Isabelle Kline Designs

ticularly if you are planning a wedding with a lot of logistics and moving pieces. She is experienced, incredibly professional, creative, focused and completely unflappable. Most importantly, she listens. She takes the time to understand the bride and groom’s vision, the family dynamics and, very importantly, the budget. One of the things I appreciated most about working with Isabelle is that I never felt that she was trying to upsell us. Quite the opposite. She was always very honest about what our budget could realistically achieve and remarkably clever about finding ways to create the effect we wanted without spending unnecessarily. For example, flower arrangements that Isabelle designed and used during the ceremony were beautifully repurposed in the reception. When we decided that chargers were simply not where we wanted to spend our money, Isabelle found another creative way to make the place settings feel elegant and complete. There were so many examples like this throughout the planning process. She understood where something mattered and where we could save without compromising the beauty or quality of the experience. But I think you truly discover the value of an exceptional wedding planner when something doesn't go according to plan - because inevitably, something won't. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, we had unexpected situations arise with two important vendors for completely understandable personal and medical reasons. Isabelle provided the calm that we needed so close to the wedding day. She communicated sensitively between everyone involved, reassured us, found solutions and, most importantly, allowed us to enter the wedding weekend feeling excited rather than frazzled or worried. She is a master of diplomacy and calm. And then there was the wedding itself. It was magical. Truly magical. Isabelle orchestrated an incredibly complicated day with such grace and professionalism that, as a family, we were simply able to be present and experience it. That is an enormous gift. Having now worked with Isabelle on two of our children’s weddings, I can say with complete sincerity and confidence that I would entrust her with one of the most important days in our family’s life again without hesitation. She has surprised and impressed us repeatedly with her professionalism, creativity, resourcefulness and kindness. These days are enormously meaningful to families. There is so much emotion, anticipation, expense and love wrapped up in them, and the person you choose to guide you through that process matters tremendously. Isabelle understands that responsibility, and she carries it beautifully. We are deeply grateful to Isabelle and her team for helping us create another extraordinary celebration for our family. I recommend Isabelle wholeheartedly and without reservation. I would be more than happy to personally vouch for her to anyone considering working with her.

y wedding in London and I’m from the US. I was so nervous to get married out of the country but she planned it all so beautifully and truly the day was spectacular and just a dream come true. She is so good at communicating, will give you her honest opinion in the sweetest way and always fight for you to get the best vendors and have the best experience overall. I’m so sad my wedding is over because I truly loved getting to work with her. I could go on for days about all the great things about her. She really is the best!! She is a dream wedding planner and I highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

the very first call, we knew we were in the best possible hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Isabelle. We had countless Zoom calls with her in the lead-up to our wedding, and she handled every single detail with such grace, patience, and care. Our wedding was particularly complicated to plan, with the ceremony taking place on a small island and the reception back on the mainland in Lake Garda. When this challenge was raised by our planner, Isabelle instantly put us at ease. She simply said, “Let us worry about the details, you focus on enjoying the lead up to your wedding.” Those words alone brought such calm to what could have been a stressful process. Isabelle offered her professional advice every step of the way, guiding us through difficult decisions on colours, floral designs, cutlery, chairs, table linens, candles, and every small detail in between. Her eye for design and her creative instinct are beyond anything we could have imagined. Now… the flowers and décor. WOW. I am genuinely lost for words. Isabelle personally delivered my bridal bouquet, the bridesmaids’ bouquets, and the groomsmen’s buttonholes to my suite on the morning of the wedding, a personal touch I will never forget. When I saw my bouquet for the first time, it took my breath away. Then came the ceremony… as I walked down the aisle and finally saw the full floral set-up, I was absolutely overwhelmed. It was the most beautiful sight I have ever seen in my entire life. The pastel tones, the elegance, the perfect balance, it was everything we’d dreamed of and more. The two stunning half arches, the flowers lining the aisle, every arrangement, it all looked like a dream brought to life. After the ceremony, Isabelle and her incredible team seamlessly transported all the flowers back to the mainland and transformed our wedding breakfast and drinks area into something out of a fairy tale. It was beyond words. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how breathtaking everything was, every petal, every candle, every detail was perfection. Isabelle, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. You were such an integral part of our wedding, more than just a florist or designer, you became a friend. Everything was more beautiful, more magical, and more us than we ever could have imagined. We will never, ever forget you. You truly have friends for life. ❤️ With all our love, Abigail and Gavin Phillips xx
