Isles of Ivory

ly, we paid in full on our wedding day and have since been ghosted by Isles of Ivory. They have not delivered anything, nor have they communicated with us since receiving our money. We signed a contract that our video was supposed to be delivered on November 15th — over 6 weeks ago. Drew even said on the phone in a planning call that it might be ready before then since we were a video-only couple. However, we have not had any communication, updates, or explanations as to where our wedding footage is, or apologies for the breach of contract. I’ve reached out via email multiple times over the past two months, and via Instagram direct message, and have been ignored. I would understand if they were running behind schedule and reached out to let us know, but the lack of communication on their end has been unprofessional. I’m so disappointed in my experience and concerned at this point that I’ll never receive the precious footage that I trusted Andrew to take on my wedding day. I hope they can turn the experience around, but at this point I would not recommend Isles of Ivory.

many options to use for our save the dates. They both were great at directing us in a natural way. Our highlight video is a precious memory I’ll hold forever. I can’t thank them enough for the high quality work they did to capture our special day.

ection while seemingly being very discrete in the room. They were so helpful with poses and would demonstrate together to help guide us on what looks nice and natural. They put us right at ease and made the day so fun! Aside from being wonderful the day of our wedding, the work they did after went above and beyond our expectations. We are so grateful to have the beautiful photos to look back on and the video that Drew made was truly magical. These guys are absolute gems! 10/10 experience.

e to work with, and I am not!!! Admittedly, I am impatient and was a ball of stress on wedding day and they made everything seem so easy! We had several locations picked out for photos, some of which they had never even been to and they chose the most incredible shots! All of our photos came out amazing! Their communication is great and their talent is incredible! A truly lovely couple that work so well together and make your day very special. I do regret not having their team do videography so we could relive our special day. 5 stars for Isles of Ivory from the Zullo’s.

t have asked for a better crew. They responded to my initial request to book within hours, and it was clear after that first phone call that they were the ones I wanted on this special day. They had excellent communication in the weeks leading up to the proposal and even helped me pick the best spot to pop the question. They absolutely nailed it day of, perfectly positioned so that my partner had NO CLUE they were there for us. We did a mini shoot afterwards and we were SO comfortable with them. They are great humans so naturally they made the process so fun for us. AND THEN THE PHOTOS CAME! Within a few days we had a couple of preview pics and we were blown away. The rest were ready in just over a week after the proposal and again they were fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for. Our fingers are tightly crossed they will be available to capture our big party in 2025. I would 1000000% recommend Jackie and Drew to anyone looking for an amazing photographer duo to capture any special moment in their lives.

the end process when it was time to get our photos and video. Unfortunately, the photos and video took longer than written in our contract but that would be my only complaint. They both came out absolutely phenomenal and are of the highest quality I could ever ask for. The wait was worth it.

ch a fun couple to work with and their ability to produce pretty much exactly what we wanted just blew us away. I cried when I got our pictures back and then bawled when we got our video back. Their work is amazing. They work incredibly well together and made our whole day SO much fun.

with Andrew & Jaclyn before the wedding was easy, and the day of was a blast. We live in CA, so weren’t able to do the engagement shoot with them, but we were instantly so comfortable with them both on the day of our wedding when we met. We got everything we asked for and more! Highly recommend this team, they’re great!

eived the final photos, we were blown away by the level of craftsmanship and artistry. Each image was better than the next, evoking the joy we experienced during those moments. Jaclyn & Andrew managed to encapsulate the emotions and create timeless memories that we will cherish forever. They are incredibly talented and we highly recommend them!!

during our engagement shoot and wedding day. The photos were edited beautifully and we are very happy to have these beautiful photos to remember our special day. While Andrew and Jaclyn are great at what they do, they do lack in client communication and time management. My texts to them would often go unanswered for weeks taking 2-3 texts/phone calls/emails to get a response. Our wedding pictures took longer to get back than I would’ve hoped - our sneak peaks being delivered to us around the time the contract had all photos due and all photos coming to us 2 weeks after the contract date (likely would’ve been longer if I wasn’t staying on top of it). Again, I am so happy with how the photos came out, but some communication would go a long way - especially during the stressful times that come along with wedding planning.

y personable and bubbly. We decided to book them since we loved they were a couple with a small business in which I wanted to support instead of going with a larger company. We were able to book our complimentary engagement shoot with them in which the first red flag was shown. Upon arrival of our shoot Andrew informed us Jaclyn would not be able to make it since she was very pregnant. I was completely okay with this but felt as if this is something we should be aware of before we arrived. Since we hired the two of them , we expected both of them to be there. Andrew was very nice and personable and even offered another shoot where we could meet Jaclyn. Little did we know this is the start of the false promises. We were told we would get sneak peaks. We were very patient and gave an abundance of time and ended up reaching out a number of times regarding our photos and when we would be able to get them - since it was out of the time frame in which we were promised. We ended up having to text multiple times since we often were not answered. After all that I was not even interested in trying to book another shoot to meet Jaclyn. Leading up to the wedding, we had no contact with them but got an email out payment was due. I ended up having to reach out to them regarding talking about our timeline. We ended up not being able to talk to them until about a week out from our wedding in which they informed us to write down a list of pictures we wanted (in which I wish I was informed of this earlier) Andrew and Jaclyn were very nice day of wedding ( always great in person) but once again after our wedding there was no communication. We waited the allotted time they said it would take and then asked where our photos were. Our sneak peaks were given to us when were promised our full set of photos. Yet, every-time we contacted them we were faced with another excuse. About a week after our contract said is when we would get all our content we ended up having to reach out to them regarding our wedding video. Of course texting them twice since they fail to answer. In all I like Andrew and Jaclyn as people, love their work but no one ever wants to feel in the dark regarding a service they are paying for. They seem they have their plate too full. I am not wanting to tear them down but am wanting to hopefully make future couples aware.

e dreading the engagement shoot. Drew made us feel so comfortable even though we aren’t the most comfortable in front of the camera. It felt like we were just hanging out having a great time. I am so happy we did it as we have these incredible pictures of us. I can’t wait to do future shoots with Isles of Ivory. If you need a photographer you need to run to Isles of Ivory.

ponsive and set up frequent check in calls leading up to the big day. Somehow they managed to capture the most candid moment between us, guests, and family without making it feel too overwhelming. They're the perfect mix of artistic and professional. Highly recommend booking them ASAP, there's no way they'll remain available for long!

so happy with how our wedding photos and video turned out!

on the best details! They make it feel like you have known them forever, making the whole experience seamless and comfortable.

ations - our wedding photos are outstanding, and the way they work is simply beautiful. Half the time we forgot they were there! A year prior to our wedding, they did our engagement shoot and the results were amazing, to say the least. Thank you so very much for sharing your talents with us, Drew and Jackie!

They knew exactly what details to capture during our wedding. Our photos came out so beautiful and our video of our wedding was amazing! Seriously out of all of the photographers and videographers that me and my husband talk to, I am so glad we ended up with Andrew and Jacqueline. Working with a married couple seriously makes all the difference. They get all the important moments of the bride and the groom. if you are definitely thinking about choosing Andrew and Jacqueline for your wedding I 1000% would say do it you will not regret it , They are amazing!!!

re to be and what to do, gave us their honest opinion about things (but didn't impose), and ultimately captured our relationship in every photo. Drew and Jackie made it so that we didn't have to worry. On our wedding day, when so much is happening and going through your head, when things go right or wrong or just not as planned, we knew we could trust Isles of Ivory to take care of it all- and they did. **A special thank you for staying longer than contracted for when things did not go as planned.** The key to every successful business (and good results) is teamwork and what better team is there than a husband and wife?  We happily recommend Isles of Ivory to photograph your wedding. We are more than satisfied with the quality of the results and with the physical memories of our special day. We hope to contract them for other projects in the future. Drew and Jackie, thank you so much for all your hard work and for the memories we have now!

hy fright” but they also made us laugh and feel comfortable whenever a camera was present. Their gentle direction did not just stop at us, during our family shoot they were so excellent with my family members and were incredibly patient even when my non English speaking relatives got a little confused. THE VIDEO. We never thought a wedding video could be or look like this. I was initially the type of person to think “Who would watch their wedding video more than once?” I can safely say that it still brings a tear to my eye even after my 20th viewing. From the first phone call all the way to the final delivery they were incredibly sweet and very communicative with us. Even after a small delay in our photos, they made sure we were kept in the loop. Andrew and Jaclyn delivered us photo and video that captured our special day better than we can even remember it. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

the wedding day, Drew was attentive, flexible and super prompt. Since then - he has been near impossible to contact, ignoring emails, calls and text messages for weeks/months at a time. He said it could be 6-8 weeks for the video to be complete, and after many check-ins, he finally sent one 3 months later. We asked for some small changes to be made to the film & he gladly said he would make edits and get back to us (in August). It has now been an additional 4 months & we still have not received any information about when the video will be delivered. It has been super disappointing and so beyond unprofessional, I would advise any future couples to spend their money elsewhere.

were in great hands for our October wedding. They were flexible, calm, creative and genuine in their approach, and allowed us to simply be ourselves! Can’t recommend them enough, and we cannot wait for the excuse to use them again in the future.

ckie did AMAZINGLY at telling our story. Every time I look at our elopement photos and video, I am transported back to that day, and it brings tears to my eyes. They went above and beyond and felt like they belonged at our intimate celebration. They were part of making our mid-COVID celebration feel so so sweet, and I could not be more grateful. What a kind, down to earth, cooperative team. You will not regret this investment.

day of our lives in the best way. There was never a moment that felt stressful, everything just came together. I can't recommend this amazing couple enough. Our engagement album was so out of this world, we can't wait to see our wedding photos. These are two of the most fun loving people you could ever hire to capture your big day.

nt hesitate to rent extra lenses and extra equipment to get a better shot and they went above and beyond to meet our wedding needs! We streamed our wedding over zoom and Andrew was really great about being flexible to meet this request. I really like how Jacyln is not afraid to move around, get on the ground or get up high to get the right shot! Jaclyn is a sweetheart and she really seemed to care about getting the right shot. Andrew is the tech savvy guy and my husband got along with him really well. Andrew can be a little slow to respond, but his response is worth the wait! Give these guys a shot and hire them. They are kind, down to earth, they care about doing a good job, their pricing is totally reasonable, and they go above and beyond. I feel like we made a friend out of Andrew and Jaclyn. We loved Andrew and Jaclyn and I think you will to!
