ear from her in the meantime but thought it was normal to communicate again closer to the wedding.  I tried e-mailing her multiple times and even texted over the course of a couple of weeks in March 2026 to ask about hiring her for a different photo shoot I wanted to do. I was concerned I was not hearing back, so I looked up her recent reviews and saw 2 new reviews that made me worry about her reliability. I sent her another e-mail stating that and asking for my deposit back. Within 2 minutes, she was calling me. I wasn’t able to pick up in that moment, but she was then finally responding to me via email. Her excuse was that she was out of the country and sometimes honeybook does not notify her of emails. I found it all to be too suspicious and she told me she could not refund my deposit. I asked if I could transfer the money to a different photo shoot so not all my money was lost. She completely stopped responding to me again. I do not recommend hiring her. I have since hired a different photographer and it’s obvious she is much more communicative and already talking to me about day of timeline.

/25 to ask to use $400 for prints/an album instead. No response. F/Us sent 10/3 and 10/15. I finally received a response on 10/16; she said the $400 could be reallocated and she was overseas until the end of Oct. I sent the balance via Zelle on 11/30 and emailed to confirm receipt. No response. Followed up on 12/2. She replied on 12/2 confirming payment and again advised that she was overseas and would return on 12/10. She suggested a call "any day...no later than 2PM CST” to go over the next steps and schedule. I suggested 1:00PM on 12/5. No response. F/U on 12/5 PM asking her to let me know when SHE was available. She replied 12/7 blaming bad internet connection and finally got a call set up with her just 5 days before my wedding. THEN- At 5:11pm THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING, I got a call from her to tell me that she was “stuck in immigration” and could not make it to my wedding. She sent her cousin (also a photographer) to shoot the wedding, and then Aga would edit and send the photos. The contract states: “The Client shall receive final digital image delivery within 1 month from the Wedding Event.” I heard NOTHING from her after she canceled on me the night before my wedding. I sent an email asking for status on 1/14/26; no response until 1/19 when she promised them "later this week.” I sent a follow-up on 1/25. No response. I received an email on 1/27 with a link to some of the photos, but not all of them had uploaded, due to “internet issues.” There were less than 200 photos, only from pre-ceremony. I had ZERO pictures of my husband and I together. I sent an email on 1/30 asking for status; email was ignored. I sent another on 2/6, also ignored. On 2/11 I sent a text to both Aga AND her cousin, in hopes that she could assist in getting a response. I got a call from Aga. She said she was going to try re-uploading them, and that she was flying back to the US on 2/19 and if needed she would hand-deliver the USB. That was the LAST time I have had any communication with her. I texted on 2/19 asking about the USB. No response. I texted on 2/23, 2/25, 2/27, 2/28, 3/4, and 3/5; all ignored. I also tried messaging via WhatsApp on 2/28, 3/2, 3/3, 3/4, and 3/5. ALL ignored. I also found her Instagram; on the first photo are comments from other clients begging her to respond to their “many messages." Two of these women also got calls the DAY BEFORE THEIR WEDDINGS (Oct and Nov) to tell them she was stuck in Poland and couldn’t be at their weddings. On 3/5 I emailed advising that the lack of communication had left me no choice but to pursue legal action. I FINALLY received more photos as of Sunday 3/8, and as of today I believe I have all of them. I received an email from her “sister” today, giving me a story about how she’s going through some personal issues, etc. so now the “sister” is reviewing all of her orders and making sure photos are uploaded. I have requested she return the $400 for the engagement shoot to me so I never have to deal with her again. I will be pursuing this until I am refunded. Another client found BBB complaints about her under a different business name. All complaints are the exact same issues that I’ve experienced, and they go back YEARS! This is not a temporary issue she’s been going through… it sounds more like a scam. BEWARE!

first call but she had a whole story that she had gotten rear ended and was waiting for the police to file a report and that is why she didn’t call. My friend used her for her wedding and her photos had been a little late but Agnes said her turnaround time was now 30 days because AI tools make it easier and faster to edit. She also had reasonable pricing and didn’t try to push extras.  We didn’t do an engagement shoot so I didn’t reach out again until closer to our wedding in October 2025. She said on the initial call that she was very hands on with creating a timeline and working with our venue’s event planner so we had a plan for the day and this was a lie. She never reached out to our event planner and I had to create the entire timeline for the day. When we were about 2 weeks out I texted her to set up a call to go over the timeline. On the day we planned, I texted her and she didn’t reply or call. I didn’t hear from her until 3 days later, she said she had a health emergency. We finally had a phone call the next day and went over the timeline.  Then the Monday the week of my wedding she calls and she tells me she is stuck in Poland and she would not be back for the wedding. She had already reached out and secured another photographer to take the photos and she said she would still be editing them. I got the other photographer’s contact info and at that point I was trying not to stress since I at least knew someone would be there to take photos. She assured me that I would still get my photos 30 days after the wedding and said she would be gifting me 50 free prints due to the situation.  I called the other photographer and we went over the timeline and I will say that she was great and I had no issues or anything at the wedding itself. I emailed Agnes 32 days after the wedding for an update. Heard nothing. 11 days later I emailed again and she got back saying that her WiFi in Poland was bad and she had them finished but was having issues uploading and they should be on the portal by the end of the week. Emailed her at the end of the week and got no reply. Emailed again a couple days later and still no reply. 2 WEEKS go by and still NOTHING, I sent multiple emails, texts, posted on her IG. I had to send out thank you’s with no photo because I couldn’t keep waiting.  After another few days I sent an email saying if she can’t get me the photos that I was going to ask the original photographer to edit them and she could send the rest of my money.  I then got a phone call from her saying she hadn’t gotten any of my emails (funny she called right after sending one threatening to get my money back though) and gave me her WhatsApp. She said she was still having issues uploading. I truly don’t think she had edited anything at this point. 4 days later half of the photos were uploaded to the site. 5 days after that the rest were uploaded.  They looked fine but there was not much attention to detail as I had to have my dad who knows photos edit random people & things out of the background of a bunch of photos.  She never even messaged me to tell me that the rest of the photos were on there & that is the last I heard from her. Unsurprisingly, she never reached out about my free prints she promised.
