Awful. I was planning my wedding week Angelica. Started back in January. Said they would help with the rehearsal dinner details, where to go and transport for about 20 people. Wait...
ing and waiting to send invites for them to nail down details and then last week around April 20th - they backed out saying they couldn’t because of “their situation”??? Alluding to the fact they are too busy?? I was devastated. Only one person-Diana-can work up fees so it takes forever cause she’s in Italy. They are severely over charging from what I have come to find, they do not respond to emails, they do not work in a timely manner, and they are not reliable. Basically wanted $5600 for 3 days in Puglia and 1 night in Rome. I wasted four months of valuable wedding event planning and when I told them I was upset. They still haven’t responded. Terrible! week post wedding trip. From private transfers to interEurope flights, everything went smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon. I highly recommend Italian Tours by Diana because we wouldn’t have seen Sicily, the Aeolian Islands, Taormina, or Positano without their help. Grazie Mille!!
