us book a trip to Negril, Jamaica at the Beaches Resort that fit all our needs! Once we got there, we were even surprised with a cabana reservation as a gift from Nancy! It was amazing. Nancy was such a pleasure to work with, and we already have plans to book another trip with her next year!

lly even looking for. Nancy was very patient and talked us through everything (usually more than once). She had so much knowledge about all of the resorts in Jamaica, and we were ultimately sold on Couples Swept Away. We loved that CSA was all-inclusive, adults-only, and had a lot of activities. Nancy recommended we get Club Mobay, which we weren't sure about, but it was definitely worth it. Someone was there to meet us at the airport (with a sign and everything!), and then she escorted us through the airport, customs, and to the waiting area for our shuttle. We're also glad she recommended the atrium-style room; we absolutely loved it and were a 30-second walk away from the beach (though, next time, we wouldn't mind having a TV in the room). Nancy and our wedding planner from CSA worked out all the details of our wedding--all we had to do was choose the cake, music, flowers, and location (beach or garden). The day before the wedding, we met with a wedding coordinator who recommended we move the wedding from 4 pm to 11 am due to the weather patterns (it had been getting cloudy and windy in the afternoons), and we're glad they had that flexibility. They also easily moved up my hair and makeup appointments--the stylist also did a great job and met me in my room to help me into my dress and finish/touch up my hair. The wedding itself was wonderful, the pictures were ready for us the next day, and they turned out really well! We also ended up getting another photoshoot at sunset on another day. The staff at CSA are also amazing. We had excellent service and very kind staff who genuinely seemed excited to be at work. There are a lot of things to do and eat (the fish tacos and anything with shrimp or snapper were my favorites). It was more jungle-y than I expected (walking through the resort feels like walking through a jungle at times, and at night, there are a lot of lizard/insect sounds), but it grew on us. Overall, we had a wonderful time and a great experience; we can't wait to go back! Oh, and don't forget to bring cat treats for the island cats!

We booked Jamaica for 2013 using Island Getways and had the same experience. In 2019, I asked for help booking a return trip to Jamaica, but due to covid, we had to delay our plans. Island Getaways made it easy to move our dates. Nancy and her team are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them.

This was by far the easiest way to travel. Sandals Grande Antigua was a paradise. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the “sea” as the locals call it! Food was amazing as well !

During these crazy times (COVID-19) they made sure to keep us up to date with everything when traveling to St. Lucia. They were both available during our stay in St. Lucia to answer all of our questions. The day we arrived to St. Lucia I called and they were on the phone right away to answer my questions. We LOVED the helicopter ride that Nancy recommended we do and the Sunset cruise to visit the Piton's was astonishing. There is a reason St. Lucia is voted the #1 honeymoon location and I am so glad I listened Nancy and decided to have our honeymoon there. Aside from all the great entertainment, food, the views were spectacular. I am so glad I let Nancy and Emily plan our Honeymoon there is no possible way I could have had such an amazing experience without them! Everything was smooth and easy during the entire process. That's were Nancy at My Island Getaways came in - from picking the destination and the resort to helping with communication between us and the resort wedding coordinators, Nancy made the process easy and stress free. She took care of booking resort reservations for each of our guests, organizing airport transfers, and communicating details to our guests so that we wouldn't have to. All we had to do was show up! Nancy was always available to answer my many questions and responded to e-mails and calls promptly. Our wedding was an absolute dream and we couldn't have planned it so seamlessly without Nancy!

n wedding I hadn't considered working with a travel agent but after meeting Lenea at a wedding fair and talking with her in more detail, it quickly became obvious that we desperately needed her! Not only did Lenea advise on locales and resorts we were considering, but once we had made a decision she was our champion in working with the resort. The few times I did have issues, Lenea was right there backing me up and escalating on her end when necessary. She knew what to expect so she helped set expectations with me which was enormously helpful. I worked with Lenea for over a year and throughout that time she was always extremely responsive, answering any questions I had or my guests had and providing additional details whenever possible. Lenea was always transparent with us, and helped us work through the pros and cons of any consideration we had to include. As I was handling the majority of the wedding planning and organization myself, I really felt like I had a partner in Lenea. And it was VERY comforting to have such a reliable and knowledgeable professional to refer my guests to. Lenea took such an enormous weight off of me during an already stressful time; I honestly don't know what I would have done without her! Many agents may only care about securing the reservation and then you never hear from them again but certainly not Lenea. She checked in with us throughout the entire process, especially so as we neared the wedding date. She also responded to and handled questions and requests that our party had while at the resort. I can't recommend Lenea strongly enough -- we will be using her for all future trips as well, not just for the wedding. If you are considering working with a travel agent, look no further! You have found the best one out there!

Being a Karisma resort superstar Nancy knew that we would be well taken care of at the El Dorado Casitas. Everyone knows Nancy at the El Dorado, her status does not go unrecognized!! We have never been to Mexico, and knowing many people that have, we were not sure that is where we wanted to go. Our desires were water, beach, beautiful resort, elegant food not just ok food, gourmet! Top shelf liquor , pool, pool bar, but NOT to busy...cabanas, and service!!! Being a hospitality professional myself, I wanted to experience 5 star service just as my company gives to customers. We had that and then some! Because we booked our trip with Nancy , we were given so many extra upgrades! The private beach dinner was amazing and we are so thankful for that! The free massages, the decorations in the suite after the birthday dinner, thank you Nancy! Our personal Concierge Emmanuel Toledo was excellent! We were treated with so much kindness, respect and all of our needs were met , and then beyond !!! Maria our housekeeper was so sweet, we loved the nightly turn down service, the fragrance and little chocolate left behind :) Tony our beach butler was so amazing!!! Fackundo, the pool bartender was fun ! He knew what we wanted each day :) The restaurants , 5 star delicious! The room service was delicious as well! you can order room service 24/7. Can we say romantic ? What a romantic resort. We were lucky enough to do a private dinner on the beach. One of my favorite memories we have ever had, we felt so lucky. The staff all over the resort were smiling, greeting us at every inch we walked or "carted" :) The SPA, best massage ever.....we also got a little too much sun and decided to indulge in an aloe treatment at the Spa. It was just what the doctor ordered. We have found our Happy Place In Mexico, met amazing people, and cant wait to return. You will not be disappointed. Nancy told me from the beginning that she would be like my lawyer between Sandals so if I had any problems to reach to her. Towards the end of the phone planning I learned that phone planner had suddenly left Sandals through a Facebrook Sandals wedding planning group. I had a meeting scheduled with her in the next week and wasn’t happy to find out this way. I reached out to Nancy and she didn’t hesitate to help me establish a new planner and work specifically with the ones she recommended from her experience. Throughout the entire process Nancy was always quick to respond to my emails and was always there if I needed anything. My husband and I couldn’t have been more happy about the service we received and highly recommend you use Nancy for your destination wedding!

ver a year and it was a relatively seamless process. She was very responsive and showed a lot of care for our big day. She even surprised us with some upgrades e,g, limousine to and from the Cancun airport, and a room upgrade. We highly recommend her for all your travel needs especially if you're considering a destination wedding.

Sensimar resort. We had a slight delayed honeymoon due to my husband being in professional school and Nancy was so kind to work with the resort to have them honor our request to have all the honeymoon amenities. She also helped us work out transportation to and from the airport, which allowed us to be a one-way shot to and from the airport giving us less time in the car and more time at the resort. We were located in the villas right beside the Beach BBQ restaurant. Part of what Nancy worked out was champagne and fruit upon arrival, honeymoon treats in our room just about every night and just an overall great experience in your looking to book a honeymoon definitely contact her.

a wedding planner at the resort and was on every phone call to make sure it went smoothly. She sent us reminders so even us bridezillas like myself didn’t get too crazy. She advocated for us at the resort and got us free room upgrades, credit towards the wedding, and more. She recommended things like tours and a helicopter ride from the airport (well worth it). She kept in contact with our guest about payments and travel arrangements. When I was worried about little details she was there to calm me down and ALWAYS answered right away, day or night, weekday or weekend. Could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely use this company again for traveling for anniversaries. Thank you!
