparkler send off as part of our package for the wedding, and due to a winter blizzard, we could not do this because the sparklers would not light. Irongate gave us a refund for this cost due to the weather issues, and we appreciated this excellent customer service. Our wedding at Irongate was truly the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! Many of our guests for the weeks and months afterwards have told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I was the happiest bride in the world and I wish I could relive the day again and again!

She worked so well with our other vendors and did her best to problem solve and help us whenever we needed it. Irongate is such a unique space and the details throughout the space just added a beautiful touch to our wedding. We loved their selection of table / reception decor that can be added to your contract as it made decorating for our event so much easier. The in-house calligraphy and signage was wonderful too! Everyone loved the venue and all the little touches. We would definitely recommend this space to others if it fits within your budget!

However, when we opened the doors at IronGate we were greeted by Rachel Nyhart and as we went throughout our tour we were awestruck by the fact that we did not see a single piece of trash, dirty glass, or leftover clothing from the night before. We asked if there had been a wedding there the night before and she said “yes”. Rachel was extremely personable, understanding, and helpful when it came to planning our wedding. She was also there for the entire wedding day to help out however she could without being overbearing at all. We have been amazed with how on top of everything she was and how kind she was! She truly made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process despite of how nervous I was! Our wedding day was perfect and we can’t thank Rachel and the people at IronGate enough!!

tails and made this day special for me. We went with the complete coordination package and it was worth EVERY penny. We went into this day with NO stress at all and it was beautiful. Rachel and her team went above and beyond the entire day to ensure we were having the day we dreamed of. Our guests loved the venue and have not stopped talking about how much fun they had. We opted to stay in the rental cabins on property the night before and the night of, which gave our wedding party a home-base and made the logistics of the day even easier. Thank you Irongate!!!!
