hy. I remember the first time I sat down with Michelle and instantly felt like I’ve known her forever. She’s very personable, which made it easy for me to open up and share what I would like her to capture. She’s genuine and sincere, which means she is listening to each detail that you’re sharing with her and when it comes to the big day, she does exactly what you’ve asked for AND MORE. And above all she truly kept my spirits lifted throughout my entire day. Each time I would glance at Michelle, she was encouraging, and uplifting, as she shared exactly what she loved, which told me to continue on with my big day. I found comfort in knowing that she was beside me, capturing it all. When I looked at our photos with my husband, I instantly felt the rush of emotions that I felt that day, and that was EVERYTHING. All of the shots that Michelle captured bring me back to one of the greatest days of my life and I will forever be grateful. From the moment we all met you it was your fun-loving personality, your calm demeanor and presence, but the one trait you possessed that I treasured most was making my daughter feel like “her wedding day” would be about what was important to her. The things that would make her feel comfortable and put her at ease. Most importantly, the things she valued, holds dear in her heart and made her happy… No pressure right?...”Wedding Day” is a huge snapshot in one’s life. For a single-parent I can honestly say there was nothing I held more dear to my heart since my children were born than my daughter’s wedding day… It’s funny, I can only describe that day as carrying a 500 lb. bag around since the day your child was born and on their wedding day, someone tells you it’s okay to put that 500 lb. bag down… …and you captured every moment, every detail, every bit of emotion that spilled out of everyone that beautiful day. Those snapshots tell a STORY. The story was about “Faith, Hope & Love”. The oldest cliché in the world, but became our absolute truth… I don’t have the time left on God’s great earth to tell you how happy we are with everything you did for us. You were right, seeing those BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS made me cry again. I hope and pray that the Good Lord continues to watch over you and your beautiful family. ver been to Kauai and began chatting with Michelle via email weeks in advance! She is VERY knowledgeable about the island, and even knows of little hidden gems. I’d ask about a certain beach and she’d have input to make that location (if chosen) perfect! Michelle was so accommodating, very kind, respectful, patient, hospitable and professional. A few days before our ceremony, she took time out of her day to meet with me to show me different locations that I was interested in! Which was great because I’m shy, so getting to spend a day with her made shooting the wedding so much easier and less stressful! She is true with her turn around times. I received my wedding pictures about 5 weeks after the ceremony and I am beyond impressed with them! She captured the most memorable day of my life, perfectly!

ghout our day making it easy to enjoy our day rather then stress about it. Her experience was obvious and came prepared with clear umbrellas & assured us that rain was a Hawaiian blessing & the pictures would still be awesome. Despite our horrible monsoon downpouring weather we shot in the rain and went with the flow, we laughed, we got muddy and we had the best time. Our pictures are beautiful and we expected to look like drowned rats but we were sooooo pleased to see Michelle’s vision come to life. We love our pictures & couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of the entire day despite the poor weather. We highly recommend island Reflections!

otographer I've ever seen at a wedding. She was calm, personable with all the guests! She got all the family pictures and bridal party pictures done pretty quickly, with capturing all the poses I wanted! She spent the time on me and my husband's photos together, those are my favorite pictures she took!! She is such a natural, the pictures were over with before I knew it. When I got my pictures back they were better than I ever thought, I have about 100 favorites pictures to choose which one would go on my wall in my house. She felt like a guest at the party rather than the photographer, yet she seemed to capture every moment of that perfect day! She captured moments I didn't even know she was capturing! It was such a peaceful day with barely any stresses and she contributed so much to this wedding going so smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend her, she will blow your expectations away!

vendors on the island of Kauai. Our images were sooo beautiful and creative and there were so many that it was hard to pick our favorites. I loved working with her so much that I booked a day after adventure session where we adventured up the the Waimea canyon for more pix in our wedding attire. Michelle is amazing! She was always very responsive & promo in her replies, she makes you feel relaxed and calm & her work is so natural and so so beautiful. I recommend highly highly recommend her services.
