Ivonne and Travis are seasoned wedding photographers that know the ropes. They did a lovely job of documenting our day from details to portraits, with candids in between. They go out of their way to get to know you ahead of time and walk you through every step of the process. They were a pleasure to work with and were understanding and accommodating even with all of our COVID postponements. When my husband and I first began our search for wedding vendors, I knew how important photographers would be since photos are the one tangible thing we can take with us after the big day. My husband and I are not local to the Phoenix area and were extremely picky when selecting our vendors, we're so incredibly thankful we came across Ivonne and Travis! They made the entire process seamless and truly felt like family. When we were taking photos in the desert, Travis somehow got cholla cactus stuck in his leg - not once did he complain and he STILL kept fixing my dress and veil so we didn't waste a minute of the sunset (thankfully, he was able to remove it after). Needless to say, they are an authentic, spectacular, and extremely talented couple - you can't go wrong with this duo! Just trust them and have fun!

Ivonne and Travis were so great leading up to and on the actual day of the wedding! They were very responsive to emails and phone calls. We had never taken professional pictures and were nervous, but they made us feel so comfortable. They took TONS of pictures in different locations around the venue. They made sure every picture looked perfect and taught us how to pose. We were running late the day of and they were able to change pace seamlessly and still got every shot. The pictures turned out beautiful and they had a very quick turnaround time!

I couldn't be more happy then with Ivonne and Travis! They made my wedding so easy and less stressful! Ivonne and Travis are absolutely spectacular. They made the entire process of the wedding, not just the photographs, extremely less stressful than we anticipated. The way they handle the pictures and themselves is truly amazing and they made everything extremely special. WOW! Ivonne and Travis are absolutely amazing! I am so happy we found them to shoot our photos for our wedding day. They were so fun and easy to work with and they really have your back during the day. I don't think I checked the time or our schedule once because I knew that everything was running smoothly and they had us ready and where we needed to be throughout the day/night. We also have a three year old daughter that can be very skeptical of strangers and she warmed right up to them because of how well they interact - that is huge for us because we wanted nice photos with her. The chaos of planning and replanning a wedding during a pandemic is a nightmare. But having Ivonne and Travis in our corner made things much easier on us! They were ALWAYS on top of their stuff, ALWAYS in communication with us and ALWAYS willing to give us what we wanted. They were a pleasure to work with even before the actual wedding day. And they were extremely professional about their work, which I cannot say about all of my vendors. ON our big day, I feel like this team ran a marathon but sprinting... running around the entire night getting every shot possible! Everytime I went to hug a friend or say hello to someone, BAM, Ivonne and Travis were there ready to snap a photo like real paparazzi!! On top of that, all the candid shots were quite flattering as well, which we definitely appreciate!! I could go on and on and on about how truly wonderful they were to work with, but we don't have time for that!! The fact that they allowed us to "not have to worry about how the photos would turn out" because we knew they were being handled properly, made all the difference. AND they delivered at least 50 photos of proofs just DAYS after the wedding so we had plenty to post on social right after the wedding. AMAZING!! I will never use another photographer for any event I ever host! 10/10 would recommend!

My entire bridal party ADORED working with Ivonne & Travis. While being a COVID bride was basically the worst, vendors like them made it so much better. I replanned my wedding, from across the country, in 4 weeks. Photography was the first box I checked. Travis was responsive and easy to work with! We had a zoom call to talk about how I all the uncertainty made me have no clue how to move forward, but Ivonne and Travis calmed my nerves! To be honest, once we got to the big day, our little elopement crew had no clue what we should be doing, lol! But, Travis had assured me they had done so many weddings that everything would go off without a hitch — and they were right! They directed our crazy crew through the ceremony & photos. Having two photographers was never something I was looking for, but I am so thankful I did! During our contract writing, I had a specific date I needed the photos by and they were accommodating about that! Once I got my photos... man their pictures & Ivonne’s editing are a work of art. They are both a joy to have around & now I have works of art to remember our big day forever. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We got married on Valentine's Day 2020. Ivonne and Travis were both there to assist on our big day. They were prompt, professional, fun, and made us feel beautiful. Travis kept us on a nice, tight schedule because we didn't want to lose daylight and because I was ready to get the pictures over and done with so we can get partying with our friends and family! We felt well taken care of and I knew the pictures would come out amazing! When their time was running out, they came to us to let us know and they recommended we do a mock cake cutting, which we truly appreciated because time definitely gets away from you that day! They listened to my requests and jumped right on. They wanted my day to turn out as smooth and beautiful as we wanted it to turn out!

It was super helpful when it came to wedding day. They work quick, they know their stuff, and their artistic eye is fantastic. They were so efficient on my wedding day that they were able to get all our photos done after ceremony (we didn’t do a first look) and we still had some time to enjoy cocktail hour with our guests. We cannot recommend Ivonne and Travis enough! Choosing a photographer was definitely the hardest decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. We are VERY picky, and made a long list of what was most important to us when looking for our wedding photographer. We started to become very discouraged when our vision repeatedly failed to align with photographer after photographer, and became afraid that we may have to sacrifice some of what we were looking for, just to finally book someone. The moment we met with Ivonne and Travis we knew they were different than everyone else. Not only are they talented, they are outgoing, fun, and made us feel special from our very first meeting. They checked all of our boxes and then some (which I didn’t even think was possible!). They brought things to our attention that we never even thought of, like their plan to ensure your photos make it safely from their cameras at the wedding to their computers. Their attention to detail is unrivaled (coming from a very perfectionist/type A person myself.). We knew we wanted to take our engagement pictures in Sedona, they didn’t skip a beat making it happen, and delivered the most beautiful photos. It was hard to pick just one favorite for our save the dates. We ended up displaying a handful more to showcase at our wedding, and it still felt like we weren’t doing their work justice! Their communication leading up to the wedding was clear, and they were always available for any last minute reassurance or questions. The day of our wedding, they not only made us feel like the two most important people in the world, but they calmed our nerves, and made our family and friends feel special and appreciated as well. They came prepared and knew exactly what photos we were wanting (details, family, bridal party, etc.), so when the ceremony was over we could head out into the desert for some beautiful scenic and sunset shots just the two of us. We opted for the “celebrity tour” during our reception, where Ivonne and Travis followed us table to table to ensure we got a photo with every single guest; this was so special to us! They even prepared a short slideshow (20ish photos from getting ready/details/bridal portraits ) that we were able to enjoy and display immediately at the reception to share with our guests (we still don’t understand exactly how they made this happen – soooo cool!) We received so many compliments throughout the night (seriously, from 10+ people) about Ivonne and Travis, and a few might have even compared Travis to a ninja during the ceremony ☺ – he was everywhere, making sure they captured our special moment from every possible perspective. They also worked beautifully with our videographer, and he had the utmost praise for them, their talent, and their ability to provide direction. It’s going to be the longest few weeks waiting for our photos, but we know it will be worth it! Choosing Ivonne and Travis for your wedding is the best decision you can make. They will take a tremendous amount of stress off of your shoulders, and you can be assured that your photos will be stunning. Our day was better than we ever dreamed, thanks in large part to Ivonne and Travis. They treated us like we were family throughout the whole process, and we cannot wait to use them for family photos in the years to come! It was a pleasure working with them both!

Honestly I can’t even put into words how much we love Ivonne & Travis and how they made our wedding day perfect! Travis and Ivonne are amazing. They are full of positive energy and dedicated. They capture every moment and take beautiful pictures.

These two are rock stars, they are incredibly hardworking! Their dedication to what they do really shows. During my initial meeting/orientation with them, we went over the allotted hour and they never seemed to care or notice. They wanted to make sure every detail was covered. Travis was adamant that we nail down every family shot that I wanted at the wedding. At the actual wedding, they even went out of their way to recreate a couple photos of my grandmother in her wedding dress, because I was wearing her wedding dress. I did not ask them to do this, but they went out of their way to do it. I have never met such a hard working couple. They were more into the photos than I was! One major benefit of getting two photographers is that you get shots from different angles. Some of my favorite photos are the ones Travis took while standing in the background when we were looking at Ivonne.

Looking through all of our photo, honestly transported me back to the wedding day. I am so obsessed with every single picture! Ivonne and Travis made us feel so comfortable through everything leading up to the big day. Words can not express how happy I am.

We chose Ivonne and Travis Photography as our wedding photographers and couldn't be happier with our choice. They were recommended to us by our reception venue, Aldea at Tlaquepaque. Ivonne and Travis are married and work as a team to capture every beautiful moment of the day. I cannot stress enough how impressed my husband and I were with them. We met a few times with them prior to the wedding and went over every detail of what the day would look like. This included every detail of the schedule as well as the shots that were important to us. What stood out to me was not only their desire to capture the moments we specifically requested, but they also emphasized that they wanted to capture the more 'natural' moments throughout the day, which was also very important to me that everything wasn't posed. It was also so helpful that they work with Aldea (our reception venue) because they knew the place by heart and captured each part of the night so well, including a sunset shot at the end of the night! They are so professional when it comes to knowing what kind of pictures couples want captured on their special day. The thing we were MOST impressed with was their energy! We had them come to three different locations that day (the Church, Dreamy Drawer Park where we had our photos taken before the wedding and lastly, the venue). Travis even came with us on the bus to make sure we took the best route to Dreamy Draw Park! I was so impressed at how they kept the same energy from the moment they arrived to the Church to take detail shots before the Mass, all the way to the Sparkler Exit at the very end of the night. They go above and beyond and are passionate about what they do. Their goal is to not only capture beautiful moments, but also get to know the couple and continue a relationship with them even after the wedding. That is hard to find in this kind of industry and sets them apart as photographers. They got our pictures to us in record time after the wedding and my jaw dropped after looking through each photo. They were STUNNING and all of their hard work and energy truly paid off and showed in each and every photo. Since they both were shooting, each one captured a different perspective throughout the day and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with our wedding photos. They captured this memorable and special event in my husband and my life and we will not only have these photos forever, but they will be there for our future children and grandchildren to look back on. Ivonne and Travis are incredible photographers. My wife and I were honored to have them photograph our wedding on January 14th, 2018. The service that they provide is unlike any other. They are more than just photographers. Ivonne and Travis are a husband and wife, they are a photography team, and they are artists. We decided to do an engagement session prior to our wedding. We had a wonderful time at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum. We got some amazing photos and had fun as we became more comfortable in front of the cameras and more comfortable with Ivonne and Travis. For our engagement session we choose two locations. For the second location we chose to be somewhere with the Superstition Mountains to be in the background. Travis lit up as soon as we said this. He told us that had been envisioning an artistic shot for a while. There is a road that dips up and down in East Mesa that leads right in to the Superstition mountains. Travis had us stand in the middle of the street and it ended up being an amazing shot. We had such a great time taking photos with them, it was such an adventure. Their dynamics are inspiring and they have a lot of fun while they work which had me laughing and smiling before the photos began. For our wedding we were just as happy with the outcome. As I was looking through the hundreds of photos after the wedding. I truly felt that there were different styles of photos that would make anyone happy with their work. We have everything including wonderful family photos, details photos, dramatic artistic photos, beautiful ceremony photos, black and white photos, fun reception photos, and even a giant group shot! With Ivonne and Travis you get not only one photographer but two. When browsing through our completed photos, we often had the same picture taken from two different angles. This was wonderful because we had two high quality pictures and two different perspectives to choose from. Travis would also set up for a shot, and gather those who needed to be in the photo, to expedite the process. This left Ivonne free at times to focus on the photography. There was so much benefit to having two people there to facilitate. There are so many photographers to choose from; however, Ivonne and Travis should be at the top of your list. They will make sure you and your loved ones have amazing pictures on your special day.

We got SO lucky when we booked Ivonne & Travis! After meeting with them several times, we felt like we really knew them and had such a great connection. The two answered all of our questions and made us feel super involved in the process. Now that our big day has passed, I can't even imagine a better photography experience we could have had. They exceeded all of our expectations, by far, from arriving early, to assisting with details to make every part of the picture perfect, even to saying the funniest things to help capture our bridal party's best moments. My husband and I always talk about how they seemed to magically be at every moment, from every angle. I'm not even kidding, just a beautiful experience. We definitely wish we could do it all over again but we'll surely get that feeling when we look at the rest of our photos. (We saw some sneak peaks and are in AWE!) The best photographers we could have possibly had on the best day of our lives.

From the day we met them they made us feel like family. They will do anything and everything to make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera and behind scenes. They are the most amazing team to work with! We won from a drawing at the Arizona Bridal Show and they never made us feel like we received less because we won their package. They did an engagement shoot for us and did everything they could to help us feel special. They even delivered our wedding photos a week early! My now husband and I loved getting to know this husband/wife team during both the engagement photos and wedding. They truly know their stuff and made the day run so smoothly. Ivonne and Travis were amazing!! They know what they are doing. They are beyond professional but they also make you feel like family, like you've known them your whole life. Ivonne and Travis really gave us the best wedding experience. They go above and beyond for us. They make us feel really special, and they truly get to know us. Our photos are better than I could ever imagine! They were incredibly beautiful! They captured our whole night in photos. They are absolutely amazing! You can tell they truly love their job. We had a list of photographers we had already met and we had two more to go. Ivonne and Travis were our second to last photographers to meet up with. As soon as we met them it was perfect! We were really happy with Ivonne and her husband as we felt they went above and beyond as our photographers to make our big day stress free. They memorized family members names, sent us gifts leading up to the wedding and most importantly captured amazing memories of the best day of our lives. I would recommend them to anyone. There are so many photographers out there to choose from and it gets really overwhelming as you choose each vendor when planning a wedding. Ivonne Carlton Photography was an awesome experience! They were extremely prompt in their responses to emails and with scheduling meetings to prep before the actual wedding day. They were so kind in wanting to actually get to know us in order to capture the day how we would want. The photos turned out beautifully and having the link to download any photos we wanted was perfect!

My fiancé (at the time) and I met Travis and Ivonne at the Arizona Bridal Show early 2017. We went specifically to find a photographer and wound up meeting this awesome husband & wife team at their adorable booth. They were warm, inviting, inquisitive and genuine. We loved them so much that we booked immediately and left the show, confident that we had found the perfect photographers for our big day. We hit a little bit of a snag when they realized they actually had our wedding day already booked for another bride and groom, but they assured us not to worry and that they would have another photography team shoot our day and they would still be editing our photos. I was a little skeptical until I met Mindy, who they work with very closely. She actually ended up photographing my bridal shower, my boudoir shoot and my wedding, while Ivonne and Travis did the edits and stayed in touch with me. They also hired another woman named Tiffany to help shoot my wedding day, and did very awesome as well. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with! They have incredible communication skills, speedy turnaround times (we got our wedding photos in 3 weeks!), a genuine sense of care for your life and your special event, and are very professional. We got around 800 photos back from our wedding, which I thought was an incredible amount. It was nice to have variations to choose from. Although Travis and Ivonne didn’t personally shoot my big day, they came to see me right before to send me their love, which I thought was so sweet and thoughtful. I would also like to acknowledge how organized they are. We had meetings of our wedding timeline and they made sure they knew which shots we wanted to get and with who. The day of my wedding I honestly just relaxed and was able to let Mindy take the wheel and get all the shots she knew we wanted, and she did. Every single shoot and meeting they arrived on time and prepared. If you haven’t booked your wedding photographers yet, I highly recommend that you reach out to Ivonne and Travis and meet them. They are trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely great people.

Ivonne and Travis had to step in last minute for our wedding when we had already booked another photographer and planned the day with her. They were willing to come to our church and helped us choose the best photo ops at the location. They jumped right in with a large wedding and LONG day. With our long day with many details, they moved quickly but purposefully and had ample support from their photography team. They are a great balance with Travis' energy and passion and Ivonne's calming presence but equal passion for their work. Their follow up after the wedding was also wonderful. We got our photo link just a month or so after the wedding and they have been quick to respond to any other needs I have had along the way. The photos came out AMAZING and were everything I had hoped for and more!!! Their blog post about our wedding was so sweet and thoughtful! Joshua and I would highly recommend them for your wedding!!

My husband and I searched long and hard before picking a photographer for our wedding because let's be real, the photos last forever and who wants crappy photos to look at for the rest of their life??? Well we had stumbled upon Ivonne and Travis and a bridal show and they completely had us sold on choosing them! They're price for their packages was spot on and very reasonable, but we ended up picking a venue that had an all inclusive package in which they were included in! So that made it all the better! We loved working with them and had so much fun shooting our engagement photos and our wedding photos! They were both so easy to work with and definitely helped guide us on posing and what not. We would love to have them capture all our life's moments they were just so great to work with!

Ivonne and Travis were absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I got married at Aldea at Tlaquepaque and Ivonne and Travis made the venue look even more beautiful than I could ever imagine through the photographs. Not only are they incredibly professional but also super easy and fun to have as photographers! They are organized and immediately reply to your emails/questions. Both Ivonne and Travis took care of us on our wedding day and went above and beyond what anyone would expect. Since we got married on an incredibly hot day, they made sure we were comfortable during our pictures and even gave us a few rest breaks to refresh in air-conditioned rooms. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that wants amazing pictures! We are absolutely in love with all of our beautiful pictures from our special day. We loved everything about working with Ivonne and Travis. They are an amazing husband and wife team! We chose them to do our engagement photos and we were sold!!! They made us feel so comfortable during our shoot. The level of excitement they give you makes you feel like a super model. They were even able to get all of the photo ops my 'diva' husband wanted. Ivonne and Travis made me realize JUST how special I could feel as a bride. We got married at the Landmark in Mesa, AZ on February 10th and are so glad that we met Ivonne and Travis! We spent most of our engagement in different states and they not only made everything so easy leading up to the wedding, but they were incredibly considerate of our schedules and were certainly accommodating. They are seriously the best!! Great, easy to get along with perosonalities and have the best eye for detail. Travis even committed to falling in one of the bushes to get a shot and it's one of our favorites. We had our wedding at the Landmark on April 22nd. Ivonne Carlton Photography is the only photographer duo you'll need. Ivonne worked with her husband during their wedding and they work great with each other. They are professional, have relentless energy and are obviously extremely passionate. I can say first hand, neither me or my Husband are picture people, we can be a little camera shy and awkward. Ivonne and Travis really know how to put you at ease and make you look awesome. They did our engagement photos, which were just beautiful but our wedding day was something else. They were not only efficient, and noticed when something needed to be fixed for a picture. They also helped with a few emergencies. Like when I realized that my last minute seamstress job was botched and my satin under layer was hanging out past my scalloped hem, they had safety pins and immediately helped me pin it under. They also had pins that they provided to help attach the boutonnieres because the florist had not provided any. The group shots done after the wedding were so efficient, we actually got to enjoy a little bit of our cocktail hour. And they made sure to get as many pictures of my friends and family, even if we were a bit absent minded about it. I don't think I ever saw them sit down, and they were so sweet and caring. They even gave me this beautiful hanger for my wedding dress that I absolutely cherish. We had many people come up to us during and after our wedding saying how impressed they were with our photographers, and just how helpful and nice they were. They care about my wedding as much as I did, and I will always recommend them to my friends! If you want caring, energetic, prepared, and efficient photographers that give you beautiful, natural looking photos chose these two!

Ivonne is amazing!! She is so sweet and very talented. Prior to the wedding we went over a wedding day timeline with her and Travis. They were so organized and professional.
