After exchanging your vows, you can make your way to the beach house for a memorable celebration. This beautifully appointed venue is filled with natural light and contemporary interiors, creating a welcoming space for you and your guests. With a capacity of up to 150 people, the house is ideally suited to intimate gatherings and relaxed get-togethers. Islamorada Beach House is available for exclusive hire, allowing you to celebrate your special event privately. For your big day, you are free to decorate the place to suit your unique vision and style. The beach house features a kitchen, living area, and five bedrooms, providing accommodation for up to 14 guests. If you are extending the celebrations into the next day, you can enjoy a swim in the heated pool or jacuzzi or explore the sea waves on a paddle board or kayak. Hammocks are also available for daytime lounging and soaking up the sun. The property is pet-friendly and offers up to 35 parking spaces and high speed wireless internet for convenience. Monroe County rules dictate that we must rent the house for a week (or at least take it off the market for a week). PRICING The price to rent Islamorada Ocean Oasis (also known as Islamorada Beach House) including the $2,000 wedding event fee, is $13,500 (June-January) or $14,500 (February-May) for the week – Friday to Friday. We also rent our beach house for non-events for $3,000 less. We require a $2,000 deposit to hold reserve the house and allow for early check in’s on Friday after 2:30pm. If you want any other week (other than a Friday to a Friday) then we must charge an additional $2,000 because we lose 2 weeks rental if we go outside the consistent Friday to Friday schedule. 100% of the rent is due 90 days before the date of the rental.
