She had so many good recommendations and tips, which we obviously wouldn’t have known to do since we’ve never planned a wedding. She was always available via text and so helpful! I was stressed out since we were renting our decor, but Amanda assured me that she had it under control. And she SURE DID!! The day of, we were both nervous but we knew Amanda had it under control. Upon hiring Amanda, we had an initial meeting where she laid out a timeline with homework on check points to ensure that we are running to speed towards our big day. She continued to have monthly check in meetings with us to see our progress and was also available over email and text whenever we had a question or needed some guidance/professional opinion! Amanda was so easy to work with and communicate with - & made planning our wedding as stress free as possible. She even reviewed all our vendor contracts to ensure nothing looks funky prior to us signing anything!! She also had a list of preferred vendors for us to utilize if needed. Leading into the month of our wedding, Amanda took over as point of contact for all our vendors & ensured all final details were ticked and tied. The day of our wedding went COMPLETELY SMOOTHLY, even when tiny hiccups happened, Amanda and her team pulled through and alleviated any stress or crisis leaving both bride and groom staying present and in the moment on our big day! We loved having her on our big day and throughout our planning process. Whether you are looking for a full planner or a day of coordinator, we highly HIGHLY recommend Amanda, SHE IS THE BEST!!!!

a 1920s beach chic wedding in La Jolla Village. You can tell how much she loves her job and puts her heart into making people’s wedding dreams come true. She attended to so many details I would have never seen/or known of-like textures and color palettes of table linen, flower combinations in the bouquets, and making sure the website and invitations had every detail for the wedding to lessen the texts/calls leading up to the day. Her knowledge of the vendors took a huge burden off of us, and each vendor went above and beyond our expectations as well-quality attracts quality! The day of our wedding flew by, but because she was there to help, everyone was taken care of and everything was handled flawlessly. Her timeline helped us to know where we needed to be, and because she was so organized, we never felt rushed and were able to enjoy our wedding as we wanted. photographer and everything was falling into place. When the COVID pandemic began ramping up, Amanda did not let up. My fiancé and I didn't want to let the Pandemic control our lives and stop the wedding. So Amanda pivoted the entire event and created a wonderful COVID-friendly wedding in September 2020. The pandemic impacted more than just the venue and the food service. It also affected my work-life. I was now working from home for a local restaurant company navigating through a Pandemic as well. The stress of everything just ultimately became too much and I asked Amanda to just take over the planning/execution from here on out. She and I had already discussed my nice-to-haves and need-to-haves and I knew shew would advocate for us and our special day. My now-husband and I both come from Jewish backgrounds. His side is Orthodox while mine is more Traditional/Israeli in culture and practice. We were both determined to put on an event where both our families would feel comfortable. Amanda worked closely with my mother-in-law throughout the entire process to make sure we were following the Jewish traditions. Her commitment to understanding our culture and the ease with which she blended our ideas made for the PERFECT day. On the actual wedding day itself, everything went accordingly plan as far as I was aware. I had the most stress-free day a bride has ever had and I couldn't have done that without Amanda. The hair, photography, florist and DJ were all recommended by Amanda. Her network is reliable and executes beautifully. Do not plan an event without Amanda and her team!

What I love most about Amanda is that I know things are going to get DONE, she just has that type A personality, is super organized, and I was completely worry free the day of my wedding. You are making a mistake if you don’t hire her!!!

o give you a few examples of what went wrong: 1. my bridesmaid didn't order her dress in time. We called the company multiple times to try and get it to us to no avail - Amanda was able to get it shipped next day after speaking to their manager. 2. DJ quit night before wedding - Amanda helped coordinate a new DJ with the company as well as advocate for partial reimbursement 3. Babysitter did not show day of for Matron of Honor - Amanda found a babysitter within 5 minutes who worked for the venue so was there all ready to go. The list goes on, but I think this shows how wonderful she is. She is kind, caring, and really goes out of her way to make your day stress free. She is beyond reliable and is great with communication. I don't know what I would've done without her, even with the venue coordinator. I am so happy I hired her, and you will be too.

Amanda as your coordinator, stop now because she was my saving grace the entire planning process. I didn't realize how little I actually understood about the planning process until she helped me break down every detail. She was so wonderful and available the entire time, from late night worried texts to me changing my entire theme 7 months out. Amanda even came out to my dress fittings and helped me find the perfect dress and alterations specialist, giving me so much peace of mind. The day of my wedding, I unfortunately came down with food poisoning, a total nightmare! By the time my ceremony rolled around, I was just barely able to put on a brave face and carry on, but without Amanda my day would have been a disaster. I worried about NOTHING the day of my wedding, no vendors bugged me, the ceremony and reception flowed so beautifully, she made sure I always had water and felt comfortable. I had my dream wedding because Amanda made it happen, I feel so grateful that I met her and will recommend her to every person I know getting married. Thank you Amanda!!
