Per the recommendation of a family member, we booked Ivory Couture’s partial planning package for our August 2025 wedding. We were pleased with the initial planning meetings, the o...
rganization of our timeline, and the initial communication with us and our other vendors.
However, we experienced multiple issues with Ivory Couture’s service the week of our wedding. We were extremely disappointed with the service we received in the days leading up to our wedding as well as the day-of coordination. Our concerns centered around lack of communication, punctuality, event set up, and the overall expectations we had in hiring Ivory Couture as our wedding planner. Notably, our lead planner and her team missed the scheduled final walkthrough meeting at our reception venue two days before our wedding, were significantly late to our rehearsal, and over an hour late the day of our wedding.
At times, we also felt the presence of the Ivory Couture team was counterproductive. After witnessing the day-of coordination as a member of the wedding party, the family member who originally recommended Ivory Couture stated that she was “appalled and embarrassed” that she had given us the recommendation. Others who attended were similarly critical of Ivory Couture’s service on the day-of.
We voiced our concerns to Taylor, the owner, in an email one week after our wedding. However, we did not receive her response on the merits of our concerns until December 30, nearly four months later.
There were multiple items we discussed in our initial planning meetings with Ivory Couture that we reasonably assumed they (or any other wedding planner) would handle the day-of. However, Ivory Couture did not accept any responsibility or fault for not following through in these areas. Instead, they nit picked and tried to claim that much of what we were unhappy with was not within the scope of their ambiguous contract.
We were unable to come to a resolution with Ivory Couture, and we never felt that they were apologetic. Instead, they informed us that they had consulted a lawyer and would only offer us a $400 refund provided we release them from liability and not share our concerns with others.
Based on our unfortunate experience, we cannot recommend Ivory Couture’s services.
Taylor was such a wonderful vendor to have and I strongly recommend her to anyone needing a wedding planner. We opted to use her and her company for a coordinator position as I wan...
ted a lot of say and engagement in the planning process up front. Even before her contracted time for the coordinator position, Taylor was attentive to what we needed and offered a lot of help. She was great with our vendor communication and helped ensure our day was truly so smooth and perfect. She has built a great business and everyone should consider working with her for their big day!
Taylor and the ENTIRE Ivory Couture team are truly AMAZING!!! It's been almost two months since our wedding and my mom, husband, and I are still talking about how helpful they were...
throughout the entire process! Taylor is so well-organized and detailed--so much so that she would often remind me of things that I said I wanted during meetings with vendors! I was able to be fully present throughout the entire day as they bounced back and forth between the hotel where my husband got ready, my parents' house where I was getting ready, AND both our ceremony and reception venues. Our wedding party kept thanking us for our well-organized and streamlined everything was and it was truly because of Ivory Couture. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and it was all thanks to Ivory Couture managing everything while my husband and I along with our friends and family had the time of our lives!
Taylor was our coordinator for our April 2025 wedding and was a DREAM to work with!! She was so organized and took a tremendous weight off of my husband and our families. Taylor th...
ought of every little detail and problem solved throughout the day - avoiding worrying me so I could stay in the moment. So appreciated and highly recommend to any bride who is Type A and looking to take so stress off their shoulders :)
We used Ivory Couture’s wedding management services for our April 2024 wedding and had an amazing experience.
Taylor is so, so kind and very easy to work with. While the wedding m...
anagement services technically begin 3 months before the wedding, Taylor provided us with super valuable resources (checklists, guest list trackers, vendor recommendations, etc.) as soon as we booked her. She was also available to answer some random questions I had as I was planning my wedding.
Taylor is very responsive and made great suggestions throughout the 3 months we had her services. She met with us, met with the venue (with us), connected with our vendors for us, etc. We didn’t have to do any coordination with the other vendors which was amazing.
My main goal for hiring Taylor was to have a relaxing, stress-free wedding day and this definitely happened. Having Taylor around gave me (and my family) reassurance that everything was going as planned - and it did!
I highly, highly recommend Taylor’s wedding management services. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I truly feel like Taylor & ivory couture saved our wedding!!!! I have always felt like an organized type A person and assumed all planners were out of my budget so hiring planners ...
was not something I considered in the early days of wedding planning. When I really got into the thick of planning I realized I was completely lost! Admittedly after a few freak outs thinking of all the tiny details- I reached out to my photographer asking if she had any recs for day of coordinators. Taylor Hill with Ivory Couture was at the top of her list. I was shocked to find out how reasonable the prices of her packages were!!! I hired Taylor for partial planning services and she jumped in 4 months out and organized EVERYTHING! She provided docs with deadlines to help me make sure I didn’t miss a single detail. She was in constant communication (and answered all my moms questions). She attended our final meeting and provided such peace of mind with her professionalism and clear management. I felt like Taylor really understood our vision and truly listened to us!! On our wedding weekend Taylor was on top of it all. I was able to relax and just enjoy the feeling. She stayed on top of our timeline, managed our large bridal party and family. Our wedding was perfect and I really owe that all to Taylor! My only regret was not hiring her sooner!!!
Ivory Couture was hands down the best money we spent for our wedding. Chloe, Taylor, and the rest of the team were so incredibly helpful, organized, and on top of all the small det...

s and are now even more grateful for her after getting to experience the results of all our hard work – the most perfect wedding we could ever ask for!!! If you are debating whether or not to hire Ivory Couture – do it! You will not regret it! Taylor has a wonderful process that helps couples solidify their design & vision, and knows what questions to ask so that the final result feels true to the couple, who they are, and what kind of wedding they want! Taylor recommended nearly every single vendor we hired, and they were all AMAZING. Compiling an exceptional vendor team is a huge part of ensuring your day runs smoothly and is executed the way you want. Taylor saved us a ton of time on having to research vendors, because she was able to narrow down a list for us based on what we were looking for & based on her previous experience working with them. She is so sweet, has a wonderful energy and can handle all types of personalities with grace & patience. Thank you Taylor for taking care of us & helping us plan such a beautiful event over the last 14 months, and thank you to you and your team for helping our day run so smoothly, stress free, and be better than we could have imagined. With gratitude – A+B
Taylor is the BEST! She is professional, calm, positive and completely on top of everything. She has wonderful relationships with top-notch vendors and also has great suggestions. ...
Always available, helpful at every turn and was one of the best decisions we made. Our wedding was flawless and we are so grateful to Taylor, for everything! Thank you, Taylor!!
Taylor was an absolute joy to work with. She helped us create a dream wedding. I used her full services, and it was the part of my wedding budget that was the most well-spent.

ll have multiple calls with Taylor going over your wedding details, from design to vendors to unique touches. You get access to Aisle Planner, which was a really great tool for me to plan and organize my wedding details. She will also provide you with tried and true vendors, which was invaluable as someone who has never planned a wedding or booked services like this before. She is so helpful with recommendations and thinks of things to a granular level to ensure no stone is unturned. Her assistant Chloe was with her on our wedding day, and between those two, I felt like our day was perfect. Everything came together beautifully, and if anything went wrong, I never found out. If you think you can do a wedding by yourself.. do yourself a favor and hire Taylor. Let her help you so you can enjoy this process!
After my husband, Taylor is by far the best decision I made for my wedding day. Taylor's day of coordination service went far above and beyond any other business I have come across...
and she made the day run so seamlessly. She managed every stressor thrown at us for the day, including last minute changes to the ceremony location and a no-show groomsman in such a graceful manner that I barely had to bat an eyelash. Even the other vendors we worked with have told me what a delight she was to work with, and I can't help but to agree. If you are at all on the fence about Taylor's services, I promise you that you will get no better than her!
Taylor deserves more than 5 stars! If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is super prompt, goes above and beyond, has a lot of connections, gives 110% to every task, is super ...
fun and pleasurable to work with, always has a smile on her face, and knows her stuff- Taylor is just who you need! We had a full weekend wedding (3 day event) and she helped us plan it all. We had a big backyard wedding with LOTS going on and she was on top of every detail. We don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Our wedding was amazing and we thank you so much, Taylor!

lped us create the most perfect day of our entire lives. Taylor handled every situation with grace, confidence, and professionalism. We ran into quite a few bumps along the road, and Taylor was always right there to assure us that she would take care of everything. I don’t think I’ve ever met a sweeter person, or someone who is able to bring such a calming and peaceful presence to any room she walks into!
2 words to encourage you: HIRE HER!!
We were so thankful we chose Ivory Couture and Taylor as our wedding planner. From the very beginning, she led us through unchartered wedding waters and helped us know what to wor...
ry about first and kept us on track. Then, as COVID shut down everything in the spring, Taylor was reassuring and unfazed. As we changed plans (twice), she simply said "okey doke" (her favorite phrase!) and adjusted everything on the fly.
Then, on the big day (and dress rehearsal) she took charge and kept us on schedule and did all the running so we could all enjoy the festivities. She has a way of being firm and in charge with a softness of "I know this is an emotional and special day."
We can't say enough about how great it was to work with Taylor and her assistant throughout the process.
Taylor was a dream to work with! The best things about working with Taylor were her unwavering positivity during a very stressful time, flexibility, availability/responsiveness, de...
sign style, and wedding know how. We changed our plans several times due to COVID and I tend to be indecisive.. but she responded to all changes with a positive/bright attitude and put in the work to make them happen for us. At the beginning of the planning process, I was living in Arizona and we were able to get much accomplished through zoom which was perfect. I didn’t know much about the details/traditions of weddings and she provided the info I needed to make informed decisions about what I wanted. Overall, she was exactly what we needed. We continue to work with her to plan our reception next year!
Taylor was so great to work with from the very beginning! We hired her for day-of planning, yet she went above and beyond to take care of us throughout the entire planning process....
All of our changing plans were no match for her organization & dedication to making us feel supported throughout the entire process. You can tell Taylor truly cares about her couples & that was proven by how much energy she invested in us and our making our perfect day happen!
