Ishan and Preeti are the best !! We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! From our very first meeting, they were so friendly, professional, and really took the time to ...
understand exactly what we wanted. On the wedding day, they made everything feel effortless — calm, organized, and so much fun to be around.
The photos turned out beyond amazing! Every picture perfectly captured the emotions, laughter, and little moments that made our day so special. We asked for a certain style and they nailed it — even better than we imagined. Looking through the gallery felt like reliving the whole day all over again.
We’ve had so many compliments from our family and friends on how stunning the pictures are. We’re so grateful for the care, creativity, and love they put into their work. Truly the best choice we could have made for our wedding — we’ll cherish these photos forever!
From our engagement shoot to the final wedding video, choosing Ishan and Preeti as our photographers was, without a doubt, the best decision we made for our wedding. They didn't ju...
st capture moments; they captured the very soul of our love story, transforming fleeting seconds into cherished, timeless treasures!
On our wedding day, amidst all the beautiful chaos, Ishan and Preeti were a calming and thoughtful presence. It felt less like having vendors and more like having two incredibly supportive friends by our side, always ready to lend a hand and gracefully manage any stress. They are truly a dream team, working in seamless harmony to ensure every significant glance, every heartfelt laugh, and every precious detail was beautifully preserved. Even our guests couldn't stop raving about them, which speaks volumes about their warmth and professionalism.
What truly sets Ishan and Preeti apart is their unwavering dedication to making your vision a reality. The phrase "make it happen" could honestly learn a thing or two from them! We had our hearts set on specific shots, and they moved mountains (sometimes literally!) to ensure we got them. When the entrance to a desired photo spot was closed, Preeti, without hesitation, literally picked me up and helped me over the wall! And when our dream of an outdoor varmala seemed impossible due to locked doors, they simply said, "don't worry," and handled it. Thanks to their incredible determination, we got every single one of our dream shots.
When we finally received our wedding photos & video, we were absolutely overcome with emotion. They didn't just film an event; they captured the raw emotion, infectious energy, and all the beautiful little moments that made our day uniquely ours. We genuinely couldn't be happier with how it turned out—it's a masterpiece we'll cherish forever.
We wholeheartedly recommend Ishan and Preeti to anyone looking for photographers who are not only incredibly talented but also genuinely wonderful, determined, and supportive individuals. They are, quite simply, sooooo awesome!
We are so grateful to have had Ishan & Preeti as our photographers! We loved how our photos and album of the Sangeet & Wedding day came out. They both were so skilled in making us ...
and our families feel comfortable and enjoy having both posed and candid photos taken throughout all the events. Our families loved that they knew everyone's names and put all of at ease while also efficiently taking so many photos with friends, family, and guests. We also loved the mix of posed, artistic, and candid photos we received. We also loved how our album came out and the care they took to go over the design and photo selection with us!

hich put us at ease throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - their photos were beautiful, professional, and perfectly balanced, capturing all the special moments of our wedding in a way that felt natural and authentic, while also getting all the family shots and formal portraits. They worked with us to reschedule our engagement photos when we had weather issues, and really listened to our ideas for the couple portraits, helping us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Ishan & Preeti have an amazing ability to build rapport and make you feel at ease, which was invaluable on our big day. We are thrilled with the final photos and couldn't recommend them more highly!

ed. They were able to also capture so many candids in addition to our posed pictures. They worked so closely with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and were just a phenomenal team to work with.
Beautiful pictures and photography! The entire process has been smooth, well-planned, and clear since day one when I interacted with Ishan. I searched Google for good photographers...
for my wedding in NJ and came across Ishan and Preeti's portfolio. Personally, I believe pictures speak volumes, convey a story, and touch hearts if captured correctly. I rarely see that, but I fell in love with their photography when I saw their portfolio pictures.
I reached out to Ishan and was able to freely discuss the budget I had in mind and my expectations for the wedding pictures. He was very understanding, and we were able to determine that his team was a great choice given my requirements and limitations. Kudos to his team for being so attentive and capturing the tiny details throughout the entire wedding. It's rare to find photographers who focus on asking what the clients want for their big day, but Ishan and Preeti made sure to have regular check-ins (via online calls and offline web forms) to understand our needs. We wanted candid shots and family pictures to be a priority.
Looking at the pictures now, I am more than satisfied. Everyone who has seen them can't stop praising both the pictures and the photography. The candid shots are extraordinary, and the family portraits are fantastic, along with the wedding pictures that capture even the smallest details. The best part is that each family received their family picture, and we are all very happy.
Thank you, Ishan, Preeti, and your entire team for the beautiful pictures. You are extremely professional, and the quality of the pictures is outstanding.

What we got was beyond anything I could have asked for! On our wedding day, they were fun, gave us good suggestions, and really fit in seamlessly throughout the night. Every photo felt completely natural. When we received our photos we were blown away. The photos came out absolutely gorgeous. We’ve had so many people compliment them. This is all thanks to Ishan and Preeti! I wouldn’t even think twice about hiring them if you’re looking for photographers. They will add so much to your wedding day and the memories for years to come!!

Ishan and Preeti were our favorite vendors to work with by far and we became great friends along the way as well! They went above and beyond and helped us with timing our hectic wedding day to ensure we were able to stay on schedule, but also capture all of the special moments along the way without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
We cannot recommend Ishan and Preeti enough and are still raving about our photos from the wedding! We would highly recommend them to everyone for any event, and hope to work with them in the future again!

onalities from our initial call all the way through our big day, and the photos turned out beautifully as a result (and, of course, as a result of their incredible craftsmanship). Even when we hit bumps in the road on the morning of our big day trying to figure out where to take photos and how to get there, Ishan and Preeti took the lead and organized it for us, letting us relax and enjoy our day. They also shared our finished photos quickly, and everyone we've shown the photos to have just raved about them. We highly recommend Ishan Fotografi to anyone looking to hire photographers you know will not only take incredible photos, but that you'll also have a lot of fun with along the way.
They say your photographers are the people you spend the most time with at your wedding, and we couldn’t be happier we chose Ishan & Preeti. From the moment we spoke with them, we ...
were instantly comfortable with their warm demeanor. When we did an engagement shoot six months prior to our wedding, we learned that they’ll stop at nothing for the perfect shot. At one point, Preeti suggested I take off my heels to climb onto a tall rock in Central Park and once I gained my balance, she slid my heels back on for me. They were right, the picture became one of our favorites. Ishan & Preeti were unbelievably awesome throughout our 3 days of wedding events - from keeping things light, being so kind to our families, literally keeping me warm when I was shivering in 40 degree weather on a rainy wedding day, being optimistic about the weather when we were losing hope (and indeed, the sun came out!), masterfully draping my outfit, and so, so much more. When it comes down to it, they’re just extremely cool people who are also INCREDIBLE photographers. We love them and couldn’t recommend them more!

asy to work with. They work together seamlessly and captured each key moment. They also provided useful tips regarding timing and scheduling, which can be a real challenge in south asian weddings. On the day of, we had some twists and curveballs and they adjusted without issue. They made us feel really comfortable in our photoshoots. They're professional and extremely easy to connect with. They also got our pictures to us within about a month, and we love their modern style. We will continue to recommend them, south asian wedding or not!

portant aspects of our wedding day and we knew we wanted to invest in the best. One of our close family friends had recommended Ishan Fotografi to us and from the first phone call, we knew we had found our photographers! They were truly with us every step of the way... from engagement photos, to helping build out our initial wedding day timeline, to moving effortlessly through our long list of family formals, and even to add on time to capture an end-of-night sparkler exit. All of our family and friends said how much they loved Ishan and Preeti and how lovely they were to be around. It's clear that they love what they do as it exudes out of every beautiful photo they shot for us. Throughout this process, they truly felt like family. It's honestly SO hard to pick a favorite photo from our wedding day because we love them all so much!!! We are eternally grateful to Ishan and Preeti and sincerely hope that our paths cross again. Without hesitation, we recommend them to everyone that we know. You will not be disappointed!

I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a top-notch, experienced set of professionals who truly know what it means to be wedding photographers. I have no doubt that I will meet them again at my friends' and colleagues' weddings. Thank you so much Ishan & Preeti! The wedding photos turned out beautifully!

us in a convenient location for our engagement shoot, and meticulously prepared for the wedding. On our actual wedding day they were both organized and flexible, even staying an additional 30 minutes of overtime at last minute's notice. The photos themselves were beautiful, and the webpage to view photos and purchase copies is easy to use. Overall, we give our highest recommendation for Ishan and Preeti!

a photographer for our photo shoots, Harry and I wanted to go with someone who can capture candids, natural light and right moments without much editing. Since, photos would be the only thing that would stay with us forever, we wanted to make sure we picked a team passionate about photography and understood the importance of photos. Ishan and Preeti's work fit right with our requirements and they did wonders capturing every little detail that effectively highlighted our special moments. They spent lots of time learning about our preferences, style and visions. Even helped suggesting vendors and guiding us through the wedding timeline as we didn't have a day of coordinator. They were really patient, respectful, helpful (pinned the drape, literally untangled us during pheras and so much more!), and thorough throughout our events, reminded us to be calm, enjoy every moment and quickly responded to changes during the events. So glad we worked with Ishan Fotografi and would definitely recommend them our family and friends!

hire a photographer. I could not be happier that we did and, more specifically, that we went with Ishan Fotografi. Ishan and his wife, Preeti, were incredible - they were professional and very warm. Neither my husband nor I are the most comfortable in front of the camera and they were able to put us at ease and shot a great combination of staged and candid pictures. Ishan and Preeti were flexible and generous with their time to make sure we were able to capture our most important moments. They were also quick to share the photos with us and we were absolutely thrilled with the final product.
We hired Ishan & Preeti to capture our wedding and we could not be happier. From the challenges of rescheduling multiple times due to the pandemic, through helping us plan our day,...
Ishan and Preeti were easy, fun, and knowledgable to work with. Despite the rain during our wedding, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure our comfort while capturing every moment of our intimate wedding. Preeti even climbed a few walls and was able to get exceptional shots. Their creativity and talent speaks for itself and is seen in each and every picture!
Ishan & Preeti were quick to respond and easy to communicate, and extremely professional. The turn around time for all the pictures was less 1 month, and so easy to access on their secure website!
What we liked most about our experience with Ishan & Preeti were how humble they were, and how enjoyable they made the process. They were by far our favorite to work with and this was easily the best decision we made. If you are considering to book Ishan Fotografi, I can assure you you will have no regrets. Ishan & Preeti will capture your event and you will have a great time working with them.
In our first phone call meeting with Ishan, he said "picking out your photographer is one of the most important decisions in wedding planning. You want to work with someone who can...
make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and bring out your genuine emotions on your special day even when you're feeling nervous and have butterflies" And that's exactly the kind of quality we found in this team.
We worked with Ishan Fotografi for three separate occasions: engagement ceremony, photoshoot and wedding (including pre-wedding events). Our engagement ceremony was captured by one of the assistant photographers, Shan. During the photoshoot we realized Ishan and Preeti were definitely the team we would like to move forward with. They were calm and were always enthusiastic about trying new shots. We had originally decided on 2 hours but did not feel rushed at all even if it took us a little longer to try out a few poses. This is when we got to know both of them a little more personally and developed a relationship, which made us even more comfortable and be our genuine selves.
Our wedding was one of the ones that was affected by Covid and with so much uncertainty going on, the one vendor we did not even have to think twice about was Ishan Fotografi. There was a period when everything was so iffy, and we had decided to cancel the entire wedding and just get court married. Even then the support we received from Ishan and Preeti was immense. After a million changes and as things got a little better in our area, we decided to have a mini ceremony with 50 people. The dates ended up working with their schedule and we were thrilled. Throughout the entire weekend, they handled everything so gracefully and professionally, making sure we were comfortable every step of the way, which took a lot of the pressure off of our hands. One of the pre-wedding events was captured by Shan and even he was calm, super flexible with our family and went above and beyond.
Picking out a photographer for your wedding is definitely important. With the Ishan Fotografi team, I never felt rushed and was made sure all of the shots I wanted were taken no matter how crazy they seemed even if it meant for Preeti to get on a chair/table to get that perfect portrait shot, Shan to repeatedly take shots of me twirling around with colored powder, and Ishan to get in the chaos of shoe-stealing to capture those candid moments. Working with them was a treat and we look forward to having them capture more special moments of our life in the future.
Ishan Fotografi are the best!
We worked with them for our engagement in late 2019. We were so impressed with his professionalism and photos that we decided to go with them for t...
he wedding (Sept 2020) as well! Ishan, Preeti & Team are friendly, open, and transparent. They are responsive, flexible, and are wiling to always go the extra mile to make sure the photos come out the way we want them.
We also did a photoshoot with them. I highly recommend them for it. Ishan and Preeti are really good at working with couples that are shy behind the camera. They guided us through a variety of shots, angles, and poses and it was well worth it.
In preparing for the wedding, especially during the chaos from Covid, the photography was the only component that we did not have to worry about. They handled everything so well that we had the chance to enjoy our wedding day and not focus about photography. They clearly know what they are doing and when and where they need to be to capture the best moments.
If you’re looking for an amazing team with lots of energy, experience, and professionalism, then look no further! They actually are invested in your event and the quality of their output reflects that. They also are very relatable, great at conversation, and have a great sense of humor!
I look forward to working with Ishan and Preeti again and will recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

From our first introduction phone call, Ishan and Preeti were incredible to work with. We were planning our upstate New York wedding from Denver and needed vendors who were respons...
ive and trustworthy. We were supposed to meet Ishan at my friend's wedding/at our engagement photoshoot but alas COVID happened and we weren't able to meet them until our wedding day. We also had to scale down our original package because of the much smaller event. Ishan was so flexible and helpful in every aspect throughout the replanning process - it made us so at ease. He even helped me find a hair/makeup stylist last minute!
The day of the wedding couldn't have gone any better. First, they captured some beautiful moments of us getting ready - particularly ones of me and my nieces (everyone knows how difficult it is to get good photos with kids). Then at the first look, they made us so comfortable with the photos. My husband and I have never taken pictures professionally before and we were pretty nervous because we usually look pretty awkward in posed photos - but that was not the case at all with Ishan/Preeti. My husband and I were laughing the entire time and not once felt awkward. They guided us so well, esp because they're married and were able to show us poses and made us look natural! I'm still in awe at how much joy/laughter/comfort they took in these photos - they really captured the essence of us as a couple.
Our ceremony is at the top of a mountain and requires going up the ski lift to get to the ceremony site and they were great sports about this - getting amazing photos of us going up/down the lift with the incredible views around us. The other challenge of our wedding was that all of our "wedding party" were 8 children between ages 2-13 and somehow Ishan/Preeti managed to get beautiful photos of them all - I especially love this one picture of us with all 8 kids. We also had some family formals following the ceremony and both our families loved how these turned out!
Overall, I highly recommend Ishan/Preeti if you want a fun photoshoot experience and photos that'll capture your day.
I was blown away buy my wedding photos! This dynamic duo did such an amazing job documenting our special day. Absolutely beautiful work!

them so much!! They were great about including our dog in our engagement shoot. As a husband and wife couple, they really do a great job showing you how to look your best together. They were super flexible, communicative, and got our wedding album turned around in under a month. n anyone else at your wedding with your photographers! We knew Preeti and Ishan had to be our photographers from the moment we met them because they both are such fun and relaxed people whom we could envision ourselves spending the most special day with! We absolutely loved working with them. They not only brought a great energy, they know how to work with big families and all the chaos that weddings inevitably bring, which was so important for us. They never said no to anything that was part of our vision even when other photographers would. They capture a good mix of documentary style pictures alongside classic pictures and they all look amazing! We would recommend them to all our friends and family!

mmend Ishan Fotografi to any couple looking for talented, thoughtful, creative, adventurous, understanding, professional, responsive and downright fun photographers!
I first got introduced to Ishan & Preeti a year before my wedding at another wedding they were shooting. I really liked their vibe/personality while working with the couple - they were really thoughtful in their approach and shots they took, had great ideas/visions and were really great at demonstrating poses for the couple because they're a couple themselves! I immediately reached out to them the next day to get to know them a bit more. Ishan and Preeti were very communicative from the beginning - answering any of our questions via email, text or phone call; inviting us to their place to see their work; asking us how the wedding planning was going; etc.
We got along with them instantaneously and knew we didn't want to book anyone else. Not only were Ishan & Preeti great photographers, but also GREAT company! We loved every minute of our engagement shoot with them. It can get a little awkward taking photos in public, but Ishan and Preeti made it super fun and relaxed. That kind of energy and vibe cascaded throughout the wedding weekend. We were so appreciative of this, especially because they knew how to help us navigate stressful situations as they arose throughout the weekend and made sure our photos still came out great! They also took the time to walk around our venue and scope out the best places to take the different types of photos we wanted.
We received our photos very quickly after the wedding. There are so many amazing shots we are having a hard time picking our favorites!! Definitely a good problem to have :) If we ever are in need of photographers again, we know exactly know who we'll be calling!

ow quite what your schedule should be to include pictures or the best locations within your venue, he has got your back. We were both super impressed by how professional and seamless the whole experience was. Our wedding pictures turned out phenomenal and we have gotten tons of compliments on them. Both he and his wife Preeti were a huge help throughout the wedding process. Preeti could not have been more clutch on the big day helping me with my dress. They are such an enjoyable couple to work with and have now become good friends of ours. Their design aesthetic is on point too! The thank you cards and album they designed for us could not have been more perfect! If you are looking for any easy to work with vendor, stunning photos and an overall awesome experience, book them today! Like right now! Before anyone else can!
Ishan Fotographi came highly recommended by our friends and from the moment we spoke to Ishan, we immediately knew that we wanted to work with him. Ishan and his wife, Preeti were ...
our photographers for our mehndi, ceremony and reception and were a DREAM to work with. From the moment they came to take our getting ready shots at 6 am, they made us very comfortable and and coached us on posing and standing in natural light that would help us get some incredible shots. They also were very quick on their feet - adapting throughout the day to get amazing shots - ie: from quirky shots when my husband's friends brought him a taco bell breakfast burrito to checking out hidden passages at our venue!
Since our wedding was in a literal polar vortex (Feb 1st!), the dynamic duo was extremely thoughtful in letting me sneak inside even for a couple of moments to warm up as we would be taking our first look shots outside the venue. We had preordered color bombs for that photoshoot and Ishan and Preeti created magic with those photos. Preeti also became my personal make up touch up lady as she would immediately come to the rescue to make sure none of the red kanku (powder) from the ceremony didn't stain and the pictures would be flawless.
During our reception photo shoot whilst cocktail hour was going on, Ishan and Preeti could tell I was visibly tired and did everything possible to make sure I was hydrated, laughing and having fun. They captured beautiful candid shots which were my priority, both of Ravi and I, but also of our guests, especially on the dance floor. The best part? We had our fully gallery within just a couple of weeks! I couldn't recommend Ishan and Preeti enough and look forward to booking them for a future event!

For our engagement photos, Ishan and Preeti were willing to drive around Westchester and take photos at numerous locations that meant something special to us. They are so creative with light and texture and are daring to go anywhere. We ended up making a guest book out of those photos and everyone gushed over them at the wedding.
And then our wedding day..Oh My Goodness. I have never seen such beautiful photos. We got married in Montauk and after our first look, we went out by the lighthouse and took photos over the bluffs. They are INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!
I put my wedding day schedule in the hands of Ishan and Preeti. They are not at all pushy but they will be assertive and direct others when necessary. They got great shots of Ryan and myself getting ready separately before the wedding with our wedding party. Preeti made sure to get photos of myself with my dog – which meant the world to me. They orchestrated our first look, which was perfectly private and then headed out to the lighthouse.
We got married at a yacht club and we had mentioned to Ishan how we would love a photo on a big yacht. He again rose to the occasion. We found friendly boat owners who let us board their ship and Ishan got photos of us opening champagne and drone photos of us lying on the bow. He thinks on his feet and comes up with awesome photos in any circumstance.
Ishan Fotografi really captured the highlights of the wedding perfectly. The photos were available by the time we were back from our honeymoon. We just received our album, which is not only breathtaking, but really tells the story of the wedding day.
I want to add how chill, fun and thoughtful this couple is. When we first met them we bonded over Trader Joe’s coffee – and soon after they sent us a box full of it!!! We were concerned about feeling awkward for our engagement album so they encouraged us to have a drink or two beforehand which did loosen us up! After shooting, we ended up hanging out over dinner, which was so fun and relaxing.
I highly recommend Isahn Fotografi for your wedding. They are the best wedding planning decision I made. I recently talked to a friend who paid over twice as much as we did and her photos are all the typical cheesy wedding photos…. Don’t make the same mistake!
Deciding to work with Ishan Fotografi for our wedding was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Ishan and Preeti felt like old friends instead of people we just met! T...
hey constantly made us feel comfortable and kept us laughing! They were very flexible and willing to work with us when we were trying to plan a wedding from different state. They were always there to answer any and every question we had and did it with a smile! The hardest decision we had to make was deciding which photographs to have printed from our engagement shoot and our wedding day because they were all breath taking.
I cannot say this enough..but booking Ishan Fotografi is a MUST!! They are professional, personable, and worth every penny. We love them!!
As soon as I booked my venue, the next thing I did was book Ishan and Preeti because I wanted to make sure they were available to photograph our wedding. Being a photographer mysel...
f, I knew photography was one thing I would be particular about, and I wanted the very best of the best. They captured our destination wedding in March of 2018 in Marco Island, Florida. Unfortunately it down poured on our wedding day, but you would never know from the vibrant images they delivered. They will go above and beyond to get the perfect shots, whether it is balancing on chairs, crawling on the ground, or shooting under umbrellas in the rain. We absolutely love all of the pictures. It is truly impossible to choose your favorities. To this day when people talk about about how amazing out wedding was, they always mention how wonderful out photographers were (my best friend even booked them for her wedding!) I highly recommend choosing Ishan Fotografi. They are beyond talented and truly made our wedding day special.
My husband and I got married last August and we hired Ishan and his wife for our engagement shoot and wedding. We don’t think there are enough words to describe how awesome they w...
ere. They made it fun and were incredibly easy going. They made sure everything I wanted was captured. We didn’t feel rushed at any point.
At our wedding, we were running behind schedule and limited on time. As a result, we had to take photos close to venue. They made it work. No one would know our photos were captured basically in a parking lot. We also had a downpour during the ceremony and at last minute, a tent was set up. The plans for group photos changed last minute due to the rain and not many locations indoor for photos. They quickly found new space for photos and made it work once again. You would never know looking at the photos we dealt with humidity that was greater than 90%.
Our pictures are all amazing and we have a hard time picking photos to print as they all are so good. So many great moments were captured. We feel like we relive our wedding every time we look at the photos. We plan to use them whenever we need a photographer. We can’t wait to plan an event just to hire them again.
Where do I start?! Ishan and Preeti are an absolute joy to work with. Thank heavens we found them! I fell in love with their photos just from looking at their website, but once get...
ting in touch with them and meeting, we instantly clicked. They are incredibly friendly, easy to work with and flexible. They were patient with all my questions leading up to signing our contract and worked within our budget. We had an engagement shoot with them, and although camera shy, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. We had such a great time with them during the shoot that we grabbed a bite to eat with them after :). They're just fantastic people! Leading up to the wedding we kept in touch and they were very responsive. They helped with the day-of timeline details and even when our timing and location plans derailed the day of the wedding, they made it work. We just received our photos from the wedding and I can't stress enough how amazing they are! I constantly get complimented on them. You will not go wrong with hiring this team. Thank you again guys!!! You really captured the best moments of our day.
Ishan Fotografi and all of its photographers are amazing! They are very detailed oriented and creative, while being very professional and warm. We really enjoyed working with them ...
and we felt very comfortable throughout the process and our wedding day. We have absolutely stunning photos from our special day and we couldn’t have done I.T without them!
