Rialee was truly the best coordinator I could have ever dreamed of having by my side. From our very first conversation, she went above and beyond for me. She listened, she guided, ...
and she was there for every question, every stress moment, and every detail I didn’t even know I needed to think about. Throughout the entire planning process, she kept me calm and reassured, making sure everything was taken care of long before I ever had to worry about it. She is incredibly organized, responsible, attentive, and one of the most caring people I’ve ever worked with. Because of her dedication, our wedding day came together so beautifully and better than I could have ever imagined.
What truly sets Rialee apart is her heart. Wedding vendors often do their job, pack up, and head home. But with Rialee, it never felt like a job. She made us feel like our day genuinely mattered to her. She celebrated with us, supported us, and treated our wedding as if it were her own. That level of investment, passion, and personal care is something you simply cannot put a price on.
On the wedding day, she seamlessly handled every behind-the-scenes moment so we could be fully present and enjoy one of the happiest days of our lives. I didn’t have to look over my shoulder once. I just knew she had everything handled.
I also walked away from this experience feeling like I gained a friend. Rialee wasn’t just a coordinator, she was a source of comfort, encouragement, and kindness throughout the entire journey. She made me feel supported, understood, and truly loved during such a special time.
Rialee is a rare gem, both as a wedding coordinator and as a human being. I am endlessly grateful for her, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Any couple would be incredibly lucky to have her.

and expertise is top notch. I truly felt so confident and at ease the day of our wedding knowing she was there to seamlessly execute it all! Aside from managing vendors, timelines, details, ect. I think what stood out to me the most was how comforting and supportive she was to me and those around her. She constantly ensured my husband and I had everything we needed, calmy talked us through next steps or things as it came up, and even made sure our kids were just as taken care of. I can't thank her enough for how smooth our day was!

As a bride who uses a wheelchair, accessibility was extremely important. Rialee took care of every accommodation, helped navigate travel logistics, and even flew with my walker so I could walk down the aisle and surprise my groom. It was the most emotional moment of our day, and it wouldn’t have happened without her.
If you’re looking for a travel-savvy, detail-oriented, and truly caring wedding planner, I highly recommend her. She gave us peace of mind, celebrated us wholeheartedly, and delivered the wedding experience we always dreamed of.
