Every detail was handled with care from coordinating travel for our guests, managing last-minute changes, and ensuring we had the best accommodations, to recommending the most breathtaking location for our ceremony. Her communication was always prompt, professional, and kind, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, our wedding turned out to be more amazing than I could have imagined. Her role extended far beyond that of a traditional travel planner, as she skillfully coordinated guest travel and managed last-minute changes, including a canceled Delta flight three hours prior to departure. Notably, she stayed on the phone with us at 3 am to arrange a new flight schedule with another airline, showcasing exceptional service.
