They were so easy to work with and answered all my questions! They were able to work with our delivery and set up times. Definitely recommend!
Isanti rental took my tent order with a heater, but didn't bring sides to the tent. They let us pick them up the day before our reception, but couldn't help us install it. It was a mess. It was particularly windy, so they should have been staked, but we were given no instructions. Everything was dirty. We had to wash off every chair. When we went to clean up, there were no instructions to how to stack 150 chairs and tables. The worst part was it was freezing with just one heater. The staff promised the tent would be warm enough with one heater. They didn't apologize, they didn't seem to care,
Tent was great, tables were great as well as chairs. Tracy in the office was wonderful. She was great to work with.
I love using this place for my rental needs, they keep their equipment in excellent condition, are very accommodating to my needs and are very easy to work with. I use this service yearly for other events and love them!
Very friendly service and very accommodative.
We got our stage and some decorations to go around the stage here. It was very resonable and we were able to pick it up and then bring it back.
We shopped around for the best prices, and Isanti was the most reasonable by far. Very personalized service, they let us know what quantities of materials we would need for our size of wedding. They did a very quick and professional job setting up and taking down.
