Situated in Yellow Springs, OH, Ivory Meadows is a barn wedding venue surrounded by idyllic vistas. Fields roll into treelines surrounding this chic setting ideal for “I dos” and their accompanying celebrations. This locale is about tranquility as much as it is about sophistication, offering love birds a retreat as they host a fete to mark their milestone moment.
Nestled in Clark County, Ivory Meadows is near a number of cities and conveniences. Dayton and Columbus are both under an hour’s drive away while Cincinnati is slightly over an hour away. Loved ones traveling from out of town have multiple hotels and accommodations to choose from. The Waymire family runs the venue and poured nearly two years of effort into making it a dream location for sweethearts. They also farm the land, having chosen the most gorgeous spot on the property for the barn venue.
Ivory Meadows sits on 83 acres of pastoral land. The barn itself is 8,600 square feet and filled with traditional style comforts. Guest lists of up to 300 people can be accommodated. From July 2021 onward, couples can express their love and commitment in front of family and friends before dancing the night away. The team offers event coordination services if you desire. A professional is present on the day of your soiree to make sure the use of the facilities runs smoothly. The large parking lot can fit up to 120 cars so transportation is straightforward. You are allowed to choose your own vendors, but the team also provides a list of trusted businesses, including florists and photographers. Caterers can use the onsite kitchen to prepare fresh dishes. The Waymire’s enjoy sharing their blissful barn setting with soon-to-be newlyweds and their loved ones.

Ivory Meadows is a stunning venue! We were blown away with it when we first viewed the venue and our guests were as well at the wedding. The people who work at Ivory Meadows are very genuine, down-to-earth people. Jasmyn in particular was our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond my expectations. She genuinely cares and makes certain that your day goes perfectly. The one thing I asked was to not be stressed the day of because I tend to have that type of personality and I genuinely not once was stressed the entire day. I highly recommend booking Ivory Meadows for your wedding venue!
This was my dream venue, but it was so expensive. My husband and I signed a contract with them, but it changed a few months after and we were required to spend more money on things with the new contract, making it out of budget. In terms of looks and aesthetics it is just a dream. My coordinator Anne was great
My daughter got married at Ivory Meadows on Aug. 12. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the staff was so helpful and easy to work with. They were always willing to answer questions and their suggestions were extremely helpful and valuable. I so appreciated how they never made me feel silly or dumb when I had question. When I was uncertain about something, the staff would be reassuring and we knew we were in good hands. We had a perfect wedding day at Ivory Meadows!
I had my dream wedding at Ivory Meadows! The venue is absolutely stunning on its own but it is also so versatile when choosing decor for your wedding. Everyone, from start to finish, was SO HELPFUL and kind. Maria and Amy especially made the whole experience an enjoyable one. Our guests raved about how beautiful everything was!!
Ivory Meadows was absolutely stunning! All our guests were amazed by the beauty of this property, as were we. This venue takes next to nothing to decorate because it is already so stunning! Even for an inside wedding, the venue just has that it factor! Between the inside, outside, and the patio you cannot go wrong with Ivory Meadows!
Kristin was amazing helping us along the planning process, even helping us with our rain plain that we unfortunately had to use thanks to mother nature. She had thought of so many little details to help our day run smoothly and was always quick to respond to all our questions.
The only issues we had were rules being changed between the signing of our contract and our actual wedding date and us not being updated on these changes until the day of the wedding. However as soon as I brought up to Kristen that we had asked about this issue when we toured the venue and were told it was okay prior to signing the contract she made sure to call the owner and make it work. It is simply not okay to spring changes in rules on a bride the morning of the wedding, but I thank Kristen for being so understanding of this. The second and last issue was that all of our leftover liquor was apparently dumped down the drain. We were told that this was because the owner's daughter was new to working for the venue and told our bartenders that there can be no open containers of alcohol leaving the venue. This obviously was not what was on our contract, all the leftover liquor was supposed to be packed up ready for us to load it into our cars. Thus, wasting quite a bit of our money.
Overall, I still highly recommend Ivory Meadows to other brides. I just also suggest that they are more adamant on making sure things are packed up properly at the end of the night.

Venue is gorgeous, they have a phenomenal team who ALL go above and beyond to make your day special, they are there for you 100% and help you simply relax and enjoy your day! Every single guest commented on how gorgeous the venue was and how friendly the staff was. Will forever be glad we found Ivory Meadows for our special day
Ivory Meadows is an absolutely stunning wedding venue, and we highly recommend it as the perfect place to celebrate your special day! The owners were so friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was just as we wanted it for both the rehearsal, the wedding, and the reception. We had so many family and friends tell us that this was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever been to, and we completely agree! The day was absolutely perfect and we are so thankful to Maria and her staff for helping to make that happen!
This venue is absolutely gorgeous and Maria was so friendly and welcoming. We toured the property when it was nearing construction completion and you could see the vision Chris and Maria have. Maria was also quick to respond to messages and offered the most organized tour for any venue we visited. We ended up going with another location simply due to the time of year our wedding will take place. But, Ivory Meadows would have been our choice had I not fallen in love with another place first.
