I got married in August and hired Isabelle Kline Design to plan a small but extravagant wedding in Snowmass, Colorado. Isabelle referred me to an exceptional caterer, DJ, and rentals and made the wedding of my dreams happen with all my requests, color combos, etc. It rained on my wedding day, however, instead of rushing to move my ceremony inside (which was not something I wanted), she held off until the very last minute monitoring the rain until it subsided. Well, as luck would have it, the rain stopped, the sun came out one hour before the ceremony, and we had the outdoor ceremony as planned! I am so grateful for Isabelle's attention to detail and professionalism throughout the planning process and her calm demeanor while I felt like a nervous wreck! I can't say enough good things about Isabelle and have personally recommended her to so many friends since our planning stages because she's that good. She'll be the best decision you make for your wedding planning journey, I promise you that. My husband and I will be forever grateful!

We met every month until my wedding, either on Zoom or in person, gradually accomplishing tasks well ahead of time. Her wealth of knowledge about vendors, flowers, and my venue and her clear communication with everyone throughout the planning process made everything so easy. Isabelle paid utmost attention to every little detail. Her team set up a champagne tower, a greenery wall with my neon sign, fresh flowers on my cake, and a stunning vintage mirror for my guest seating chart. She is a perfectionist, only wanting the best for her brides. Everything was complete for my wedding a few weeks before, so I was not stressed a single bit the week leading up to my wedding. I was able to fully relax and not worry about a thing on my wedding day because Isabelle had taken care of everything. When I saw the flower arch Isabelle and her team put together for me, it took my breath away. I have never in my life seen such beautiful flowers. They were the most gorgeous colors and were perfectly placed for my ceremony and inside throughout the reception area. Isabelle created stunning tables with high floral centerpieces and many candles, exactly what I wanted. Isabelle executed my wedding timeline flawlessly, and her entire team including her sweet daughter were so professional and extremely hard-working. She made my wedding everything I dreamed of and more. Isabelle Kline is the most inspirational woman I have ever met. She is the kind of person you want to be friends with forever. I will forever be so grateful that she was my wedding planner, and I could not imagine planning my wedding without her.

Isabelle and her assistant truly made my dream wedding come true. She did everything for us, from the wedding planning a year out, to all the details and organization day of, including my flowers (which I still get compliments on as the most beautiful florals at a wedding). Isabelle was such a huge help making our wedding a reality. From a planning perspective, everything leading up to our wedding day was easy thanks to Isabelle. We aren’t the most artistic/creative, so being able to see inspiration boards of wedding decor in the theme and colors we wanted made it easier to visualize what we were looking for. All of the information we needed to make decisions on was given up front, making the planning process easier to integrate into our already busy lives. When the pandemic postponed our wedding not once, but twice, she was not only able to retain everything that we already had arranged with the original dates, but she was also able to secure the remaining items that we had not finalized yet, making the changes easier to deal with. When we lost our original DJ due to unforeseen circumstances about 3 months from the wedding, she was able to find an awesome replacement in a day. Thanks to Isabelle and her team, our wedding day went so smoothly from the minute the bridal party started doing their hair and makeup early in the morning, all the way until the end of the reception, hopping from event to event on time. Everything from our corsages/boutonnieres to the reception decor was exactly how we envisioned our wedding theme to be. We will forever be grateful to Isabelle for hanging in there with us during these difficult times and making our long anticipated wedding something our families and friends will remember for the rest of our lives.

Where do I even begin? Isabelle truly was a fairy godmother for us! Isabelle was with us every step of our journey (ahem, a 3 year long engagement due to COVID!). We were planning our wedding all the way from Boston, and we truly could not have done it without Isabelle and her team. From the first meeting to our send-off at the end of the night, Isabelle was a dream to work with! My venue was a bit tricky in terms of the ceremony and reception locations being a bit far from each other, which could have created some logistical issues for set up. But Isabelle and her team are so efficient and well-organized that it didn't matter at all. Not only was she my coordinator, but also my florist. And let me just say that the flowers were stunning and I continue to get compliments from my guests. I gave her my vision and she ran with it beautifully - I felt like I walked into a fairytale when I saw the final set-up! I could not be happier with the day and how everything turned out. I really hate giving this a poor review. I really liked working with Isabelle in the beginning she was very attentive and responsive. As time went on I would have to repeatedly ask to send me things like an update of our timeline and link for guest bags. I eventually had to redo the timeline for the wedding myself and send it to her. Overall she was a great wedding planner to work with up until the wedding. The main concern was on the day of the wedding. We also hired her as our florist. Unfortunately our flowers were not anything close to what we had ordered. I was heart broken on the day of. I had discussed with her using white and taupe flowers. All my arrangements had white, yellow and pink flowers. The groomsmen boutonnières were supposed to be just greenery but they received this red thistle that was wilting instead. The pergula decorations were also not what ordered. She was so busy with the flowers that she didn't do her job as a wedding planner. I hardly saw her the morning of the wedding, she wasn't there to tell any of the bridal party where to be and when. She didn't get my wedding programs to the greeters so those were never handed out. Also almost didn't get the ring box I had given her to the best-man. She was responsive with fixing the flowers on the day of the wedding once I was disappointed and the reception decor was stunning. I think hiring her as florist and wedding planner was too much. I believe as a wedding planner alone, she would have been amazing the day of.

From the very beginning, Isabelle's expertise was invaluable as she was able to offer suggestions and ideas that I never would have thought of myself. Isabelle helped tremendously with the décor of the wedding - offering great design ideas and providing very reasonable prices for the décor work that her team provided. For the actual wedding, Isabelle was the reason the day went smoothly. She contacted all vendors within the week of the wedding to ensure everything was on track and during the wedding day, she kept everyone exactly to schedule so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Isabelle is extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding.

I truly could not have asked for a better planner. From start to finish Isabelle was willing to be as involved or as not involved as I wanted. I was able to take the reins on some of the planning with her guidance which was so fun for me, and then when I asked her to take care of other aspects she did so so efficiently. Isabelle Kline is AMAZING! Not only is she so kind, empathetic, and compassionate, but she is also one of the most creative people I know. After my now-husband and I cancelled our wedding due to COVID-19, I started planning our mini-ceremony with just immediate family. It was a fairly daunting task until I found Isabelle. As soon as we connected via email and I explained my goals, vision, and sent some inspo images, I felt that she immediately understood what I was going for, and turned my vision into an even more gorgeous reality. Every time I had an idea -- like an outdoor spot to get married at in our AirBnB -- she took that idea, built upon it, and created something even more gorgeous. The dreamy, romantic wedding I had envisioned was brought to life in what truly felt like a fairytale setting. Every candle she picked, every flower, every napkin--it all worked so perfectly together. I got soooo many compliments on our dinner set-up (Isabelle), my floral hairpiece (Isabelle), bouquet (Isabelle)... the list goes on :) She even went above and beyond to put the extra little touches (like mini-bouqets instead of name tags for our dinner), and she stayed all night, sneakily cleaning in the background so that my husband and I didn't have to worry about it when we woke up after our wedding. She coordinated with the other vendors so that on the day of, I didn't have to worry about anything except me and my partner. She was super safe--wearing a mask the whole time and encouraging other vendors to do the same--super organized, and super flexible. I cannot recommend Isabelle Kline enough!

Phenomenal. Isabelle blew it out of the water for our big day! I wanted something special and unique for the altar, but I wasn’t exactly sure what. Being super indecisive, I didn’t give her a whole lot to go off of, but she managed to create the most stunning flower circle arch for us. I loved it! My husband and I were both born and raised in the south (MS and GA) and moved to CO about 10 years ago, so naturally we wanted our wedding to reflect our southern upbringing. Isabelle nailed it! She incorporated our southern roots with a Colorado twist perfectly. She was the link that tied all the little details together and made our wedding a true reflection of us. Isabelle Kline and Isabelle Kline Designs exceeded ALL of our expectations of what a wedding planner could and should be! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that we had the wedding we’ve always dreamed of and more! From our first phone interview, I instantly knew that I have found someone that can execute our wedding vision and will address any concerns and reservations we may have. Our wedding was a destination wedding not only for us, the Bride and Groom but for the entire wedding party, family and guests. Isabelle made sure that everyone attended had a wonderful and memorable time. Isabelle is one of a kind! She is phenomenal not only in her profession but most importantly as an individual. She is very talented, genuine, kind, patient and honest. She paid close attention to our budget and made sure that we are spending our money appropriately to the right place that matters the most. She has an outstanding vendor recommendations and will find you someone that best suits your personality and needs. Throughout our wedding planning process I had a very open and easy communication with Isabelle. She handled ALL our vendors efficiently and communicated with them constantly. One of our wish was to have a winter wonderland “Save the Date” photo surrounded by snow. Soon after our first conversation, Isabelle immediately recommended the best photographer for us, closely monitored the weather and within a week time my now Husband and I flew from Houston to Colorado to have the most perfect photo for our “Save The Date” invitations. She also found a videographer for us that was willing to do a “Same Day Video Edit” for all the guests to watch during the reception. It added a nice touch to our wedding and we were all able to see how the whole day unfolded in one video. On the day of our wedding, Isabelle orchestrated the whole event smoothly and effortlessly. From organizing all the out of town guests, multiple vendors, decorating a separate wedding ceremony site and at the same time supervising both the bride and groom’s preparations and separate pre-ceremony photo shoots. Everything was perfect from pre-wedding preparations, ceremony and reception. No wedding is ever too big or too small for Isabelle. Isabelle will ensure that your wedding will be stress free, unique, beautiful and will leave a lasting impression to you and all of your guests. We are extremely thankful to have found her!

I can’t say enough good things about Isabelle! She was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. She made the process so easy, and made all of our wedding wishes come true. Her and her team were truly amazing, and made the day of our wedding run so smoothly and stress free- Isabelle is like the fairy godmother of wedding planners! We had complete faith in her, so much so that we were casually shopping in Costco the morning of our wedding to pick up some dog food. (If that doesn’t convey how easy she made it, I don’t know what does!)

Isabelle came highly referred to me by my bridesmaid and business partner, whose wedding Isabelle also planned. Isabelle was the best wedding gift I could have received and I plan to hire her again for my baby shower and would strongly urge any of my family and friends to use her for their special day. I had a difficult wedding - 130 guests, 9 bridesmaids, a venue in Malibu by the beach with strict code restrictions, a custom dress by a celebrity designer who was in attendance - and Isabelle pulled it all off without a hitch. My wedding would not have been the amazing event that my family and friends say they will remember forever without Isabelle. She is incredibly professional, yet caring and thoughtful and would do “whatever it takes” to pull it all together. She stepped up to find the perfect wedding photographer and, when I had a last minute DJ cancellation, stepped in to find an amazing replacement. I feel compelled to specifically mention her amazing table arrangements, bouquets which created a perfect ambiance for the event. Her creativity and attention to detail are absolutely apparent in her creating beautiful floral arrangements placed in ornate urns which completed the table settings. Of personal importance to me was Isabelle’s ability to calm and reassure me when I could have otherwise felt overwhelmed. She managed to exceed my expectations and stay within my budget by spending money in the “right” places while finding creative ways to save costs. As I mentioned, the wedding venue had very strict codes and Isabelle made certain there were no mistakes and I was not charged any fees or penalties. I have already recommended her to other friends and I would recommend her for anyone looking for an incredible, special wedding memory. She is someone who has become my friend, confidant, and someone whom I respect as a professional.

Isabelle and her team pulled our wedding together in less than four months...every aspect. Isabelle brings creativity, professionalism, and your vision to life. Every detail was meticulous, intentional and so beautifully connected. Our wedding looked like it was straight out of a magazine. Isabelle is personable, kind, patient and works hard for you.
