Mackinac Island. It was important to us to have a photographer who was familiar with the island who could capture the island’s beauty and knew all the best spots. Sara delivered on that and more! She made everyone feel at ease throughout the day and gave great direction to make sure every shot was perfect. I am still in awe of how perfectly she captured our day. Everyone continues to rave about her to this day. I would recommend Sara to absolutely anyone!

My mom endearingly refers to her as “the bulldog” after she went to great lengths to hang my dress on the gate of our venue for an incredible dress shot. She has the ability to jump in at any venue and maximize everything it has to offer. She is A DREAM to work with and I couldn’t be happier with our photos. We can’t wait to renew our vows so we can hire her again. 😊

. As someone who has lives on the island year round, she knows all the best spots to take pictures. I was a little bit high strung as a bride. It was going to rain on our wedding day (6-14-19) and I absolutely wanted to make sure we had outside pictures. Sara was flexible and rearranged our schedule so we could get the pictures we wanted. After our ceremony, we took a ride around the island in our carriage to take photos. She was literally riding her bike and taking pictures at the same time!! She found stunning places around the island for us to stop and take pictures at. After our wedding, she promptly had our photos to us and then constructed a beautiful keepsake book. She is truly amazing. If you get married on Mackinac, you want Sara there to capture those precious memories. P.S. While on the island, I had many locals tell me I was so lucky to have Sara photograph my wedding because she is the best on the island. I couldn't agree more, I was pretty lucky :)

When the rain stopped, she pulled us from the reception to go outside so I could get my dream photo in front of Grand Hotel. She also made my husband and I feel so comfortable, and she kept the attention of our 20 person wedding party!
