Ivory Orchid Photography & Storybook Design

and the variety of packages she had to offer I decided to book her, and it has just been the best experience ever since. First we had our engagement photos with her. She made the session so fun, she was very relaxed, but professional, and the final product was stunning! She even was kind enough to include our dog in the shoot for part of it :) On the day of wedding, she and the other photographer with her were top notch. They were everywhere we needed them to be without having to ask them to be there. Every time a phone was taken out for a picture, it's like she knew and she was immediately there. I had heard so many compliments about her from my guests by the end of the day. My wedding was only a couple weeks ago, so I don't have all of the pictures yet, but I know they will be perfect because I have the preview pictures and they made me cry they were so beautiful. Kristin is a master at her trade and captured every second of my day perfectly!!

truly capture every essence of our wedding day! She got my vision of what I was looking for, quickly...and our fun personalities! My favorite photos were our first look photos. She's worked at so many venues in Tucson, she knows the places to go and makes it a smooth transition to capture the light and best shots of the venue. She was able to capture so many pictures of our guests, decor, just us, ceremony and dance party. I truly feel like I am reliving the day every time I look at my pics. Highly recommend her :)

ic, light and elegant. Exactly the imagines I hoped for. During our big day, the groom and I were sooooo nervous, but she made us dance and laugh, it took that nervous smile away instantly. Her works is incredibly. I cannot say thank you enough. THANK YOU!

. She is very organized, professional, fun & has a great vision. She gets amazing shots and you don't feel like a statue. (Well, most of the time....family pictures notwithstanding. Lol) My wedding day was well above normal temps, even for the AZ desert. It was HOTT! Kristin didn't lose a beat. We got some phenomenal pictures and we weren't stuck outside in the blasting heat too long. She even got some great pictures of me with my 92-year-old grandmother on the dance floor that I will forever cherish. Thanks again, Kristin!

one loved. Would highly recommend to friends.

s you informed throughout the entire process. She worked closely with our vendors, specifically our hair and makeup artist and our videographer! We absolutely loved that about Kristin!! She returned our photos very quickly after the wedding and created an incredible wedding book!! Her work was beyond expectation and we were impressed with her work. She is certainly an expert in her field and it is portrayed in her work. More importantly, Kristin is passionate about ensuring her couples are happy!! Thanks to Kristin, we have the photos to recreate our perfect wedding day!

wedding!!! Kristen traveled all the way to Sedona and stayed for the entire wedding (almost 9 hours)! And the photos are so incredible. My favorite photos are the many candid shots that were taken! I believe Ivory Orchid really captured all th love and excitement felt on our wedding day! Thank you so much Kristen for being so easy to work with! You truly are the best!

ident throughout the entire process. Wedding pictures could be a huge pain in the butt and she made them fun and they showed when the pictures were printed. I highly recommend her for your next wedding!

I couldn't ask for anything better!

ing than we could have ever imagined! From the very first meeting with Kristin, she exemplified professionalism and expertise. Our engagement session was fantastic- those pictures definitely set the bar high! Our wedding photographs did not disappoint; they were stunning!!! I cannot tell you how many compliments we have received! Not only are the quality of her photos spectacular she was a joy to work with and certainly worth every penny!! Our families (and of course us) could not have been more impressed!!! Kristin and Hailey, there aren't enough words to express our gratitude and praise for your work!!! In summary, if you are looking for a photographer, look no further than Ivory Orchid!!! THE BEST!!!

of them?) so much fun! Not to mention our pictures turned out GREAT. We are so in love with how they turned out. So thank you thank you thank you Kristin!! 💜

ng personality. She made the photo portion of the wedding incredibly fun, easy, and captured the most touching moments that many would have missed. My photographs perfectly capture who me and my husband are. They are genuine, beautiful, and shows the very emotion everyone felt that day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My day would not have been what it was without you. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

in and helped my bridesmaids fix my dress so we didn't fall behind schedule. She was extremely accommodating and made sure she got pictures of everything I had asked her to take when I spoke to her in the months leading up to the wedding. Kristin also created a wedding day timeline, which was helpful as it was one less thing I had to worry about. We received our wedding photographs within a month of our wedding and they are extremely professional and beautiful!!! I could not have asked for a better photographer to capture our special day.! I would highly recommend using Ivory Orchid if you need a wedding photographer!!! You will not be disappointed!!

candid pictures she and her assistant captured. She was so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her to any bride!

shy and dislike being in front of the camera. She made us feel extremely comfortable and was able to capture incredible shots- both candid and posed. I am so grateful to have such beautiful pictures of our day!

do our engagement pictures to seeing the final results of our wedding pictures has been top notch. She met with me and my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding at the salon to take pictures and stayed all the way to the end of our sparkler send off that night. Not only is she fun and attentive, she was fantastic at organizing our families for the pictures we wanted. We were married at Stardance and I had a few special picture requests with barn doors, the mountain, etc. Kristin was great at accommodating all of them! When our pictures came back they were amazing! She really helped make our day special and I am so glad she was a part of the best day of our lives!

aken of themselves?!) into an extremely enjoyable and relaxed experience. She took the time to meet with my husband (then fiance) and I to discuss what we wanted from our engagement and wedding photos. At the engagement shoot, she did everything she could to create a natural environment and reminded us to have fun! At the wedding, despite several stressful last-minute occurrences and family drama, Kristin was able to help me relax and destress during the pre-ceremony photos. I honestly can say that she set the tone for what turned out to be such a wonderful day. She and her assistant also handled pushy family members (in-laws ;) ) and delicate relationships with complete grace and professionalism. There is so much more I could say about how positive our experiences with Ivory Orchid were, but instead I will sum it up by saying, "trust Ivory Orchid with your engagement and wedding photos!" Thank you, Kristin!

ience with Kristin for our engagement session as well as the wedding. She was so professional and so fun to work with, and our pictures came out beautiful! Her assistants were wonderful as well. I would recommend her for any of your photography needs!

cting skills made all the difference!! She was extremely professional and very experienced, even when it came to me fretting about my wrinkly vial, she was instantly to the rescue! Her photos have come out better than we could ever dream of!! Yes, we have already seen photos from our wedding and it was less than a week away! I would choose Kristin as our wedding photographer a thousand times over, by far our best spent wedding expense. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best photos to last a lifetime. This was one option my fiance and I were just not willing to skimp on and we are extremely happy with our choice. Thank you sooo much Kristin!! Your work is unmatched!!!

ents. The resulting pictures were just phenomenal! We had attending a wedding earlier in the year and noticed that the pictures of the wedding party literally took hours, and on the wedding day. It took away from experiencing this special day. Ivory Orchid was a so different in that Kristin was organized and efficient with the group photos. Her experience really showed with getting the right pictures in a short amount of time so the families could celebrate this day. And the candid pictures she caught throughout the day were awesome! We get to experience so many aspects of the wedding through these candid pictures that we would not have been able to otherwise. And Kristin's attention to detail also extended to how she backed up her backups for pictures, had many contingency plans in place before the wedding to avoid any missed or lost data, well thought out plans for dealing with life's little mishaps. Thank you so much!

so friendly during both the engagement session and the actual wedding. When we got the photos back from the engagement session I knew I had made the right choice. The day of the wedding she showed up on time and got started right away. Even though us girls were running a little behind she kept us on schedule and even though the lighting wasn't perfect she knew the right spots on the property to make sure the pictures turned out great. I thought that I would notice her during ceremony and during the reception but I didn't. She did a great job of blending in while still capturing the best photos. When I got some of them back I was surprised I didn't even notice her taking it! The pictures were so incredible and I could not be happier with how they turned out. I had told my mom that the one thing I wanted to make sure we did right was the photographer. Let me tell you, you will not go wrong choosing Ivory Orchid Photography. Kristen was a great choice!

elp save those special memories. Throughout the wedding process (initial meeting, engagement photos), and every time we had contact with her, Jennifer and I always said to each other, "We made the right choice." After Jennifer looked at the wedding photos on the flash drive, she texted me and again said, "We made the right choice." I couldn't agree more. The quality and quantity of photos we received was well worth the cost. Kristen's beautiful work inspired me to take more photos, but more importantly reminded me to be in front of the camera too.

t friends weddings last year. I finally looked at her work & loved what I saw. I shopped around for a few months and kept coming back to her photos. After looking at tons of other wedding photographers, I knew we had to work with her for our own wedding. There was a uniqueness the way she captured each moment that I fell in love with. I''m so glad we chose her cause her personality, promptness, professionalism, & quality of product was nothing short than superb. She was able to capture moments that we will treasure for the rest of our livesi such a beautiful way. I could look at the photos over and over. Worth every penny. Thank you Kristin and team for sharing in & capturing one of the best days of our lives!

n, Kristin worked with our personalities and brought out the best of us through photos. Smiles, laughter, kisses, and so much fun. Neither of us felt like it was dragging along and boring. Her husband was our second photographer on our wedding day and he was just as much fun. For any other occasions for ourselves or any of our family members, we will definitely recommend Kristin. Her prices are reasonable, she was extremely accommodating, and she made sure we had a great time. I can't thank her enough for our marvelous photos.

d and I HIGHLY recommend!

meet for the engagement session months later when we were back visiting family in Tucson. She made the process of long-distance wedding planning very manageable. During the wedding, Kristin was organized, efficient, and friendly to all of the guests. One of my friends described her as being in “all of the right places” but never being in the way. My husband and I wanted to spend as much time with the guests (and less time away from them taking pictures), and Kristin completely understood and was able to take lots of high-quality pictures in a short amount of time. We received hundreds and hundreds of beautiful, edited wedding photos. We will cherish these forever! We highly recommend Ivory Orchid!

nt in her work, and though she may be a bit more expensive than some other photographers, you're definitely getting what you pay for.

sted that was between both of us for our engagement session so we wouldn't have to drive all the way down to Tucson. She also met us half way when we did our consultation before we even agreed to purchase one of her packages. Kristin is very kind and helps to make you feel comfortable during your session. She is patient and willing to get any poses you hope to get. She has no hidden fees like I have encountered through other photographers like charging for driving miles, charging extra for high resolution images or anything. After the shoot she sends a CD of all the images ready to print in high resolution! Beautiful work! Highly recommend her! I am currently awaiting my wedding photos and can not wait to see what amazing moments she captured through her high quality photography! Thank you Kristin!

get me wrong the house was BEAUTIFUL and the scenery was breath taking, with that said I was worried that there would be limited photo opps. Well ends up I was wrong! I honestly thought Kristin had photographed a wedding here prior. She went above and beyond and truly has an AMAZING talent! I have recommended her to several friends and can't wait to use her again for future family photos :] Thanks again Kristin!!

he had some great, unique ideas for poses and made sure to get all of our most wanted poses/ideas. She got us our photos back SO fast and they turned out beautiful!!!! We got a lot of great photos and such a fun time with Kristin at our shoot. Our engagement photos came out great and we got over 100 photos. I cannot wait to have Kristin shoot our wedding and the way our engagement session turned out so great makes me 100% sure we picked the perfect photographer for our wedding!

made them a reality. The whole feel to our photos was unique and completely professional. She knew exactly where to take us on our adventure through downtown Tucson and made us feel so comfortable. She talked to us and helped us capture some beautiful moments. Kristen was even able to add some personalization to our photos and work some magic when it came to a crowded area that was what I had envisioned for a picture. Needless to say, I am in love with our photos and can't wait to see what our BIG day will look like!

at since it gave my husband and I a chance to get even more comfortable with her. Depending on the time of your wedding she will give you a timetable of when family, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and the groom should arrive at the venue. She took care to keep mine and my husbands wedding parties separate while we each had our individual photo sessions before the ceremony. Another bonus is we got CD and USB drives with about a thousand (or more) photos taken at the wedding. We were so happy that we had so many photos to look back on and cherish, especially since the day tends to fly by. A few months ago I wanted to enter some photos in the Tucson Bride and Groom "Just Married" issue and I emailed Kristin about it (without much notice). She made sure to overnight all the photos so it would be submitted by the deadline. I can't explain enough how Kristin has gone above and beyond for my husband and I and I will definitely be using her for any future occasions. We both HIGHLY recommend her.

mazing photographer. The minute I saw the Ivory Orchid Photography booth at one of the bridal shows, I just knew I had to have her. The pictures came out beautifully and she is such an awesome person to work with. She takes the time to really capture everything that is going on and is very talented and knows, as not many can do, how to capture the moment. Her assistant Hailey was so great as well. I personally recommend Ivory Orchid Photography for anyone who desires pictures that encompass meaning. Thank You so much for all the hard work you do for us brides :) Price is based off of the package I chose.

ly fabulous!! She just went above and beyond the call of duty – even lending me her shoes to walk through the desert (I was a barefoot bride!) to get the perfect shot. Another bonus – Kristin is an animal lover! She made sure our furry “flower dog/ring bearer” was included from start to finish. We’d work with Kristin again in a heartbeat!

photographers, we realized Kristin did high quality work, took her time, and worked with us on what we wanted. Her samples were amazing and she talked with us about what we wanted. She was amazing. Our engagement photos were great and the wedding photos are amazing! The photo album she puts together for the wedding is beautiful! She takes her time and really does quality work! We would definitely recommend her! She has great ideas, always stays in touch, and was on time with everything.

with Kristin before the ceremony; she had great ideas and also encouraged us to share our quirky ideas, too. She took time to check out our venue early so that she could ensure our post ceremony pictures were perfect. During our reception she was never noticeable or in the way, but constantly capturing candid moments. Kristin was such a pleasure to work with and we're so grateful for the excellent way she helped preserve our memories.

e atmosphere. All of my guests have at least one nice photo of them from the wedding. She is kind, knows what she is doing, and very experienced. I highly recommend her!

possible. I am NOT photogenic and have anxiety with pictures and yet she made me feel relaxed and happy with my experience. If you want good wedding pictures and a relaxed experience use them!!

took wonderful photos (they are amazing and we have many non-photogenic people in our family - including me) but she saved the day not once, but twice. She helped figure out my hair when at the last minute there was a small problem with the hair clip for the flowers being missing and she eased our nerves when I forgot the marriage license. Her prices were much lower than other photographers we interviewed, however the quality of her photos was much better. We loved working with her and hope to work with her again for our next photography needs.
