What put it at the top of our list was the great customer service, hospitality, and incredible food! Although we worked with a few different points of contact throughout our engagement, Jamie and George both took great care of us from A to Z with planning and all the food/beverages as the wedding approached. We truly enjoyed chatting with them each visit and they took all the stress out of it with their expertise and personalities. Jamie put SO much care into our day, helping set up while we were at our ceremony and taking photos, we were so very grateful for her!! We could not be happier with choosing Itasca Country Club for our wedding and would highly recommend! 1.5 years of planning the wedding, our point of contact changed 3 times without notice and we had to go over everything again. This was especially stressful at the 3 month mark when we learned our point of contact and day of person changed again. With that being said, each point of contact was fabulous and helpful and Jamie, who we worked with the last 2-3 months, was so sweet and helpful while trying to catch up on everything. The venue staff on the day of were so wonderful and helpful so I would absolutely recommend Itasca Country Club to others!

were closing in on 3 months, 2 months and even a month prior it was hard to get a hold of someone that would be able to answer our questions. That was the only stressful thing as we sometimes had important questions like how much certain things cost, food for our tasting, a time to start our wedding at (we basically picked a time and told the venue we already sent out invites), and an itinerary wasn’t done basically until the week of our wedding. Kristi only worked at Itasca when we were about a little less than 2 months out from our wedding, but with the little time she had with us she did an amazing job. I would give it overall a 4.5 out of 5.

On the day of our wedding, she was so wonderful at keeping up with our timeline and checking in with us to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy. The staff present on the day of our wedding were amazing. They were quick with flipping our ceremony space, setting up our tables, and making sure guests got their meals in a timely manner. The food was absolutely wonderful and we have only heard great things from our guests about their dinners. We also want to emphasize how wonderful our bartenders were. We had provided signature drink recipes about a week before the wedding and they followed them to a T. Even before the ceremony got started, they prepared the specialty drinks for my husband and me to sample and enjoy. They did an excellent job and were so sweet to us and our guests throughout the night. We were so pleased with how our signature cocktails turned out. Overall, every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and supportive during our wedding. And we know that there are a lot of behind the scenes work going on, so to any staff member we didn't get to see and thank in person - THANK YOU! We appreciate all of their hard work in making our day so special and magical.

You will seriously not be disappointed about the food or cake.

The venue has a beautiful bridal suite so you can get ready there. He also had the Mariconda room for the Groomsman so they had somewhere to hang out before the wedding. I 100% recommend Itasca Country Club and Greg to anyone looking to book an event. Already booked another event with them and they are my go to place. Check them out! However, it was so magical we have decided to book our baby shower there as well. Working with Susie and the whole Itasca country club team was beyond words. All of our guests still talk about how amazing the food was and the room looked. Everything was spot on thanks to them. I cannot recommend this venue and staff enough!

rescheduling a wedding was a lot in itself, ICC made the process so easy. We worked with our coordinator Greg, and truthfully owe it all to him as to why working with Itasca was so great. He was professional, knowledgable, and personable. He went above and beyond to make sure that our day was how we wanted. And he made sure that every little detail was taken care of. That way, as the bride, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Having the whole space to ourselves was wonderful: we put our sweets table where cocktail was and it was a great space for our older family/kiddos to be able to a part of the room but a ways away. The neutral color scheme of the venue is beautiful, and it really helps you bring your own style to the place without worrying about clashing colors/decor. The windows add so much natural light to the room, especially at sunset. The food/drinks were great. The views from the golf course made for beautiful photos. Can't say enough positive things about Greg and the Itasca Country Club. Highly recommend!

I had my dream wedding thanks in part to Susie, Gina, and everyone at Itasca Country Club!!!! I had tons of questions, late-night emails, phone calls, changes, and everything in between, and Susie always had advice or an answer for me. If you are looking for a venue that has a coordinator who truly cares that you have the best day, and wants to make sure everything comes together for you, this is your spot. The venue itself is gorgeous. I picked it for a few reasons. The chandeliers and the wall of windows adds so much elegance to the ballroom. The Lyons room was perfect for a ceremony/cocktail hour.I had 170 guests and no one felt crowded. They provided an arch which I was able to decorate, and the addition of the fireplace for my winter wedding was dreamy! Even though I had a December wedding, I still was able to take pictures outside which were gorgeous, and I imagine the pictures in the summer are amazing!! Lastly, the bridal suite is huge and a great spot for the bridal party to hang out and get some peace and quiet before or after the ceremony, or as needed. You might not think you need fireworks at your wedding, but the fact that ICC partners with a fireworks company was a huge selling point for me. They aren't as outrageously expensive as you think, and the fireworks show was awesome! The best part is that you will literally get the most beautiful wedding pictures ever and guests will enjoy the show at the ballroom windows. I can't forget to mention the FOOD. I had multiple guests say it was the best wedding food they've had. Most steaks I have had at weddings are well-done or dry. The filet medallions were pink, juicy, and so tasty. The Itasca Chicken was also a huge hit! Dinner took a bit to get out to everyone, but everyone forgot about that after tasting it...seriously so good. I have to give a major shout out to the coordinator Susie. She is an angel sent from the wedding planning Gods. She helped me get a donut wall (#weddinggoals), answered all my emails and questions within hours, and worked with Gina (also an angel) to set up my wedding perfectly. I literally dropped off boxes of wedding decor, told her my vision, and I arrived 2 hours before the wedding to absolute perfection. If my makeup wasn't done I would have cried seeing it all put together like that. You are in incredibly good hands working with these ladies. They worked so hard to make sure I was happy, and I couldn't have asked for better. I will miss them!

The food was wonderful- the Itasca chicken is my favorite! The fireworks were amazing and made our wedding extra special. Our guests raved about our venue and how much fun they had!
