Our Ivory Grove liaison, Lindsay, was fantastic to work with. She was quick to respond, proactive with follow-ups, and always clear and helpful. Ivory Grove also offered a payment plan, which made the services incredibly affordable and allowed us to pay over time — a huge benefit while planning a wedding. In hind sight, I would hire them for both video & photography because of how quickly they got the video back and how helpful the team is. If you're thinking about hiring them, DO IT!

the booking consultant, was a model of professionalism, friendliness, and know-how. She was knowledgeable to a T about Ivory Groves' policies and answered curveball questions with grace. Complete transparency about harder or more specific questions! Their policy is that the bride and groom actually do get an immediate consultation call with their photographer, unlike most event multi-photographer companies. Their policy for the Client is also: the more you tell us what you want from us the merrier! Wow! You can request particular photos or styles to be recreated, request when to be most alert and active during points in your day, etc. In general, I was particularly concerned that a secular photographer might be unfamiliar with our matrimonial liturgy and that they may not know when best to take photos, but Ivory Groves' policy is to meet expectations if they're communicated. If, on your wedding photography search, you're worried about your particular liturgy, too, I would look no further! While you may not interview their photographers before booking in order to respect their busy schedules, it is Ivory Groves' policy that you may receive a full refund if it ends up that none of their photographers are a good fit. I don't know ANY other wedding vendor, let alone photography service, that extends such generosity! I was thoroughly impressed, cheered, and delighted by my correspondence with Ivory Groves.
