Every time we corresponded, he responded within 30 minutes, whether his email or text, leading up to the wedding. He was great kept everything flowing smoothly and made sure the wedding went off without a hitch. Very professional and well-dressed. We definitely recommend Mario and ITC.
I see all these great reviews about Mark. Unfortunately, I didn't get him as the DJ for my wedding. At the beginning of our reception a different version of our First Dance song was played, then later our Last Dance song was played. The music was so loud and the DJ was asked multiple times to turn down the music, which he would do and then a few songs later he would turn the volume back up. The volume was so loud you had to shout to the person next to you and everyone that has hearing aids had to take them out. But I think worst of all was when he played the wrong song when I walked down the aisle. Now I'll go the rest of my life not knowing what song I walked down the aisle to at my own wedding.

He is going through the itinerary and his songs played which is recorded in the dj software to make sure that doesn’t happen again.

o idea that anything was wrong. Nothing was said to him he even went around to your family and the tables and made sure everything was OK.
He did say he was asked to turn the music down Where we are set up at that venue it’s hard to determine volume. We apologize for that. He said there was no Coordinator so he helped make sure everything was on time and all the formalities went smoothly. We also talked to Diane the owner of Victorian Gardens and she said he did an amazing job, but I definitely get it. Its your day and we are here for you. and for that we apologize.
We’ve done over 2000 weddings and we all try to give it our best every time especially Frank. I’ve been with them numerous times.

We started ITC Entertainment in 2000. We have done over 3000 weddings since then
We love Weddings!! With a staff of 5 full-time do's, we are able to perform at numerous weddings every weekend, up and down California!
