1) I am so thankful for how patient they were with me. As a bride, communication can be somewhat stressful at times. They were always polite and persistent with communication and I honestly cannot sing their praises enough. 2) Both (you read that right, TWO!) videographers they sent to cover my wedding were absolute Kings. So sweet, so funny, ready to laugh and have fun and it made the experience so much better. It honestly felt like they were a part of our friend group. 3) The video we received was absolutely AMAZING. Your wedding day is going to pass in a blur, and the highlight video you get needs to convey everything you were feeling that day. Ivory Hour absolutely nailed it. So much so that we were moved to buy more footage. I cannot express how thankful I am that Ivory Hour Productions were available for our wedding day, and I cannot recommend them enough.

It was such a breeze working with Ivory Hour Productions. From our video call introducing each other, to the day of our wedding they made us so comfortable. They checked in constantly to make sure we were happy with how editing was going and it made us feel reassured that our videos would come out great and they sure did! We love the work they did for us so much.

Laura and Sam were the most wonderful team. They captured our wedding so beautifully, balancing the raw emotions and the fun of the party. I am amazed at how they managed to creatively put it all together! I know I'll watch the highlight video over and over again. It brings tears to my eyes to hear our shaky voices saying our vows, and makes me smile when I see how the sun came out despite all the rain on our wedding day. They took the time to schedule a video meeting with us before the event to go through every detail and get to know us better. During the event they ran through the venue and familiarized themselves with location and best shots. They were calm, professional and worked their way around the heavy rain on our wedding day with ease. They captured all the intimate details from the fountain, roses, tribute to my father passing, sisters handmade cookies and moments with family. I truly appreciated their hard work throughout the entire event and all of the editing they did to make our video amazing! They even went above and beyond to ask us our favorite songs. I would recommend them to anyone debating on getting a videographer, I'm so glad we chose them! It is rare for all of the family to be together and I know I'll have the precious memories to look back on.
