We were able to purchase a much higher quality and sized diamond that we would've been able to afford anywhere else. The ring had to be ordered and arrived earlier than I was originally told. Once I received it, I could not believe how beautiful it was. What a difference from the CZ in the store! They also offer the same lifetime guarantee that all the mall stores do. I highly recommend!

so glad we used them though. The service was amazing. The lady we worked with was not pushy and really listened to what we wanted. We had been looking at wedding bands for months but I would just get so frustrated with pushy, rude sales people that I refused to purchase from them. As soon as we left there, I told my fiancé, I wanted to buy our rings there. They told us our rings could take up to a month to get, both had to be special ordered and they came in 2 weeks. They were also several hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere else for my fiancés platinum band. use the band my husband picked out ended up being discontinued in the middle of us ordering it. So it took them a while to figure that out, once they did we picked out another ring, but it took 3 months to get everything figured out. Otherwise, service was great and the people are very friendly and helpful.

re at Israel, they were very helpful. A couple of months after we were engaged, one of the small diamonds in the band fell out. Israel replaced the diamond and checked the setting on all the other stones- no questions asked and were very helpful! We recommend them to anyone!

nd to go with it and the jeweler who made my ring said "Absolutely not, a band would take away from the ring". We really appreciated this, because he could have easily sold us a band to make some more money! I do not know what my fiance paid for my ring, but he says he got a "good deal" and I believe him!

ty sapphire than any Stillwater store could get their hands on. Most of the staff is incredible but we did have one bad experience. One of the male staff members was incredibly abrasive; he was dismissive of my husband and tried to flirt with me right in front of him. It was a serious let down.

my ring back in because of a flaw in the diamond, but they replaced it no questions asked. That is the best thing about their policy. If at any time you are not satisfied, they replace!!
