I had already decided I was going to have my wedding at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, and Isle Love Weddings was actually the preferred planner, so it was kismet that it all came together. I chose the full-service wedding package. For me, that was so useful since having to do all the legwork on your own can be so time-consuming and exhausting. Lauren made it so easy on me. She was only ever an email away. She helped me find all my vendors and coordinate the pricing, introductions, contracts, and payment reminders. We were constantly chatting back and forth about details around signage, menus, flowers, etc. I was sending packages of favors, bubbles, props, etc. It was really helpful having a partner to assist with all that back and forth, especially with the wedding being a destination one. She always made me feel tended to and special, even though I'm sure she was dealing with so many other fellow needy brides! There was also a time where I was so stressed because the live performer, entertainment, and DJ could no longer make my wedding date, so she quickly found alternatives and within the week, everything was figured out and turned out even better than I expected! And of course, the rehearsal and day of support was so essential. Thanks so much for everything Lauren! Thanks for being my partner on this journey and helping to take care of all the planning and coordination so we could just enjoy our day as stress-free as possible. From start to finish they are amazing partners during every step and every detail. Every vendor I chose was at their recommendation and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. They have such strong relationships with the local vendors and venues that it made the whole process so seamless when deciding who to go with. As a plus, knowing how close they all are makes for a really fun wedding day getting to see everyone interact together! Lauren was my thought partner throughout the process. Always an amazing sounding board to run my ideas by and let me know her honest opinion and offer suggestions. She helped keep me so organized, I often found my self thinking there HAS to be something I should be doing right now. But 90% of the time, there wasn't because she helped me check off all the boxes in a timely manner. The amount of detail these ladies put in to helping couples feel confident in their day with providing detailed agendas, walking through the day multiple times, and any little detail you can think of is unmatched. I was able to walk into my wedding knowing everything was taken care of and all I had to do was show up! Crystal and Hailey helped me stay calm and present throughout my entire day, making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Above and beyond, Crystal was my biggest cheerleader reminding me to advocate for myself when conflicting opinions arose from family members due to weather issues out of our control. I didn't know how much I needed this, but her words put me at ease in feeling confident in choosing what I wanted. Even with the issues with the weather, they were able to pivot quickly and make the changes needed to still have a beautiful wedding. Knowing that I did not need to make these changes myself and having such an amazing team kept me fully in the moment. Which is more than I could have asked for. Amazing professionalism and passion for what they do aside, they are also just SO FUN to work with. I enjoyed taking moments to the side with the team just as much as dancing with my guests at my wedding. If you chose to go with Isle Love, you truly are in the best hands for a Hawaii wedding. Over the four months of preparation, we exchanged ideas and Crystal and Erika provided guidance and suggestions. They were with us every step of the way. The wedding was hosted at my aunt and uncles house, and when I arrived at the house the day of the wedding- I can tell you my dream wedding came to fruition. From the flowers, the arch for the ceremony, the place settings, the organization. All of it was perfection!! One thing I was incredible impressed with was the tables and place settings. We gave little guidance and only a few photos and aisle Love’s creativity and style was incredible. Everything was so beautiful and I would suggest any bride getting married on the Big Island to use them!! They are both wonderful women and amazing wedding planners!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better team!!

d to have the ceremony. We contacted the resort to see about the availability of their chapel for our selected date. As part of the process they put us in touch with Isle Love weddings and events. Lauren and Cristal were fantastic. It was a small ceremony with just a couple of family members and they made us feel like it was the only wedding that they were working on and with a guest list with several hundred people. They assisted us with every facet of planning the wedding, including the wedding night dinner, hiring a minister, getting our wedding license, etc. Given that we live on the mainland this would’ve been very difficult, if not impossible for us to do without their help. Lauren and Crystal were incredibly helpful and listen to an assisted us every step of the way and then making this a fantastic magical day. My wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan a wedding.

If this is you, let me tell you how wrong you would be not to hire Isle Love Weddings to help you with the planning and coordination of your ceremony or your entire day. We already had reception coordinators otherwise we would have went with Crystal from the very beginning. We came to her late in the planning stages and didn't have a lot of budget left to work with but she made it work. She gave us exactly what we needed and personalized our own package. My husband and I were so grateful to have the stress of the details taken off of us. The big day ran so smoothly, and if there was any hitches we weren't bothered with them. I was nervous about a few of our family members that are known for being difficult and was prepared to hear from them and having to deal with them on my own; but Crystal knows exactly how to handle those particular guests without you ever having to know. Dont make the mistake of passing this team up! It will probably be the best decision made during your whole wedding process.

She planned everything from emails and phones calls (always being available at the drop of a hat l,!even through the 6 hour time difference). She put everything together based off pictures I sent her that I liked. We loved her style so much we also used her for the rehearsal dinner. Fast forward to wedding day and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! The most beautiful wedding I have ever seen and every guest raved the same. She was extremely adaptable to some last minute changes and made everything so seemless. I can honestly say, being a bride, I did not ever worry once!! Unbelievable! Everything was even better than I could have imagined! She parterned with the best people on the island to make our wedding a beautiful memory to last a lifetime. She always had time to talk to me on the phone, give recommendations--and You can not go wrong with her. She went above and beyond for us. We had 50 guests from all over the world and every single person said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. AND this was with RAIN! Yes- it rained on our wedding- but Crystal worked with us to adjust things and turned what could have been a disaster in to the most unforgettable night ever.
