This company was hired (28 person executive bus) for transportation for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The company was suppose to pick up the bridal party at their OBX beach house, ta...
ke them to the wedding venue, and then the restaurant for the dinner and back. They didn’t show up! They charged us 1500 dollars and have yet to return our money. The anxiety this caused the bride and groom was horrible as they had to scramble to find drivers at the last minute. This is a totally unreliable company. Look elsewhere for limo services.

ding. The limo was clean and new looking. He also picked one of my Wedding guests up in Norfolk at the train station. My guest was dropped off at the wrong stop. The driver knew to go there when he didn't see her at the stop she was supposed to be at.

nd it is filthy, rusty and just in bad shape. Then the driver was rude and would not take our guests to a location while he was sitting there for a half hour getting paid. The next day the called and said we were over by 45 minutes and wanted to charge us for another hour. We told him we would call him back and they just went ahead and charged our card without us authorizing the charge!!! I would definitely not recommend this company.

ledgeable of the area and all the different churches and reception site and helped us make sure all the details were in place. We ended up renting the shuttle bus because of space purposes and it allowed me to stand up and not mess up my dress during the ride.

water on the roads from the rain the night before, and ask if I had reserved parking for their limo at the church, which would have been fine if it had been mentioned prior to the morning of my wedding!. The ordeal became so stressful that I decided that I would get myself to the church. They then apologized for their behavior and decided that they wanted my business or money after all. To their credit, the driver showed up early. Unfortunately, he did not know where to go once he arrived. My Dad had to ride in the front seat to serve as navigator. The last thing you need on your wedding day is unnecessary stress. If I had it to do over again, I would not use Island Limo.
