Kacy is incredible! I came in with NO idea what I wanted, and 7 people in tow ready to give their opinions! She did an incredible job letting everyone pull the dresses they wanted me to try, and then once we were trying them on let me give her my opinions, etc in private to help her refine my style and preferences and pull some dresses she felt would go well. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience where I felt heard and completely comfortable saying what I liked and didn’t like, and getting her professional opinion on fit, etc. She couldn’t have been more patient and willing to let me try different veils, headpieces, etc! The salon also had a BUNCH of variety, and I’m sure something for everyone! I am so happy to be an Ivory bride!

Ivory Bridal offers an exceptional, personalized experience. Having the session exclusively for you adds intimacy. Weekend availability is a nice touch. Kacy ensures a smooth and casual experience; her attention to detail is impressive, making every dress feel tailored! Her clip game is top notch! Quick and efficient, I never felt rushed, trying on a variety of dresses. After visiting another boutique, I knew I'd return to Ivory Bridal for the overall great experience and the irresistible variety of dresses. Kayla was equally lovely during subsequent visits. This boutique is extremely friendly, they provide the best customer service, and they have a variety of the latest styles/gowns. There are multiple options to choose from, they even have plus size dresses. I worked with Dana through most of my dress buying experience and I only have the upmost of love for how comfortable she made me feel when I was trying on dresses. Can't recommend these lovely ladies enough!

I had such a wonderful experience! Dana was amazing and such a sweetheart, you can really tell she absolutely loves her job! I’m a plus size bride so I was self conscious about trying on dresses and not being able to fully see how it would actually look or fit nicely but I’m so happy I found Ivory Bridal! She pulled off the racks all the dresses I wanted to try on and there was no rush or pressure by her, I asked questions and she answered all of them so kindly. Ivory Bridal absolutely made the dress shopping experience one of the best I could have imagined. Kacy is absolutely wonderful - so kind, patient, no pressure, honest, and helpful! She offered suggestions to make the dress even more personalized and perfect! I love that when you book an appointment, you have the whole shop to yourself - it makes for a really private and special shopping experience. If Ivory Bridal isn't on your bridal boutique list, add it! They set you up with a client portal before your first appointment where you can browse their collection online and pick your favorites. The day of the appointment we had the entire Boutique to ourselves with my favorite dresses pulled aside for me. I also got to browse all the dresses in person and pull any additional dresses I wanted to try on. The store is so spacious and clean giving you enough room to walk around, look at the dress from different angles/lighting and take pictures without feeling cramped. Kacy was fantastic to work with! She made me feel so comfortable and I never felt rushed or pressured. I 100% recommend every bride make Ivory Bridal a must visit for their wedding dress shopping!

I had the BEST experience at Ivory! Gorgeous dresses. Supportive staff. Zero stress. All fun. Being the only bride in the shop for each appointment made the whole experience feel intimate and special. Kacy was super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I can't imagine going anywhere else for a dress.

I first came in here alone since my friends couldn't make it that day. Dana was extremely helpful and pulled all the dresses I was interested in, and then helps you put each on and took pictures of all of them for me on my phone so I could look at them later. Their online system to pick some of your favorites ahead of time is really useful as well. Dana was not pushy at all, just helpful! I left thinking I found the one, but wanted to come back with the whole family. When I did, they were very nice and accomodating for everyone. They let me try on a couple dresses that were just for fun since I knew they weren't for me. And then when I showed everyone "the one" and we all loved it, they were both (Dana and Kacy) very helpful in getting it all ordered in the right size, and with an option to potentially save me alteration costs later. They have a seamstress that works in their building space you can use as well. The dress will get here in only about 5 months too - really fast! And they were all reasonably priced too. Plus they have the regular and plus sides so you can try on a much bigger range of dress sizes than the usual shops. Loved it here! Thanks so much Dana and Kacy!

I was walking into this shop with the idea i was going to other shops to keep an open mind but NOPE! I found my dress here so fast!! The owner was the sweetest while i was trying on dresses, i felt very comfortable! The dresses were beautiful and i had such a hard time picking a dress because they were all so stunning! I was happy when i found the right dress for me🥰 I definitely recommend this shop to all brides!

Having the perfect dress for your big day isn’t enough. I truly believe it’s all about the experience when shopping for a wedding dress. Kacy and Dana offered beautiful wedding dresses from various price ranges, entailing different styles. But they also offered something I didn’t get from any of the 5 other bridal stores I went to - hospitality. The hospitality provided encouraged excitement leading up to my big day. I also appreciated the appointment only requirement. It allowed for a more calm/relaxing experience. I’m also not familiar with the process of wedding dress alterations and what could be done to change the appearance of a wedding dress, but Kacy and Dana took some time to explain that to me, which I really appreciated. Beautiful dresses - awesome owners!

They just get it. Ivory Bridal Boutique is where wedding dress shopping should start because you won’t have to look any further. They offer a spacious, clean and naturally lit environment to try on dresses and get a glimpse of how it looks from every angle. My experience was customized and I didn’t even think I needed to be made to feel special but they did it and it was great. Kacy and her team are top of the line professionals who are responsive and timely, which are so important to me and unfortunately just so hard to come by, but not here. I looked all over, from the coast to the Central Valley, they were my last stop and I would recommend them a thousand times over anywhere else.

After searching all over town for the perfect dress, I finally found it at Ivory Bridal Boutique. Dana was amazing! She had all the dresses I favorited prior to the appointment ready for me to try on. She let me browse the dresses in the boutique prior to trying everything on and was completely honest about the pricing. I felt that she was honest and sincere throughout the whole process. She made me feel so comfortable and shared in my excitement of finding my dress. The dress I chose was one of the ones I picked off the rack! I wish I would have began my search here, but am so glad it ended here with some great people. Can’t wait to get my dress and have my fiancé see it on our wedding day!

Beautiful gowns and boutique! I started my gown search here and I knew this is where I wanted to purchase my gown. I went to one other store locally and I wasn't impressed. Dana was amazing in helping me choose my gown. She was even more patient when I went back a few months later to follow-up and purchase. I retried gowns on and then found the ONE. I thought the first one I tried on was the one, but I didn't feel perfect in it. She helped me put and stepped out of my comfort zone and then I fell in love with the one I got. They're amazing and the customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend IBB for your needs!

Before I was engaged I knew where I would go if/when that time came. I've been following Ivory Bridal for a few years now and I love how real the owner is. I fell in love with the brand Madilane because of how romantic and soft their dresses were. But the number one reason I chose Madilane and Ivory Bridal Boutique is how inclusive their brand is. They don’t just show tiny little brides looking perfect in tiny little dresses. Every time I scrolled through thier feed I could picture myself in their dresses because it was more realistic. Every single bride they showcase looks happy, confident and beautiful! They celebrate brides of ALL sizes and I love it! Kacy & Dana were super responsive to every single message I sent and always treated me with such kindness and care. I HIGHLY recommend a stop at their shop if you’re still searching for your dream dress. You will be in excellent care with these amazing ladies. 🥰 I sent Kacy a list of dresses I wanted to try on and when we arrived she had them pulled and ready for me. But she also chose dresses she thought I would like and the very first dress she picked for me is the one I ended up buying. I love everything about my dress. I had the best bridal appointment at Ivory and it truly couldn't have gone any better! I went into Ivory Bridal feeling very nervous as I did not have the best experience at the pervious bridal salon I went to right before. However, once I arrived, I met Dana who was my consultant and she was amazing and so welcoming. I felt so comfortable from the moment I met her. I am a plus size bride and I got to be one of the first people to shop in their new store, Ivory Bridal Plus. I was very nervous about dresses not fitting my body how I would want it to but to my surprise, every single dress I tried on was incredible and unique and fit so well. "The one" ended up being the very first dress I tried on and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Ivory Bridal is hands down the best bridal boutique in the Central Valley!! Dana made my experience so comfortable and enjoyable! She was constantly checking in with my thoughts on each dress so that as the apportionment progressed we got closer to my perfect dress!! And once finding "the one" she was very helpful with finding the customization and shipping needed for my wedding timeline! They also made me and my family (including 2 littles) feel so comfortable and welcome in the store!!

I had the most amazing experience at Ivory Bridal. Dana was my consultant and made me feel so, so comfortable with everything. I walked in not having any clue of what I wanted, we started by trying on a bunch of different styles to help narrow in on what made me feel great, which worked amazingly (cannot recommend enough to future brides to be open to trying a bunch of styles!). Also, a testament to how helpful the Boutique staff is, I've been deciding between dress colors and Dana went out of her way to research (and I'm sure go down a million IG rabbit holes) to find my dress in both options so I could see what it looked like, without having to image (a lot of pressure for big purchase like this!). Lastly, and I think this is really important to mention, I was able to shop at the new Plus store which was an awesome experience for me. Wedding dresses notoriously run super small and I loved being able to look at every dress in the store and know that they would ALL fit. Not having to guess if something came in my size and to be able to actually try on all the dresses (not hold up a sample size 4 and guess what it would look like on my body) made me feel so confident and comfortable. I really appreciate the huge variety of dresses, styles, designers, and price points Ivory Bridal Boutique offered. All around an amazing experience, amazing dresses, and amazing people. If you're in the market for a wedding dress, start at Ivory Bridal!

Dana is amazing! I had an idea of what I wanted, but wasn’t too sure. I wanted to try a few different silhouettes and styles and Dana was so sweet and accommodating. I am a plus-size bride and it's truly a STRUGGLE to find simple, modern wedding gowns in plus size- especially in Fresno!!! When I found Ivory I was so excited! Kacy the owner was awesome and really listened to what I wanted! They were able to squeeze me in last minute since my wedding date is so soon. I felt super comfortable with Kacy and she showed me the most gorgeous gowns! I was nervous at first because their selection /seemed/ smaller, but it is just super curated to be the best of the best!!! You'll be so happy going to Ivory :)
