We were so happy that we chose Itasca Country Club as the venue for our wedding! The exterior and interior were both perfect for what we had envisioned and wowed us from the start. What put it at the top of our list was the great customer service, hospitality, and incredible food! Although we worked with a few different points of contact throughout our engagement, Jamie and George both took great care of us from A to Z with planning and all the food/beverages as the wedding approached. We truly enjoyed chatting with them each visit and they took all the stress out of it with their expertise and personalities. Jamie put SO much care into our day, helping set up while we were at our ceremony and taking photos, we were so very grateful for her!! We could not be happier with choosing Itasca Country Club for our wedding and would highly recommend! We will definitely be keeping in touch with them and hope to become members some day because the experience was that great! Thank you all for everything you did for us!

We were so thrilled with our experience at ICC. The moment we stepped in, we knew it was our wedding venue. The staff was so incredibly nice & were easy to work with. They helped us with anything we needed and were always available whenever we had any questions. Everyone at our wedding also could not stop raving about how delicious the food was! The perk of having a bridal suite AND grooms suite was also nice, and the fact that we were able to go out on the beautiful greens for pictures was perfect. Working with Itasca Country Club was overall a wonderful experience! The food was the biggest selling point and it was incredible. There were. Few wonky moments in that during our 1.5 years of planning the wedding, our point of contact changed 3 times without notice and we had to go over everything again. This was especially stressful at the 3 month mark when we learned our point of contact and day of person changed again. With that being said, each point of contact was fabulous and helpful and Jamie, who we worked with the last 2-3 months, was so sweet and helpful while trying to catch up on everything. The venue staff on the day of were so wonderful and helpful so I would absolutely recommend Itasca Country Club to others!

Working with Susie & Itasca Country Club was amazing! The day was everything my husband and I could've dreamed of and so much more. The new permanent chiavari chairs make the space look even more beautiful without that added cost. I would highly recommend this venue!

Everything on our wedding day went smoothly, the food was great, the service that Kristi provided to us was amazing as well. My only complaint is that prior to our wedding when we were closing in on 3 months, 2 months and even a month prior it was hard to get a hold of someone that would be able to answer our questions. That was the only stressful thing as we sometimes had important questions like how much certain things cost, food for our tasting, a time to start our wedding at (we basically picked a time and told the venue we already sent out invites), and an itinerary wasn’t done basically until the week of our wedding. Kristi only worked at Itasca when we were about a little less than 2 months out from our wedding, but with the little time she had with us she did an amazing job. I would give it overall a 4.5 out of 5.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about working with the staff of Itasca Country Club. Our event coordinator, Susie, was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive to our many questions and needs. Leading up to the wedding she always made time for us and was present in answering our questions whenever they arose. On the day of our wedding, she was so wonderful at keeping up with our timeline and checking in with us to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy. The staff present on the day of our wedding were amazing. They were quick with flipping our ceremony space, setting up our tables, and making sure guests got their meals in a timely manner. The food was absolutely wonderful and we have only heard great things from our guests about their dinners. We also want to emphasize how wonderful our bartenders were. We had provided signature drink recipes about a week before the wedding and they followed them to a T. Even before the ceremony got started, they prepared the specialty drinks for my husband and me to sample and enjoy. They did an excellent job and were so sweet to us and our guests throughout the night. We were so pleased with how our signature cocktails turned out. Overall, every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and supportive during our wedding. And we know that there are a lot of behind the scenes work going on, so to any staff member we didn't get to see and thank in person - THANK YOU! We appreciate all of their hard work in making our day so special and magical.

Amazing. Just amazing. Our experience at Itasca Country Club was everything we had hoped it to be. Susie, one of the venue coordinators, is the BEST!! She seriously catered to our every need and responded to my many questions in a timely manner. And we asked A LOT of questions. She and the other venue coordinator, Kristy, ensured that our wedding day ran perfectly. The general manager, George, of the venue was also constantly checking in with us and our family to see if we needed anything the day of. The venue itself and the grounds are stunning. Our guests were constantly complimenting us on how beautiful it all looked. They were also raving about the food and cake (which came with the package)! You will seriously not be disappointed about the food or cake.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Itasca Country Club for our wedding. The staff was incredibly present & wonderful, especially on the day of the wedding. Susie was our coordinator and she helped us so much leading up to the wedding and even on the day of. The food was also AMAZING. All of our guests raved about the food and said it was the best food they've had at a wedding, especially the chicken parmesan, haha. ICC was the perfect setting for our wedding and we are so grateful to them and their staff for making our wedding day so perfect.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at the club. We planned our wedding very short notice but you would never had known from how beautifully everything came together. I come from an event planning background- and I was floored by how streamlined the whole process was from start to finish. The club's event team is full of upstanding professionals. Susie and Mary were wonderful throughout the planning process- and in earnest took the stress out of the planning/coordination experience. All the banquet staff were amazing. When you book here, you're getting the full service experience. Take it from the event planner bride- skip the planner or the DIY coordination and book at the club- you will NOT regret it!

I would love to start off and say Greg was an amazing coordinator. He made the whole booking process so easy. He also was super accommodating and made himself available at all times. Every request I had he delivered, he worked with all the vendors and made sure everything was perfect. I was the maid of honor for my cousins wedding and the day of the wedding Greg made sure everything was ready to go so I could get ready and have fun with the bridal party. I've worked with many places before and I will say Itasca Country Club is number #1 with what they do. The food is amazing and the venue is so beautiful. The venue has a beautiful bridal suite so you can get ready there. He also had the Mariconda room for the Groomsman so they had somewhere to hang out before the wedding. I 100% recommend Itasca Country Club and Greg to anyone looking to book an event. Already booked another event with them and they are my go to place. Check them out! I can't say enough good things about Itasca Country Club. Susie was amazingly helpful throughout the entire process. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid, and Itasca was extremely gracious in allowing us to do so without financial penalty. ICC is a beautiful event space - both inside and outside. Seriously, the grounds make for the perfect picture backdrop!! I highly recommend checking out ICC for your wedding.

The Itasca Country Club was the perfect venue for us. The gorgeous views, being tucked away from the rest of the world, the beautiful windows, floors and lighting all helped make our day unforgettable. The staff is absolutely wonderful, attentive, helpful and willing to drop everything to assist. Let’s not forget, the food, it is absolutely delicious! Susie was a wonderful coordinated and answered any questions we could have possibly had. Not only was she wonderful during the planning process, but she was the best when it came to the day of and making sure everything went perfectly! We would recommend Itasca Country Club to anybody who asks. We are beyond thrilled with how our wedding day went and would not have changed a thing!!

In the time of 2020 when weddings were on and off and off again, Itasca country club was an absolute DREAM to work with. We had to postpone 3 times and every single time I felt supported and so thankful we picked Itasca for our venue. Our big day was 06/19/21 and I can honestly say it was the most incredible day of our lives. Working with Susie at Itasca was effortless. Her care for her couples is something I don't think many people get the luxury of having. I knew she was genuinely so happy for us and it showed. She worked around the clock setting up our décor, making last minute seating arrangements and accommodating us in every way. Our experience is even hard to put into words. However, it was so magical we have decided to book our baby shower there as well. Working with Susie and the whole Itasca country club team was beyond words. All of our guests still talk about how amazing the food was and the room looked. Everything was spot on thanks to them. I cannot recommend this venue and staff enough!

We had our wedding at Itasca Country Club in September of 2021 and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. We were originally scheduled for 10/10/2020 and though the task of rescheduling a wedding was a lot in itself, ICC made the process so easy. We worked with our coordinator Greg, and truthfully owe it all to him as to why working with Itasca was so great. He was professional, knowledgable, and personable. He went above and beyond to make sure that our day was how we wanted. And he made sure that every little detail was taken care of. That way, as the bride, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Having the whole space to ourselves was wonderful: we put our sweets table where cocktail was and it was a great space for our older family/kiddos to be able to a part of the room but a ways away. The neutral color scheme of the venue is beautiful, and it really helps you bring your own style to the place without worrying about clashing colors/decor. The windows add so much natural light to the room, especially at sunset. The food/drinks were great. The views from the golf course made for beautiful photos. Can't say enough positive things about Greg and the Itasca Country Club. Highly recommend!

Itasca Country Club is a beautiful place to have a wedding. The scenery is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff is wonderful. Susie was extremely hands on during our wedding day and made sure everything was perfect. She and her staff went above and beyond to service our guests and make sure the night ran smoothly and according to schedule. Leading up to the event; no request was too big and they accommodated all of our needs and made sure we had everything we could possibly want. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough - Excellent Venue!

I am the MOB and my Baby is getting married. This is my 1st experience of planning a wedding. After researching many venues, we met Gina. Our search was over!!! The venue is beautiful and offers many amenities. Windows make it feel airy but elegant . So, whatever type of wedding you're dreaming of it can happen here! Gina took the time to explain in detail to us all ICC has to offer (their are some fun hidden features too!) and the bride & groom had MANY questions. Which she responds to quickly. They will work with you and offer suggestions to things you might not even think about! Food/beverage options are many and affordable. Wedding cake , chair covers included. So, you can take that off your TO DO List!!! Have been at different events at ICC and never disappointed. Absolutely can't wait for my daughter's BIG DAY!!

Gina and Susie were wonderful! Very pleasant to work with, accommodating and helpful. Our night was absolutely perfect with a huge thank you to the team at itasca. We have been throwing family parties in their event spaces as members for many years, and they always provide exceptional service. Very easy to work with our other vendors and the attention to detail with planning our special night prior was perfect. Would do it all again - thank you for taking such great care of us!!

ICC WOW!! Our wedding day could not have been more stunning. Gina and her team at ICC made our wedding a day we will never forget. The club was so easy to communicate with no matter if it was by phone, email or drop in, and they made the planning process seamless. From the moment I explained my vision to the night of the wedding Gina went above and beyond to make sure we received everything we could have ever wanted. She was present and active the day of incase anything needed to change or be adjusted due to weather or timing of cocktail hr or dinner. She made sure that our day was going off without any ripples and truly made Greg and I the happiest we could have ever been. I would recommend ICC to anyone!!! 10 out of 10!! PS. I cried when I walked in the reception ballroom because it was so stunning.

In life, it's rare for things to exceed our expectations, but this past Saturday, September 14th, this actually happened. It was my daughter's wedding at the Itasca Country Club and my last daughter getting married, so we wanted everything to go perfectly. We worked directly with Gina, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She kept insisting that she would make my daughters wedding amazing, and she actually delivered. The hall looked awesome, the staff was great, and the food was phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. If you are looking for an amazing place to have your wedding, look no further than the Itasca Country Club.

We just had our reception here at the end of July and it was an absolute dream! The venue itself is gorgeous and had everything I was looking for - lots of natural light, modern updates and the ability to take photos on-site. I worked with Gina Appari and she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for us, both while planning our big day and on the day of. We got SO many compliments on our reception about how smoothly everything went, how incredible the food was, how stunning the venue was and how impressed they were with the overall service. I would highly, highly recommend!

This is my favorite review to write! When booking all my wedding vendors, I paid close attention to reviews, so it was important to me to be detailed and open. I can honestly say I had my dream wedding thanks in part to Susie, Gina, and everyone at Itasca Country Club!!!! I had tons of questions, late-night emails, phone calls, changes, and everything in between, and Susie always had advice or an answer for me. If you are looking for a venue that has a coordinator who truly cares that you have the best day, and wants to make sure everything comes together for you, this is your spot. The venue itself is gorgeous. I picked it for a few reasons. The chandeliers and the wall of windows adds so much elegance to the ballroom. The Lyons room was perfect for a ceremony/cocktail hour.I had 170 guests and no one felt crowded. They provided an arch which I was able to decorate, and the addition of the fireplace for my winter wedding was dreamy! Even though I had a December wedding, I still was able to take pictures outside which were gorgeous, and I imagine the pictures in the summer are amazing!! Lastly, the bridal suite is huge and a great spot for the bridal party to hang out and get some peace and quiet before or after the ceremony, or as needed. You might not think you need fireworks at your wedding, but the fact that ICC partners with a fireworks company was a huge selling point for me. They aren't as outrageously expensive as you think, and the fireworks show was awesome! The best part is that you will literally get the most beautiful wedding pictures ever and guests will enjoy the show at the ballroom windows. I can't forget to mention the FOOD. I had multiple guests say it was the best wedding food they've had. Most steaks I have had at weddings are well-done or dry. The filet medallions were pink, juicy, and so tasty. The Itasca Chicken was also a huge hit! Dinner took a bit to get out to everyone, but everyone forgot about that after tasting it...seriously so good. I have to give a major shout out to the coordinator Susie. She is an angel sent from the wedding planning Gods. She helped me get a donut wall (#weddinggoals), answered all my emails and questions within hours, and worked with Gina (also an angel) to set up my wedding perfectly. I literally dropped off boxes of wedding decor, told her my vision, and I arrived 2 hours before the wedding to absolute perfection. If my makeup wasn't done I would have cried seeing it all put together like that. You are in incredibly good hands working with these ladies. They worked so hard to make sure I was happy, and I couldn't have asked for better. I will miss them!

I honestly have no idea what I would have done without her - since I was planning our wedding from California. The venue was absolutely beautiful. The food was wonderful- the Itasca chicken is my favorite! The fireworks were amazing and made our wedding extra special. Our guests raved about our venue and how much fun they had! We highly recommended this venue for any event. I was the happiest bride ever and had the wedding of my dreams. We had our ceremony and reception at Itasca Country Club. We took photos outside on the golf course. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were outside on the patio and it was so beautiful! The food was delicious and they worked with us since to get our menu perfect since some of our guests had dietary restrictions. Gina and the rest of the team were so awesome and easy to work with. They helped make our planning process a breeze and made sure our special day was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend having your wedding at Itasca Country Club!

Truly a hidden gem it is. Sara and the staff at the Itasca Country Club made our wedding a night to remember. We didn't want the night to end. The venue was absolutely beautiful. The food was wonderful. And the fireworks, wow, the fireworks were the little extra that made our wedding extra special. Our guests raved about this venue afterwards as everyone had a “blast.” If you don’t believe me, call Sara to experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. We had our reception here in September 2017. ICC was a beautiful venue and after a few hiccups towards the beginning (change of staff members) they really came through for my husband and I. We were planning from about 5 hours away, so they were always flexible to meet with us when we were in town. The food is amazing and the halls are fantastic. My parents and I had so many compliments from our guests at the reception. Definitely would choose them again!

Andy and I literally had the BEST day of our lives and we could not have done it without the help of Sara! She answered my emails within minutes, had a positive attitude about anything and everything I asked for, and she allowed me to enjoy myself and not worry about a thing! There was a small issue that happened, but Sara rectified the situation immediately! Excellent customer service! The food was amazing and the views were perfect! Thanks for everything Sara!!!!

i just want to say i am beyond thankful with all the people who work so hard at the itasca county club to make my wedding happend on july 22 2017. i want to give a shout out and special thanks to Patrick for everything that he did for us he was going crazy with all the madness going on from what mother nature did the night before but Patrick was able to make our dream come true letting us having our outdoor ceremony, im so thankful for all the people that worked so hard to make the place look beautiful! our wedding was a dream come true thanks to all the hard workers at itasca county club. Itasca county club provide us an amazing service, delicious food and magnificent people. Sara was an amazing person to us she is very organized and we feel very safe with her, megan was there for us the whole night making sure everything was running smooth and vicente an exceptional person who makes us feel like we were home his generosity and his personality is amazing itasca country club has amazing staff that knows how to treat people all my guest felt welcome because everything was perfect, definitely itasca country club is not only a beautiful place but the people who worked there is very polite they all put smiles on their faces and make everyone feel like home, at the end of the night no one wanted to leave itasca country club everyone felt so confortable! all my guest kept telling me how everything was so perfect and they highly that food was delicious. we highly recommend this place for any type of event everything about this place is amazing everything was so worth it and i am the happiest bride ever i had the wedding of my dream. i am beyond happy i choose itasca country club to make memories that will last forever

My husband and I had our wedding reception here in July of this year. It was an absolutely beautiful reception. Our wedding coordinator was Jancy and she helped make our day perfect. Everything from the food, to the service, and the friendly staff.... I highly recommend booking Itasca for your wedding!!! Our wedding was at itasca 10/08/2016. Jancy and her staff were amazing!! Ryan and I were amazed with how everything turned out!! Since we live in the city it was sometimes hard to get out there and get things done, but Jancy always made it work. She even came in on her day off for us. The food was amazing, they set up everything for us perfectly, and they made sure Ryan and I had a blast. ICC was the best choice for our venue and I would recommend it to anyone!

My daughter's wedding ceremony and reception were held here in September 2016 and they were AWESOME! Jancy and her event staff were the best and went above and beyond to assure that everything was perfect, and it was. I got married at Itasca this summer and had the perfect day. Our coordinator (Jancy) worked with us the entire year prior to make sure we were comfortable and relaxed on the day. We had planned to get married outdoors, but Illinois weather didn’t cooperate. Instead, we got married in the reception hall and it looked beautiful! We were able to overlook the golf course and fit all of our guests in a gorgeous setting. The all-inclusive nature of the venue helped reduce our stress with planning. The food was delicious, and there was never a line at the bar. Considering we had 160 adult guests, I was very impressed. The venue floor is all wood, so we were able to have a huge dance floor, which our DJ put to work. I highly recommend this venue for future weddings; the combination of helpful staff, beautiful facilities, and competitive pricing are hard to come by.

My daughter had you wedding there in June, 2016. It was beautiful. The venue looked bridal. The white covers on the chairs popped. The lights under the cake table and head tables where wonderful. We ended up moving indoors because of the weather and it worked out like it was meant to be. Loved that the dance floor was as wide as we wanted to make it. Not restricted by carpeting. Guests raved about the experience. The bar space was a nice size. The staff was very helpful and did everything we asked for. There were great locations outside for beautiful pictures.

I had my wedding here in June of 2014 and I honestly do not think it could have been more perfect. It was SUCH a great value that I was skeptical. However, the staff made me feel so much more at ease once we started getting into the gritty details of everything. The food was so good that even though I was crazy nervous, I still asked one of the servers for another plate. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the Chicagoland area.
