s and 10–12 weeks for videos. Unfortunately, even our sneak peek was delivered later than expected. We eventually received a sneak peek and an initial gallery, but many of the photos were missing, and the gallery was not fully edited. We also did not receive the completed videos or reels included in our package. I reached out with a detailed list of the missing photos, including photos of the bride and family at the altar, photos with each individual bridesmaid, photos of the bride and groom with guests at the tables, and photos of the food. I was told the issue would be addressed, and after following up again, I was told it would be corrected within a couple of days. After continued delays, I was eventually given a specific deadline of March 11, 2026, for the completed gallery and remaining deliverables. That deadline came and went, and I still have not received my final gallery or all of the remaining deliverables. As of today, it has been over a year since my wedding. What makes this especially difficult is that these photos are the memories of one of the most important days of our lives. I have even had to delay sending our wedding thank-you cards because I was waiting for specific photos from our wedding. I understand that unexpected personal circumstances and health issues can happen, and I genuinely tried to be patient and understanding throughout this entire process. I also want to acknowledge that I appreciate the photos that were captured and the time Beth and her team spent photographing our wedding. However, patience should not mean waiting over a year for contracted deliverables or repeatedly having to reach out for updates. Being told that I had received more than I was supposed to receive was particularly upsetting when there were still numerous items I had been promised in my contract and through our iMessage conversations that I had not received. I paid for a complete wedding photography and videography package, held up my end of the agreement, and simply wanted the memories I paid for. Unfortunately, the prolonged delays, incomplete gallery, missing photos and videos, missed delivery commitment, and lack of consistent communication have made this experience extremely disappointing. I hope future couples have a better experience and receive their complete wedding memories within the timeframe promised to them.

family photos and bridesmaids pictures were left out and never sent over. We also paid for a combo package for video coverage and we never received a video. I continued to send messages and request a different methods to receive these photos and videos they they could “see on their end” and communication just stopped. Repeated unanswered messages and Im sure I will never see those photos and the videos of my wedding. They were lovely people but I would hate for you to trust them the way I did and end up without the memories you expected for your special day.

remony.  Delivery was also repeatedly delayed, with several promised dates missed. The final clips arrived well beyond the stated maximum 12-week delivery period. When she later provided the “raw footage,” it consisted mostly of 30–60 second clips totaling only about 30 minutes. She provided a discount and brought an additional person, neither of which I requested. Nor does it makes up for missing irreplaceable moments from a once-in-a-lifetime event. I cannot recommend her. 

th and Jess made my husband and I feel so comfortable and confident while we took pictures. It genuinely felt like we were old friends who had known each other for years. They listened to all of our ideas and made them all come to life. Their prices are more than reasonable and the quality far exceeds the price. Easiest 5 stars!!!

The photos we’ve seen so far are absolutely stunning—beautifully captured moments we’ll treasure forever. Beth has an incredible eye for detail and emotion, and she managed to photograph the day so authentically and artfully. We feel so lucky to have had her be a part of our special day! ured moments I didn’t even know I wanted. Everyone has bragged about the pictures they’ve seen so far, and I honestly could not be happier. As someone who struggles being in front of a camera, she made me and my husband feel comfortable and smile genuinely as our photos were being taken.
