There aren't enough words that can express how great Party Time Catering is! They did a fabulous job catering our wedding. Not only is Viki incredibly kind, but she was easy to work with and clearly has a passion for creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for her customers. She worked diligently to tailor the menu to our liking and was quick in responding anytime we had questions (I bugged her more than I probably should have haha)! She made both my husband and I feel amazing at our wedding and went out of her way to ensure our grandparents received extra attention as well! She continued to check in on us during dinner and truly put her heart into her work. We continue to receive compliments, to this day, about the food and the catering! We'll be going to them here on out anytime we have a catering need. Thank you for helping make our big day so incredible!

Everything turned out absolutely perfectly. We were so thrilled with the outcome. We had more than enough food, and even sent some leftovers home with the guests. The food was perfectly prepared, and stored exactly the way we needed it. It was a great event, made even better with the worry free food service you provided. We'll definitely recommend your company to our friends.

I am an onsite decorator at The Water Oasis in Newberg, Oregon and I wanted to give this shout out to Viki and her impeccable team. I have seen many wonderful and happy clients of It's Party Time Catering. She works with their budgets and goes above and beyond the call of duty. In all cases that I have had the pleasure of working with IPTC at an event their displays of food and drink stayed in line with every design I had created. I have not one time had to set up their food and drink stations. Not once.. I provided the linen color and they made it beautiful! Their work is a piece of art! I have also looked forward to any client that has said they chose IPTC because I knew we were going to eat well. Her food is always delicious. There is nothing they can't create on a menu for your taste buds. It has also been great being able to offer them to a client knowing that everything they need is able to be covered by Viki's team. No need to rent dinnerware somewhere else, they have it. No need to hire a bartender somewhere else, they have it! If you need linens, they have that too. It's an amazing deal to get it all in one location and know that it will arrive and be set up for you and leave that stress and worry behind! Thank you for some great and wonderful events and I look forward to many more with you and your team at It's Party Time Catering!

Vikki and her crew are amazing! I really felt taken care of and she handled every little detail. Vikki also gave me wonderful referrals for our florist and our photographers (she really takes care of you). The food and her displays are gorgeous as well!

Viki and her staff catered my son's wedding this weekend and I couldn't be more pleased. It's Party Time Catering went above and beyond our expectation. When we had about 20 unexpected quests show up her team very discreetly found tables, chairs and place setting with out anyone knowing what had happened. They were friendly with smiles on their faces and made our quest feel so welcomed. Viki was prompt, organized and very professional. She will work with you no matter what your budget is. And it will look and taste like a million dollar wedding! She thinks of everything! It all ran so smoothly and the guest raved about the presentation, the food and the service. I promise you won't be disappointed if you choose It's Party Time Catering.

I chose IPTC mainly because they were the least expensive of my venues required caterers list and also because they were very local to my venue. I met with Viki and she helped me determine the best options for my budget, Insured me the buffet setting would be done in a classic way to reflect the style of the wedding, and advised on other aspects of the wedding based on her experience. While I had not anticipated the meal to be a highlight of the wedding they went above and beyond with the service and details that I had not expected. I received many complements from our guests on the food.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Viki of It's Party Time Catering. We met her at Macy's during a sip and scan, we had run into issues with a caterer we had already committed to but not put a deposit down on. Viki stepped right in and said come meet with me and my team, I will take care of you...so we did, throughout the process leading up to the wedding Viki was great, always very responsive, very very cordial, wanting to make sure our day was as special as it should be. Attentiveness during the reception was awesome! Food was great! The only thing they ran into was a 102 degree day and The Foundry does not have a kitchen so they had to work extra hard to make sure the food was good to go. We had 70 pounds of salmon flown in from Alaska and Viki was happy to cook that up for us and serve it! There was a hiccup with our beer service, we had told Viki she did not need to cover that as another vendor would do that...well, that other vendor told us the day of that he would not...actually about 30 minutes before the happy hour. Viki stepped in and put her bartender on the kegs and kept it flowing without my bride or I even knowing. In the end, she charged us for the service but in speaking with her afterwords, she offered to waive that for us to make sure we had a great day...what a lady, we were very gracious for that. I recommend It's Party Time Catering to anyone, Viki is does care about our day and was very proactive about making sure we were taken care of, she is also now approved by the Foundry for future weddings.

Viki and her staff did a great job of working with us before and during the reception. The food was excellent, and the guests raved about the taste and quality of the food!
