Anyone who has food sensitivities/allergies knows how difficult it can be to eat at weddings, especially dessert. As the bride, I wanted to make sure that myself and my guests would not have to worry about this. I turned to Isaura Bakery which is a dedicated gluten-free bakery. I was able to get a beautiful two-tiered cake that was covered in white and champagne colored fondant with some piping detail. It was a beautiful mini-wedding cake that was absolutely delicious. Later, my family and I had some of the leftovers and this discerning crew did not even realize that I had served them the gf/df cake! They delivered to my venue so I did not have to worry at all. The whole experience with this bakery was fantastic!
