We're so glad we went with Isabel and Peony Event Planning for our wedding. Aimee and Norma were incredibly helpful, kind, and consistently on top of every detail, which was a huge relief for us since both my wife and I have ADHD. They were a valuable resource throughout the process and had great connections to catering that made planning much easier. One of our favorite details was the custom wedding cake decorations they made out of acorns, which were incredibly cute and thoughtful. Our wedding was a big success, and we genuinely couldn’t have done it without their help.

My daughter’s wedding had a lot of moving parts, and like most mothers, I wanted her to have the most beautiful wedding, with the least amount of stress. Our planners were experienced, patient, detail oriented and very creative. I highly recommend these two ladies.

remely attentive throughout the whole process and very patient with me and all of my requests. They made me feel at ease and like I didn't have to worry about anything leading up to the day. They both balance each other out very well, and it was a joy to work with them.

They attended venue visits with us and helped us understand what prices made sense for a space or if we were getting overcharged. And of course, they were absolute pros on the day of the event—they handled every single detail with perfection, allowing us to actually enjoy our moment without stress. A huge shoutout to Aimee for saving the day when we found out our wedding venue wasn't available for the rehearsal; she found us a last-minute alternative that worked out perfectly.
My only complaint is that getting a hold of them between our first few meetings and crunch time (about 2 mo. before the wedding) was a bit challenging but they absolutely made up for it when it mattered most and the result was flawless. If you want a team that will fight for your vision (or come up with one entirely for you), and execute seamlessly on the big day, these are your girls!

al planning package since I already had my venue, caterer, and major vendors booked plus had a solid vision of what I wanted (but no idea how to execute it). Aimee and Norma were wonderful in guiding me through the planning process, communicating with my vendors to make sure everything was set up correctly, and sharing their valuable experience and suggestions about the million and one little things that go into planning a wedding. On the day of my wedding, they truly went above and beyond, even making arrangements with the venue to come in before our access started to make sure everything was set up correctly, and keeping everything on track and running smoothly until the very end so my husband and I could enjoy our wedding. Thank you, Thank you, Aimee and Norma for all you did. I am so happy that I chose you both to be our planners.

of them and keep you on schedule throughout your day, and make your wedding absolutely stunning—look no further. These guys were worth every dollar. (And they were affordable!) They were always available and responsive. We hired them as month-of/day-of coordinators but they really went above and beyond. They never pushed their vision or agenda, they worked with us to get to know what we wanted and really helped us execute that plan. Aimee had a family emergency on the day of our wedding and it was no problem because Norma stepped in and just blew us away with all she did for us. We can’t thank or recommend these two enough. If you’re looking for a coordinator or a planner, work with these guys.

Norma and Aimee are professional, attentive to detail, and hard working. My wedding ceremony and reception were outdoors and had AC in a tent, requiring a generator, and thanks to ...
them calling each vendor to confirm all details, we were able to catch that one of the contracts wasn't finalized. If it hadn't been for them, I would have wasted thousands of dollars with AC units that had no way to be powered, and my guests would have suffered.
It was very helpful that they were a part of rehearsal and that they helped put decorations and guide helpers the day of the wedding. They had a great artotude and were very helpful. We had so many details and moving pieces, plus half of our guests only spoke Spanish. I was happy that they were able to speak with both sides of the family and that they dressed up very nicely to fit in with our dress code.
I highly recommend Norma and Aimee. They checked in throughout the year, gave some advice, and were very helpful the week of the wedding, even being prepared with printed out materials that I had shared with them digitally. At the end, they made sure everything was packed up and ready when the party ended, and they kept us on schedule. Thank you Norma and Aimee!

uld have changed was we would have hired them to be full wedding planners.
They helped manage the communications with the vendors the month of, they understood our decor vision and did a great job executing it, they understood the vibe we wanted. They also helped assuage stress when our photographer got Covid the day before our wedding.
10/10 definitely hire them. They’re a great team, their dynamic is fantastic, and they are wonderful.

o glad that we did! Before the wedding they contacted our vendors and made sure we were all set for the big day. The day of the wedding they set up all the tables and decorations, which included using a six-foot ladder to put the fabric at the altar. They made sure we had all of our family for photos, kept us to our timeline and asked if we wanted to stick to it, and so much more behind the scenes that we didn’t see. We got to enjoy our wedding and guests since Aimee and Norma took care of everything. I highly recommend them!
