When the pandemic postponed our wedding not once, but twice, she was not only able to retain everything that we already had arranged with the original dates, but she was also able to secure the remaining items that we had not finalized yet, making the changes easier to deal with. When we lost our original DJ due to unforeseen circumstances about 3 months from the wedding, she was able to find an awesome replacement in a day. to send me things like an update of our timeline and link for guest bags. I eventually had to redo the timeline for the wedding myself and send it to her. Overall she was a great wedding planner to work with up until the wedding. The main concern was on the day of the wedding. We also hired her as our florist. Unfortunately our flowers were not anything close to what we had ordered. I was heart broken on the day of. I had discussed with her using white and taupe flowers. All my arrangements had white, yellow and pink flowers. The groomsmen boutonnières were supposed to be just greenery but they received this red thistle that was wilting instead. The pergula decorations were also not what ordered. She was so busy with the flowers that she didn't do her job as a wedding planner. I hardly saw her the morning of the wedding, she wasn't there to tell any of the bridal party where to be and when. She didn't get my wedding programs to the greeters so those were never handed out. Also almost didn't get the ring box I had given her to the best-man. She was responsive with fixing the flowers on the day of the wedding once I was disappointed and the reception decor was stunning. I think hiring her as florist and wedding planner was too much. I believe as a wedding planner alone, she would have been amazing the day of.
