wrong! Sarah and Ivory Belle Events is definitely the way to go to ensure a smooth wedding day + rehearsal dinner (and planning season)! She asked questions that I would not have thought to consider and would have easily slipped through the cracks if not for her. Not only did she keep everything smooth, but she also kept a level head throughout everything, which was so helpful! Even if I was freaking out about something, her energy was so calming that I couldn't help but relax. When dealing with outside opinions or individuals going against the bride and groom's wishes, she quickly, calmly, and respectfully resolved all issues. Sarah and Ivory Belle Events truly went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met as the bride. As a very controlling type A person, I needed Sarah's attention to detail, professionalism, and calming presence to help me get through the day. I could not recommend her more! ied to find a planner but most were taken. I stumbled upon ivory belle and i couldn’t have picked a better planner for myself. She always replied quickly and when the wedding was around the corner, if she had another wedding coming up she gave me a heads up that she would be busy for the day but she will reply asap. (As she always did). She coordinated all my vendors arrival times and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the night! She came up to us frequently making sure we didn’t need anything . The week of the wedding , as a bride, my anxiety and stress was high !! BUT after talking to Sarah for an hour on the phone and making sure every detail was said (for the 10th time ) i knew she had it down packed for me. She NEVER made me feel like i was annoying her for telling her the same detail over and over. If you’re type A like i am, hire Sarah! She’s a perfectionist too!

Her team helped handle any problems that came up on our big day, helped decorate, created a detailed timeline and helped us stick to it, contacted all of our vendors in advance, and so much more!
