I truly could not have done anything without Sarah!!! I went into the wedding planning process thinking that I did not need a coordinator or planner... I quickly learned that I was...
wrong! Sarah and Ivory Belle Events is definitely the way to go to ensure a smooth wedding day + rehearsal dinner (and planning season)! She asked questions that I would not have thought to consider and would have easily slipped through the cracks if not for her. Not only did she keep everything smooth, but she also kept a level head throughout everything, which was so helpful! Even if I was freaking out about something, her energy was so calming that I couldn't help but relax. When dealing with outside opinions or individuals going against the bride and groom's wishes, she quickly, calmly, and respectfully resolved all issues. Sarah and Ivory Belle Events truly went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met as the bride. As a very controlling type A person, I needed Sarah's attention to detail, professionalism, and calming presence to help me get through the day. I could not recommend her more! Ivory Belle is the way to go for all of your wedding planning needs!
I had a fantastic experience working with Sarah at Ivory Belle Events! She provided day-of coordination starting several months before the wedding. The process was smooth and prof...
essional throughout. On the wedding day, I had full confidence in Sarah. She did not disappoint! I was able to enjoy my day without worrying about a thing. This service was invaluable and worth the very reasonable cost. I’d highly recommend to any bride!

resses easily and I wasn’t overwhelmed at all on my wedding day because she had everything handled. One of the best decisions I made was hiring Ivory Belle! She remembered all the details and I never once had to wonder if something was being handled on my wedding day, she was on it and had a great happy personality to go along with it! Best day ever.
We work with Ivory Belle Events and they are absolutely TOP TIER! As a fellow wedding vendor I can confirm you are in the best of hands with them, THANK YOU for all you do!!!
Sarah was the best wedding planner i could have asked for. We originally had a different planner who wouldn’t answer my calls/ text/ or emails for 5 days straight! In a panic, i tr...
ied to find a planner but most were taken. I stumbled upon ivory belle and i couldn’t have picked a better planner for myself. She always replied quickly and when the wedding was around the corner, if she had another wedding coming up she gave me a heads up that she would be busy for the day but she will reply asap. (As she always did). She coordinated all my vendors arrival times and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the night! She came up to us frequently making sure we didn’t need anything . The week of the wedding , as a bride, my anxiety and stress was high !! BUT after talking to Sarah for an hour on the phone and making sure every detail was said (for the 10th time ) i knew she had it down packed for me. She NEVER made me feel like i was annoying her for telling her the same detail over and over. If you’re type A like i am, hire Sarah! She’s a perfectionist too!
As a bride, you want a day-of coordinator that handles any situations on your wedding day so that you can just be present. Sarah went above and beyond to help us with our day-of co...
ordination for our wedding. Her team helped handle any problems that came up on our big day, helped decorate, created a detailed timeline and helped us stick to it, contacted all of our vendors in advance, and so much more! She made us feel like a guest at our own wedding. I cannot thank her enough!
If you're planning a wedding without Sarah and her team, you're doing it wrong. Sarah was a big part of making our daughter's wedding the perfect day. She is tremendously skilled...
at ensuring that everything she does in the background has a big impact on the foreground. There wasn't a problem she didn't solve nor a single detail overlooked. Highly recommend. 5-stars.
