About this vendor
Itsa Pizza Truck is a wedding catering company based in High Falls, NY. Bringing together crispy sourdough crust and farm-to-table toppings, this food truck aims to bring unforgettable flavor to your special day. Choose a culinary experience that’s kind to the environment for your momentous occasion.
Doug Cullen has over 15 years of experience in the baking world, as he previously owned a granola bar company based in NYC. Using custom built ovens made by a local metalsmith, and hauled by a vegetable-oil powered pick-up truck, Itsa Pizza Truck brings a fun and rustic element to your rehearsal dinner or wedding day. Doug and his talented staff are proud to offer freshly crafted pies featuring seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers. He delights in being able to be part of special events like weddings and seeing families come together to share a hearty, ethically made meal.
The Itsa Pizza Truck team caters weddings in the Hudson Valley, Westchester, and occasionally in NYC. You can enjoy a selection of three gourmet pizzas from the company’s seasonal menu. They will be baked fresh in the truck’s wood-fired oven over a period of 2 hours, with unlimited slices available to your and your guests. Farm fresh salad will also be provided, and you may request add ons such as antipasto platters, coffee, and ice cream for dessert. Beverage packages are also available for your celebration, including specially sourced beer, wines, and cider.

We hired Itsa Pizza to cater our 100 person wedding reception at a cidery and it was absolutely incredible. The food alone is FANTASTIC - we did their grilled summer salad, pizzas,...
ice cream, and coffee. I can't stop thinking how good their summer seasonal pizza was and I only wish they had a store front so I could visit in person and have it again. They also offered gluten free dough and vegan cheese options which was great as several of our guests had dietary restrictions. Behind the scenes, this vendor was so easy to coordinate with - communication with Isabelle was very prompt and organized - she was very responsive to changes with our menu and guest count - and they handled logistics with my venue seamlessly without needing me to be the middle man. We had such a great experience with Itsa Pizza Truck and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for a stress-free planning experience and fresh, local, delicious food for their event!!!

It is no secret that wedding catering can get incredibly expensive. Itsa pizza gave us a cost friendly option that we felt sacrificed absolutely nothing in terms of quality of food...
and service. If anything, it was the most memorable wedding food I've had. Not only did they have amazing charcuterie for cocktail hour, but after dinner they keep cooking pizza for people to eat while partying at the reception. The pizza was a huge hit with everyone and we kept getting compliments on how much the guests loved the it. Would certainly recommend to anyone for wedding or private events.

ent was so easy and seamless. And over the evening itself, the team set up a beautiful antipasto table and continuously whipped up three different kinds of pizza. Guests were wowed by how delicious everything was (as were we). We could not recommend Itsa Pizza more highly.

ptions are amazing and communication with Doug is so easy and he replies quickly which is great. I’m so so happy and completely recommend them. They were just so perfect, I couldn’t be more content with choosing Doug and his crew. They nailed it!!
This was the best decision of our wedding. When we tried various catering services, whether it was buffet, family style, or seated, we didn’t fall in love with the food. When we fi...
nally decided on Itsa Pizza, we were actually excited about the food at our wedding, and once it was over, it was a highlight for our guests. We worked with Doug from Itsa Pizza to do family-style serving to the tables in addition to buffet style, which kept the elegant feel of we wanted for our wedding. So many people commented that it was unique and delicious, both the variety of pizza flavors and the antipasto during cocktail hour. Our guests all had different favorite pies (we chose Margherita, Bee Sting, Funghi, and Arugula and Fig) and the smell of the wood-fire oven was like a campfire over our reception. Hoping that we’ll run into Itsa Pizza at future celebrations, our only regret was not eating more!
We hired Doug and his crew to cater our wedding and it was a runaway success! Doug and his team were so great to work with - from the menu to the set up to letting my husband and I...
cut the first pizza pie. It was so memorable and so delicious! That crust is amazing - crispy and chewy all at the same time. We had the margherita pizza, the bee sting (so good), the funghi, and my personal favorite (at Doug's suggestion), the roasted hv veg. They have a great set up and did an amazing job. Our guests loved it!!
