Ross and his crew were great and an amazing recommendation from our coordinators. Don't let the name fool you, they're a jack-of-all-trades with food! We had a small brunch buffet wedding and all of our guests raved about our food, especially the biscuits and sausage gravy! They took care of everything and were extremely laid back and accommodating, which is refreshing when you're planning your big day from another state like we were.

Everyone at Italian Creations was absolutely amazing. From the experience to the food, just perfect. Ross made sure to give us ideas and thoughts and reassured us that they would be at our venue to make everything go so smoothly. and they did! The food was delicious, many compliments, and they even accommodated our family letting them drop off extra appetizers and cookies days beforehand and they included it with their setup. The late night pizzas was the cherry on top. Couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. We can't wait to have another event to be able to use them again!

Our wedding venue had a list of 5 preferred caterers for us to choose from. After doing some research, we reached out to Italian creations since we had heard great things from everyone in the wedding business about them. Having reviewed a ton of caterers in the process, we can confidently say that Italian Creations gives you the best bang for your buck. And the food is top notch! Our guests are still asking us who catered our wedding and if they can order from them for smaller events. They offer a wide selection of entrees, sides, salads and appetizers - not all are Italian themed dishes (though you will definitely want the focaccia bread served!). The owner, Ross, cooks all the food on site at your venue, so it is fresh that day! All of his bar tenders and wait staff were very welcoming and happy compared to other catering staffs we have encountered at past weddings, where they seem to not want to be there. The staff knew our names and checked in with the wedding party all night long. The tasting we had with Ross was excellent. We were able to bring four other people, and he let us try a variety of his food options. Everything was delicious and it was difficult to choose just a few - though we recommend you splurge for the beef tenderloin with dill sauce. He also sits down with you at the end to review all the details of how the day will go and what you will need. His staff handles everything else from linens to glassware to china. His food and service was worth every penny. We have no major complaints; however, we will say that there is an opportunity for improvement regarding communication. Sometimes he responds right away and other times you could be waiting awhile (1-2 weeks). Luckily our day-of coordinator took care of a lot, and in the end, this was by far the best choice for our wedding. The food was amazing, and we still enjoy ordering our favorites as takeout even now after the wedding.

Ross and his team were fantastic! They have a great deal of experience with weddings and large parties, and have the resources to handle it all. We had our September wedding catered by them family-style, with two meat options, pasta, potato, vegetable, salad, and bread. Additionally, they provided antipasti boards for our cocktail hour and varieties of popcorn and pizza for a late night snack. The food was plentiful and delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers in the weeks after! Ross also has a rental company which we utilized for our chairs, linens, and silverware. His staff are very friendly and helpful, and took care of all set-up and clean up. For the amount of and quality food, as well as the other items we rented from them, we found Italian Creations to be quite affordable, and I would definitely recommend them for any wedding or event! Once again, thanks Ross for helping make our day a special one!

Ross and his staff were incredible. Not only were they excellent caterers, they handled alcohol, tables, chairs, linens, and setup of other wedding-related aspects to make the process seamless. They were very comfortable handling weddings and larger-scale events, which established trust early on. Price was very reasonable and our guests raved about the food. We would highly recommend, even if just stopping by for takeout!

WONDERFUL! Great customer service and the food is beyond delicious. The red pepper sauce they have is amazing. Our guests were thrilled with the options and presentation of the meal. I can't say enough positive things!

Ross and the whole Italian Creations team were AMAZING! The food was delicious and everyone went back up for more. Ross was such a pleasure to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their staff is efficient, professional, and friendly. They made sure the buffet line never ran out during dinner. We will definitely be using Italian Creations again for other events!

Ross and his crew were the best I could ask for on our wedding day! I met with Ross on a few occasions before the wedding and he was just awesome! The man really knows what he's doing and he does a great job running the show. The reception went perfectly because him and his team were flawless! The food is outstanding, everyone loved it!

Italian Creations was our caterer for our cocktail hour, wedding reception, and bar service. The owner, R0ss, books only one wedding per weekend so that his full attention is on making sure your wedding day goes smoothly. We had a wide variety of food at our tasting and everything was amazing! It was hard to narrow down the selections because everything was wonderful. We selected buffet service for the reception with rolls and a family style salad at each table. We had a wedding of around 130 guests and everyone was served within literally 10 minutes! The bar service was based off of consumption and we were billed after the wedding based off of the actual consumption of alcohol. Italian Creations worked closely with my venue for set up and tear down and made the entire process stress free. My only (minor) complaint is that Ross could be challenging to schedule with at times for the tasting but it was a very minor inconvenience. You will not be disappointed with the food or the service at Italian Creations! P.S. Try the stuffed mushrooms and salmon. P.S.S. Late night pizza at your wedding is a really good idea.

Ross and his team catered for our wedding in May. It was a great experience. Everyone loved the food!!! Ross made sure everything ran smoothly. We did buffet style. From the salad to the focaccia bread to the yummy chicken cordon bleu, we were very pleased with the turn out!!! Would absolutely use them again.

Ross and his team at Italian Creations did a fantastic job at our Oct 17 wedding! Everyone LOVED the heavy appetizer buffet - it offered so many options, no one went hungry! I also really enjoyed Ross's laid back style, he handled everything we needed him to and more! Would very highly recommend.

Ross and his amazing team at Italian Creations catered our Sept 2015 wedding as well as our rehearsal dinner. Their staff is friendly and accommodating and no task seemed too big or too small- which was a big relief for this stressed out bride. Not to mention they're food is amazing!! Next to the dress, the ravioli was the talk of the wedding! It truly was a pleasure working with these guys and there's no doubt we'll be using them for many years to come.

We used Italian Creations for our June 2015 wedding. We couldn't have been any happier with our food and service. Ross, the owner, is easy to work with and genuinely cared about making our wedding run as smooth as possible on his end. The food was amazing! Our guests raved about the food, we did not hear one negative comment about the food. We stayed with a simple menu, but Ross was able to make whatever dish you wanted. He even made an ice cream sundae bar that I dreamed of. The day of my wedding, I had nothing to worry about, Ross made sure everything was seamless with our reception venue. His staff was professional as well. Highly recommended, you won't regret it!

I used Ross and Italian Creations for my June 2014 wedding. It was a great experience. All of the guests raved about the food and how nice it was to have something that tasted so good and like a home cooked meal at the wedding. The bartenders were terrific. I have nothing negative to say about them.

The owner of Italian Creations worked with me directly, which was great. The enthusiasm Ross showed as we planned the menu and the reassurance he gave as the stress level increased was so nice. We had a heavy appetizer reception after our church ceremony....It was wonderful! The food was so good! I had several people tell me the prime rib was the best they had ever had ( including my husband!). The prime rib was served on kabobs which worked great. The only down side was the food went so quickly we did not get to try a few of the foods on our menu that day. I will use Italian creations again for other parties we have and I recommend them to anyone looking to meet and work with a very friendly caterer and have fabulous food! -Stacey S.

Ross and Debbie are the TOTAL package. Food, decorations, rentals... anything you need, they will get it for you and for a good price. They were wonderful to work with and made our wedding day unforgettable in the best way.

Ross at Italian creations does his work exceptionally well. He made sure we were completely taken care of. He helped us get a great deal, yet with more than enough food. Which was, amazing. Everyone was really happy with the food. Delicious. Best wedding food ever. I would recommend them with complete confidence. I will say that Ross is a busy guy and little hard to get ahold of at times, but he took care of everything. I was very happy we went with them.

Ross and Debbie at Italian Creations are lifesavers! Their food is amazing (once we got our first taste, we were hooked and order takeout from there all the time). People LOVED our food! Especially the foccacia bread and the gnocchi with roasted red pepper sauce. Debbie did our linens and she is great - shows lots of options, and can work within any budget. She also likes to have a "surprise" for the bride - for us she did our appetizer tables with fancy linens and set up. It looked great! They do all the setup and are a well-oiled machine. There were never dirty plates or glasses just sitting on the tables, and they were on top of everything. They are also an incredible value. They do not charge a cake cutting fee or lots of extra charges. They also did our bar and only charge you for what you use, a great plus that not a lot of other places do. They felt like family when we met them and really care about making your event special. They took so much stress off of us because there were never any problems and they were such pros.
