I hired it Events by Julie for "day of" wedding planning services for my daughter Alexandra's wedding. Leading up to about six weeks before the wedding Julie assisted with vendor ...
recommendations and answered questions when asked.
About six weeks before the wedding day, we met with Julie and she took the time to understand our personalities, and our priorities, and needs. She attended the final vendor meetings with our florist, band, photographer and assisted with some other vendors as well. She took detailed notes and ensure the correct questions were asked. She made recommendations when needed and steered us in the "right directions to ensure a smooth wedding day. She created a detailed timeline and floor plan that took into account our wishes and the "guest experience". She even had the planner that was to be with Alex on her wedding day attend her final fitting so that she could see the bustle before the wedding day.
On the wedding day, we had two excellent planners, Kelly and Kimberly. One was at the venue and the other was with the Bride and her bridal party as they got dressed, did the first look and took bridal party photos. Both planners ensured thing ran like clockwork, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. They handled unexpected hiccups with ease. When we arrived at the venue it was set up exactly as we had asked and every part of the celebration went off without a hitch.
Both Kim and Kelly made Alex feel relaxed and assisted her from start to finish. They communicated with all the vendors on site, kept us to the timeline ( but were flexable as needed) and kept track of all of the items we used throughout the day and night. At the end of the evening they helped me with tipping vendors, and even put items we needed to take home into our car so we did not have to.
I highly recommend it Events by Julie. Julie and her team ensured my daughter Alexandra's wedding day was stunning and stress-free.

Kelly stayed by my side and made sure mine and my groom's needs were met. She constantly checked in on us and brought us what we needed. I highly recommend Julie!

Julie impressed us with her professionalism, attention to detail, and took the time to understand my daughter’s vision. Her creativity and expertise were evident in every aspect of the wedding night. Julie coordinated with all our vendors, ensuring that everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. She even tracked the weather to make sure the ceremony would take place outside, despite some initial rain! Her ability to manage multiple tasks and keep everything on track was truly remarkable. We were able to relax and enjoy the wedding without worrying about any logistics.
We wholeheartedly recommend Julie to any family/couple looking to have a flawless and extraordinary wedding experience. Thank you, Julie, for making my daughter’s dream wedding a reality!

apprehension and stress. We learned very early on, Julie was the calm guiding voice that worked with both of us, making sure the end result was exactly what we envisioned.
After the big day had come and gone, we continuously received nonstop texts, calls, and emails from not only guests that attended, but also from all of our social media friends and family that could not attend. "That wasn't only the most beautiful wedding we have been too, but the most fun." Julie was able to not only put together the perfect beginning of our lives together, but because of her team and all her behind the scene work, we had the best time and were able to enjoy our special day with our friends and family.
Moving forward, I would tell anyone planning an event of any kind, Julie is the one who will guide you through every little detail and most importantly, give you the chance to have fun and enjoy it. At the end of the day, we can't wait for the next event, knowing there is only ONE person that we would trust from start to finish and that is, It Events by Julie!
