e to work with, and I am not!!! Admittedly, I am impatient and was a ball of stress on wedding day and they made everything seem so easy! We had several locations picked out for photos, some of which they had never even been to and they chose the most incredible shots! All of our photos came out amazing! Their communication is great and their talent is incredible! A truly lovely couple that work so well together and make your day very special. t have asked for a better crew. They responded to my initial request to book within hours, and it was clear after that first phone call that they were the ones I wanted on this special day. They had excellent communication in the weeks leading up to the proposal and even helped me pick the best spot to pop the question. They absolutely nailed it day of, perfectly positioned so that my partner had NO CLUE they were there for us. We did a mini shoot afterwards and we were SO comfortable with them. They are great humans so naturally they made the process so fun for us. AND THEN THE PHOTOS CAME! Within a few days we had a couple of preview pics and we were blown away. The rest were ready in just over a week after the proposal and again they were fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for. Our fingers are tightly crossed they will be available to capture our big party in 2025. I would 1000000% recommend Jackie and Drew to anyone looking for an amazing photographer duo to capture any special moment in their lives.

the end process when it was time to get our photos and video. Unfortunately, the photos and video took longer than written in our contract but that would be my only complaint. They both came out absolutely phenomenal and are of the highest quality I could ever ask for. The wait was worth it.

We live in CA, so weren’t able to do the engagement shoot with them, but we were instantly so comfortable with them both on the day of our wedding when we met. We got everything we asked for and more! Highly recommend this team, they’re great!

during our engagement shoot and wedding day. The photos were edited beautifully and we are very happy to have these beautiful photos to remember our special day. While Andrew and Jaclyn are great at what they do, they do lack in client communication and time management. My texts to them would often go unanswered for weeks taking 2-3 texts/phone calls/emails to get a response. Our wedding pictures took longer to get back than I would’ve hoped - our sneak peaks being delivered to us around the time the contract had all photos due and all photos coming to us 2 weeks after the contract date (likely would’ve been longer if I wasn’t staying on top of it). Again, I am so happy with how the photos came out, but some communication would go a long way - especially during the stressful times that come along with wedding planning.

y personable and bubbly. We decided to book them since we loved they were a couple with a small business in which I wanted to support instead of going with a larger company. We were able to book our complimentary engagement shoot with them in which the first red flag was shown. Upon arrival of our shoot Andrew informed us Jaclyn would not be able to make it since she was very pregnant. I was completely okay with this but felt as if this is something we should be aware of before we arrived. Since we hired the two of them , we expected both of them to be there. Andrew was very nice and personable and even offered another shoot where we could meet Jaclyn. Little did we know this is the start of the false promises. We were told we would get sneak peaks. We were very patient and gave an abundance of time and ended up reaching out a number of times regarding our photos and when we would be able to get them - since it was out of the time frame in which we were promised. We ended up having to text multiple times since we often were not answered. After all that I was not even interested in trying to book another shoot to meet Jaclyn. Leading up to the wedding, we had no contact with them but got an email out payment was due. I ended up having to reach out to them regarding talking about our timeline. We ended up not being able to talk to them until about a week out from our wedding in which they informed us to write down a list of pictures we wanted (in which I wish I was informed of this earlier) Andrew and Jaclyn were very nice day of wedding ( always great in person) but once again after our wedding there was no communication. We waited the allotted time they said it would take and then asked where our photos were. Our sneak peaks were given to us when were promised our full set of photos. Yet, every-time we contacted them we were faced with another excuse. About a week after our contract said is when we would get all our content we ended up having to reach out to them regarding our wedding video. Of course texting them twice since they fail to answer. In all I like Andrew and Jaclyn as people, love their work but no one ever wants to feel in the dark regarding a service they are paying for. They seem they have their plate too full. I am not wanting to tear them down but am wanting to hopefully make future couples aware.

I am so happy we did it as we have these incredible pictures of us. I can’t wait to do future shoots with Isles of Ivory. If you need a photographer you need to run to Isles of Ivory.

THE VIDEO. We never thought a wedding video could be or look like this. I was initially the type of person to think “Who would watch their wedding video more than once?” I can safely say that it still brings a tear to my eye even after my 20th viewing. From the first phone call all the way to the final delivery they were incredibly sweet and very communicative with us. Even after a small delay in our photos, they made sure we were kept in the loop. Andrew and Jaclyn delivered us photo and video that captured our special day better than we can even remember it. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

the wedding day, Drew was attentive, flexible and super prompt. Since then - he has been near impossible to contact, ignoring emails, calls and text messages for weeks/months at a time. He said it could be 6-8 weeks for the video to be complete, and after many check-ins, he finally sent one 3 months later. We asked for some small changes to be made to the film & he gladly said he would make edits and get back to us (in August). It has now been an additional 4 months & we still have not received any information about when the video will be delivered. It has been super disappointing and so beyond unprofessional, I would advise any future couples to spend their money elsewhere.

We streamed our wedding over zoom and Andrew was really great about being flexible to meet this request. I really like how Jacyln is not afraid to move around, get on the ground or get up high to get the right shot! Jaclyn is a sweetheart and she really seemed to care about getting the right shot. Andrew is the tech savvy guy and my husband got along with him really well. Andrew can be a little slow to respond, but his response is worth the wait! Give these guys a shot and hire them. They are kind, down to earth, they care about doing a good job, their pricing is totally reasonable, and they go above and beyond. I feel like we made a friend out of Andrew and Jaclyn. We loved Andrew and Jaclyn and I think you will to!
