From our Farm to your wedding! The Island Creek Raw Bar is an interactive catering experience that can be tailored to suit any style wedding. Our crew of experienced shuckers will set up our signature dory boat, fill it with crushed ice, cover it with fresh seafood, and shuck while chatting with guests in a casual, Island Creek kind of a way for an unforgettable raw bar experience with the highest quality product. Island Creek was my guests favorite part of our wedding! The "shuckers" were polite and knowledgeable and the food was simply delicious. The presentation was so perfect for our nautical theme, the oyster boat filled with ice was a sensation!

He was personable, friendly, and all of our guests adored him. Our guests were thrilled, noting the oysters and shrimp cocktail were some of the best they had tasted. Fantastic food and service. The raw bar is always a big hit at the parties. I've used Island Creek for 3 or 4 corporate events AND a wedding and would not hesitate to use them again.
