LOVED working with Josie at Ivory Isle Designs. Because of the Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays, we were behind in our wedding planner but she was so very accommodating and worked within our timeline and budget. She was so quick to respond and really helped us think outside the box and tweak our design plans. Her invitation and drawings were just beautiful! We were completely pleased with the entire aspect of the process and the end result. The invitations even arrived earlier than we hoped!!

Working with Josie for our wedding stationery was great! Despite the fact that we collaborated entirely from a distance and never met in person, she somehow managed to bring our vision to life in the most magical way possible. We wanted a whimsical, romantic, old library feel for our stationery, and Josie absolutely nailed it. She created two stunning original pieces of art for us—a beautiful watercolor of one spot within our venue and a delicate sketch of the venue’s exterior. But what truly blew us away was the incredible attention to detail she put into every aspect of our stationery. From the save-the-dates, to the wedding suites, to the table numbers, and even the individual bookmarks that doubled as name cards for each guest, she hand-tore every single piece of paper to give it that perfect, timeless look we were after. Josie didn’t just stop at the stationery, though. She was an invaluable resource, offering guidance and inspiration for other parts of our wedding, including an escort wall featuring handwritten letters to each guest. Even though she wasn’t local and couldn’t physically build it for us, she walked us through every option and helped us bring the idea to life. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a nightmare when our original invitation suites were stolen before we could even get to them (the joys of living downtown in a city!). But in the midst of what must have been an incredibly busy wedding season, Josie handled the situation with such grace and calm. She cleared out her schedule and re-did the entire suite for us, hand-tearing every piece all over again. Her dedication and understanding during that frantic time meant the world to us. If you’re looking for a wedding stationery vendor who is not only immensely talented but also genuinely caring and committed to making your day as special as possible, Josie is your person. I can’t say enough great things about Josie! Her work is absolutely gorgeous and she is so easy to work with. She can take a vague idea and turn it into something gorgeous, so you have one less thing to figure out as a bride (🙌🏽). She created travel pouches with itinerary cards for our destination wedding, everyone was so impressed with them! We are excited to work with Josie on other projects; not just wedding stuff. Especially a painted champagne bottle that I think will make the perfect anniversary gift and thank you gift for my in-laws.

I don't have enough ways to sing the praises of Josie from Ivory Isle. I came across her instagram page when our wedding venue shared an invite suite she had created. My partner and I are trying to support as many small businesses as we can while we plan our wedding and even from just her Instagram page she seemed like the perfect fit. What sold us on Josie more than even her beautiful work, was the first phone call we had with her. You could tell instantly that Josie cares deeply about the work that does and that she wants to be as helpful as she's able to clients. From design options, to working within our budget, to planning for some additional design things, Josie was amazing. Moreover, she happened to get married at the same venue we're getting married at and had so many great tips and tricks and the perfect AirBNB recommendation! When it came time to do the design process, it couldn't have been more pleasant. No matter how many questions I asked or how many times I needed revisions for my own mistakes, Josie never made me feel like I was being a hassle. In fact, the opposite was true. She was like our personal hype woman. Even when I made an error, she caught it and reprinted our invites for us. If you're considering using small businesses, do it! The process is so much more personal and smooth. And, if you're considering using Ivory Isle, just know that you will have the most wonderful time working with Josie. Wedding invites are really the first impression of the big day, and Josie helped us create the perfect one. We couldn't recommend her more!

We recently got married over Memorial Day weekend and we had Ivory Isle Designs help with our wedding invites and stationary. Josie made the process of designing our custom invitations and wedding invites so easy! They turned out absolutely gorgeous and we were able to keep them within our budget! Working with Josie was such a joy! She understood our vision and helped bring it to life in such a beautiful way. She offered some out of the box ideas, such as printing our bar menu on linen as a keepsake, which we absolutely loved! She also understood our budget and went above and beyond to weigh different paper types to ensure our invitations only would require one stamp. From the first phone call until now, well after the wedding, Hard to summarize in words how wonderful our experience is/was working with Josie. She was my favorite vendor to work with- super responsive, extremely talented & creative, and just LOVELY to work with. The attached photos show some of Josie's beautiful contributions to our daughter's wedding (but keep in mind, in real life, her work is EVEN more spectacular.) During the creation process, Josie made it so much fun- super collaborative, she made me feel comfortable sharing my ideas, and LOVED how she virtually presented the invitation suite... when I opened her emails seeing her work would give me goosebumps- so exquisitely beautiful- I was blown away with how she was able to translate our ideas into gorgeous art! We were obsessed with the gorgeous logo she created and used it everywhere we could think of: signs, matchbooks, baseball caps, napkins, t-shirts, coffee mugs, menus, etc. Now, I am super thrilled that we get to work with Josie again for daughter #2's wedding. JOSIE and Ivory Isle Designs was an absolute wedding HIGHLIGHT! Our guests commented how delightful it was to open the invitations- and how it made them extra excited for the wedding. Wow! Josie is definitely a favorite vendor from our wedding planning process. She is SO creative, listens to your ideas and finds ways to implement them, and just overall is a lovely person to work with. We worked with Josie on a variety of items - from our watercolor venue save the dates, to our invitations, to gold foil dog napkins, and wedding day signage/menus! Every single thing turned out PERFECT! I can honestly say I will miss working with Josie and will definitely be reaching out to her for other stationary needs in the future!!

We loved working with Josie and Ivory Isle Design! She is professional, kind, and amazingly creative. Josie was a part of our stationary journey from the very beginning. She created our invites, all day of signage, programs, cocktail napkins, escort cards, table numbers AND thank you notes. Josie worked seamlessly with other vendors (like our florist and planner) to make sure that the signs and paper flawlessly fit into our larger vision. Josie is a true artist, and we are so grateful for her hard work.

We found Josie as she was tagged on instagram on a watercolor she had previously painted of the West Mountain Inn( where we were having our daughter's wedding). My daughter and son in law fell in love with Josie's work and hired her to have the watercolor of the Inn on their Save the Dates. It set the tone for the wedding. When it came time for the invitations, my daughter found inspiration from an English garden wedding invitation. She knew this was a look she would like to recreate. Josie worked with us to create a unique wedding invite that was used to inspire and create a beautiful floral toile with love birds as a crest. Josie suggested a lily of valley stamp to add to the vellum wrap. It was done is a soft sage green. We used the crest and toile/birds throughout the wedding day. Josie created ceremony programs, napkins, menus, escort cards and wedding signage with this theme. We were able to use the crest on plastic cups and some other items we created. Instead of a wedding guest book, Josie had the the watercolor of the Inn made into a poster for guests to sign so the bride and groom will now be able to frame it and hang in their home for keepsake! Working with Josie of Ivory Isle Designs was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning. I'll never forget receiving my Save the Dates in the mail; having that tangible piece of the wedding, with the stunning watercolor painting of our venue, our names and date, and the beautiful magnolia flower design on the back, instantly made the whole thing feel real for the first time. Josie makes customized stationary accessible, easy, and fun. She's always available for a call if you have any questions or if you are unsure of what you want, and in those phone calls, she was able to take my really abstract thoughts and create something unique and magical. I'll forever be obsessed with how she combined South African flowers with magnolias and fall flowers into the most perfect representation of our day with our watercolor crest for our invitations. We also got our day-of-stationary from Josie. She made sure everything coordinated with the full design and even customized the size of our table numbers to go with our bicycle holders. She incorporated our watercolor flowers from the crest with watercolor cocktails on our bar signs that truly tied everything together. I highly recommend Ivory Isle Designs for all of your wedding paper needs, and the best part is you can work with her no matter where you live or where the wedding is!

Ivory Isle Designs was my favorite vendor to work with while planning my wedding! Josie and her team helped me tremendously throughout the entire process. From our first call, to the very end Josie helped and guided me to make sure my vision came to life! The water color Ivory Isle did of my venue was absolutely stunning! So stunning I ordered more prints for our parents. Josie walks through all steps of picking out card stock, font, font color, wording, etc. Ivory Isle Designs was responsive and always answered my questions in a timely manner. Josie is extremely organized and professional. Being a first time bride, I really had no idea what I was doing and invites can be overwhelming. Josie made it so simple. She had no hidden costs, and was a very honest vendor to work with. I can not recommend Ivory Isle more! We did our invites, welcome tags (for bags), thank you cards, place cards, table numbers, programs and all wedding signage through Ivory Isle. It truly is a one stop shop. I loved working with Josie. I had Josie design our wedding invitation suite, personalized menus and itinerary cards. I could have not been happier with the results. I loved her watercolor designs so when I met with her over a zoom call she was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. Also, she tried her best to stay within my budget by offering multiple options and ways to order the invitation suites. Her work is amazing! I received so many compliments on my wedding invitations. They were so perfect and beyond my expectations! We had our venue watercolored for our invitations we were able to use it also on our menus. But the best part was Josie sent us the original 8x12 watercolor! It’s such a nice keepsake to have displayed in your home! Josie was so easy and great to work with, I highly recommend working with Josie !!

Josie was so amazing when designing our invitation suites!! She kept me so informed the whole process and was able to really get my vision for the invitations. Josie was very easy to work with, very organized, and very efficient. Our wedding save the dates and invitations were so above and beyond beautiful, that many of our guests asked who we had used for our invitations. I had a last minute request for Josie, and she graciously accommodated it. She is incredibly talented, and we now have the painting of our venue that she created framed and hanging in our home to enjoy forever! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Ivory Isle Designs is the BEST in the game when it comes to wedding invitations / stationary! Do not hesitate to go with them for all your wedding needs! Working with Josie has been a literal dream. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for with my invitations, but had some random ideas / was super indecisive. Somehow Josie was able to translate what I couldn't convey into the most beautiful wedding invitation suite I could ever ask for. She did both a water color and a black & white sketch of my church for it, and literally KILLED IT! Everything came out so amazing that I actually cried when I got to finally see it all in person! I could not be more thankful that I stumbled upon Josie/Ivory Isle on Instagram. If you have the chance to work with her - do it! I may be biased, but our invitation suite is genuinely the most beautiful suite I have ever seen! Her artwork is incredible and attention to detail is amazing. She was quick to get revisions back to us and offered advice and her opinion when I was unsure. We incorporated our crest and dog portrait into other areas of the wedding including menus, signature cocktail signs, custom cups for signature cocktails, match boxes, cocktail napkins and cornhole boards. Josie at Ivory Isle Designs is absolutely incredible! I first worked with Josie for a Venue Painting of the Loeb Boathouse in NYC. She was super quick to respond to me, and she even delivered the painting earlier than expected. Of course, it was BEAUTIFUL! Then I worked with Josie on my Wedding Invitation Suite that included a custom monogram. I scrolled through her website and social media pages for hours and hours trying to decide on what I wanted because everything was just so stunning. Josie was super patient and detail-oriented in helping me decide what would work best for my suite, and she was always able to bring my *rather vague* ideas to a perfect reality. Everything was just so beautiful that I wanted to add more and more items, so then she painted a custom map to go along with the suite as well. Josie was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. She always gave me updates throughout the process even when I didn't ask, which made me feel like she was really on top of things and that my project was a priority despite how busy she was (including planning her own wedding!). My guests were amazed by the invitations; I got so many compliments saying they were the most beautiful invitations they'd ever seen! I HIGHLY recommend working with Josie at Ivory Isle Designs. She made my dreams come true with the custom watercolor painting she created of the Cathedral we got married in which was used as the envelope liner for our invitations. Josie was AMAZING to work with! It really was a joy working with Josie at every step of the process - from our first meeting through all of the stressful unknowns that came with rescheduling our wedding in the beginning of the pandemic through the final lead-up to our wedding. Josie made our save the dates with a custom venue watercolor. She was super prompt/friendly/responsive and I loved how they turned out! I even asked for a “dark and moody” feel to the painting of our venue and she delivered! Also I thought the price was very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!

Josie was extremely timely, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We consulted her business first for our Save The Dates. We were so pleased with the quality of the watercolor of our venue. Josie is an excellent communicator and is extremely organized. I cannot say enough good things about Josie! She did an amazing job communicating and going along with all my ideas. She was also great with my plethora of questions back and forth! We ordered invites, RSVP postcards, registry/hotel info cards and programs and all turned out perfect; she was able to match the swatch color I gave her and my vision for everything. I will always recommend her to people due to her passion, professionalism, etc!

Josie was an absolute dream to work with. She was one of the first vendors we connected with in our process. She saw the vision that we wanted and after meeting with us to further develop the vision, created all of the stationary we needed to help create our wedding vision from the invitations, to the signage, to the table numbers. Once items were finalized and printed she mailed them to us and they arrived the very next day. For the signage, which was too large for her to have printed, she provided us with a drop box link so that we could take them to the printer of our choice. She was very easy to work with when we requested changes that needed to be made, even at the very last minute! We are so glad we found her and would not hesitate to use her services again.
