Kristin was the most wonderful person in the world to work with. When I first sent my inquiry, she responded to me within 10 minutes. I was so impressed, and after seeing her work and the variety of packages she had to offer I decided to book her, and it has just been the best experience ever since. First we had our engagement photos with her. She made the session so fun, she was very relaxed, but professional, and the final product was stunning! She even was kind enough to include our dog in the shoot for part of it :) On the day of wedding, she and the other photographer with her were top notch. They were everywhere we needed them to be without having to ask them to be there. Every time a phone was taken out for a picture, it's like she knew and she was immediately there. I had heard so many compliments about her from my guests by the end of the day. My wedding was only a couple weeks ago, so I don't have all of the pictures yet, but I know they will be perfect because I have the preview pictures and they made me cry they were so beautiful. Kristin is a master at her trade and captured every second of my day perfectly!!

Kristin was a gem to work with on my wedding day (and engagement photos) back in April. It was one of those oddly, cool, windy April days in Tucson, with no sun and she was able to truly capture every essence of our wedding day! She got my vision of what I was looking for, quickly...and our fun personalities! My favorite photos were our first look photos. She's worked at so many venues in Tucson, she knows the places to go and makes it a smooth transition to capture the light and best shots of the venue. She was able to capture so many pictures of our guests, decor, just us, ceremony and dance party. I truly feel like I am reliving the day every time I look at my pics. Highly recommend her :)

Kristin started with our engagement photos, which turned out amazing. Then 7 months later she photographed our wedding. THE PHOTOS ARE SHEER PERFECTION! Her photos are so romantic, light and elegant. Exactly the imagines I hoped for. During our big day, the groom and I were sooooo nervous, but she made us dance and laugh, it took that nervous smile away instantly. Her works is incredibly. Kristin is absolutely amazing!! She was the one part of the grand wedding puzzle I didn't worry or stress about. Once I met her, I knew she was the person to photograph our wedding. I do not know where to even begin! Kristen and Hailey had done the photos for both my siblings in Tucson. When I got engaged it was no doubt that I had to have ivory orchid for my wedding!!! Had our wedding at tanque verde ranch in Tucson, az. Beautiful venue and the pictures were above and beyond expectations. Kristin and her team were accommodating, punctual and confident throughout the entire process. Wedding pictures could be a huge pain in the butt and she made them fun and they showed when the pictures were printed. I highly recommend her for your next wedding!

Kristin was absolutely fantastic!!!! She was more than just a photographer for us. I had an issue with my dress right before we were going to take photos and Kristin jumped right in and helped my bridesmaids fix my dress so we didn't fall behind schedule. She was extremely accommodating and made sure she got pictures of everything I had asked her to take when I spoke to her in the months leading up to the wedding. Kristin also created a wedding day timeline, which was helpful as it was one less thing I had to worry about. We received our wedding photographs within a month of our wedding and they are extremely professional and beautiful!!! I could not have asked for a better photographer to capture our special day.! Ivory Orchid Photography is THE BEST!!! Kristin is fabulous to have by your side on your wedding day. She made the process so easy for all of us. Everything from when we met to do our engagement pictures to seeing the final results of our wedding pictures has been top notch. She met with me and my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding at the salon to take pictures and stayed all the way to the end of our sparkler send off that night. Not only is she fun and attentive, she was fantastic at organizing our families for the pictures we wanted. We were married at Stardance and I had a few special picture requests with barn doors, the mountain, etc. Kristin was great at accommodating all of them! When our pictures came back they were amazing! She really helped make our day special and I am so glad she was a part of the best day of our lives!

I am so happy that I found Kristin at the first bridal expo I attended. She made what could easily be a very awkward process (after all, who really likes to have a billion photos taken of themselves?!) into an extremely enjoyable and relaxed experience. We had a perfect experience with Kristin for our engagement session as well as the wedding. She was so professional and so fun to work with, and our pictures came out beautiful! Kristin was our photographer this past weekend at the Oasis at Wild horse pass and I really don't think there is a better choice we could have made. Her photography skills and directing skills made all the difference!! She was extremely professional and very experienced, even when it came to me fretting about my wrinkly vial, she was instantly to the rescue! Ivory Orchid took photos of my son's wedding late last year. From the engagement photo session through the wedding day, Kristin was fast, efficient, and captured so many candid moments. The resulting pictures were just phenomenal! We had attending a wedding earlier in the year and noticed that the pictures of the wedding party literally took hours, and on the wedding day. It took away from experiencing this special day. Ivory Orchid was a so different in that Kristin was organized and efficient with the group photos. Her experience really showed with getting the right pictures in a short amount of time so the families could celebrate this day. And the candid pictures she caught throughout the day were awesome! We get to experience so many aspects of the wedding through these candid pictures that we would not have been able to otherwise. And Kristin's attention to detail also extended to how she backed up her backups for pictures, had many contingency plans in place before the wedding to avoid any missed or lost data, well thought out plans for dealing with life's little mishaps. Ivory Orchid Photography is probably one the best photographers you could choose for your wedding. Kristen has been doing this for 14 years so she knows what she is doing. She was so friendly during both the engagement session and the actual wedding. When we got the photos back from the engagement session I knew I had made the right choice. The day of the wedding she showed up on time and got started right away. Even though us girls were running a little behind she kept us on schedule and even though the lighting wasn't perfect she knew the right spots on the property to make sure the pictures turned out great. I thought that I would notice her during ceremony and during the reception but I didn't. She did a great job of blending in while still capturing the best photos. When I got some of them back I was surprised I didn't even notice her taking it! The pictures were so incredible and I could not be happier with how they turned out. I had told my mom that the one thing I wanted to make sure we did right was the photographer. Let me tell you, you will not go wrong choosing Ivory Orchid Photography. Kristen was a great choice!

I highly recommend Ivory Orchid for a wedding photographer. Kristen did an amazing job at my daughter's wedding. With so much going on, she was able to capture every moment and help save those special memories. Throughout the wedding process (initial meeting, engagement photos), and every time we had contact with her, Jennifer and I always said to each other, "We made the right choice." After Jennifer looked at the wedding photos on the flash drive, she texted me and again said, "We made the right choice." I couldn't agree more. I married my college sweetheart in March 2015. Prior to the wedding, we were living in another state but Kristin was accommodating with meeting over the phone, and was flexible to meet for the engagement session months later when we were back visiting family in Tucson. She made the process of long-distance wedding planning very manageable. During the wedding, Kristin was organized, efficient, and friendly to all of the guests. One of my friends described her as being in “all of the right places” but never being in the way. My husband and I wanted to spend as much time with the guests (and less time away from them taking pictures), and Kristin completely understood and was able to take lots of high-quality pictures in a short amount of time. We received hundreds and hundreds of beautiful, edited wedding photos. We will cherish these forever! We highly recommend Ivory Orchid!

I have loved Kristin's photography for a long time, and when it came to choosing my wedding photographer, there really were no other contenders for me. She is reliable and consistent in her work, and though she may be a bit more expensive than some other photographers, you're definitely getting what you pay for.

Kristin was very flexible when working with my fiancé and I for our engagement session. We live in Phoenix and she lives in Tucson and she met us at a pretty location she had suggested that was between both of us for our engagement session so we wouldn't have to drive all the way down to Tucson. She also met us half way when we did our consultation before we even agreed to purchase one of her packages. Kristin is very kind and helps to make you feel comfortable during your session. She is patient and willing to get any poses you hope to get. She has no hidden fees like I have encountered through other photographers like charging for driving miles, charging extra for high resolution images or anything. After the shoot she sends a CD of all the images ready to print in high resolution! Beautiful work! Highly recommend her! I am currently awaiting my wedding photos and can not wait to see what amazing moments she captured through her high quality photography! Thank you Kristin!

I can not say enough good things about Kristin and my experience with her! My husband and I recently got married and the location we had chosen was a family friends backyard. Don't get me wrong the house was BEAUTIFUL and the scenery was breath taking, with that said I was worried that there would be limited photo opps. Well ends up I was wrong! I honestly thought Kristin had photographed a wedding here prior. She went above and beyond and truly has an AMAZING talent! My fiancé and I just had our engagement photo session done with Kristin a couple weeks ago. She was so easy going, made us both feel at ease which helped our photos look natural. She had some great, unique ideas for poses and made sure to get all of our most wanted poses/ideas. She got us our photos back SO fast and they turned out beautiful!!!! We got a lot of great photos and such a fun time with Kristin at our shoot. Our engagement photos came out great and we got over 100 photos. Kristin is so amazing. She takes the time to understand your style and will work with you throughout the entire process. My package included a free engagement session which was great since it gave my husband and I a chance to get even more comfortable with her. Depending on the time of your wedding she will give you a timetable of when family, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and the groom should arrive at the venue. She took care to keep mine and my husbands wedding parties separate while we each had our individual photo sessions before the ceremony. Another bonus is we got CD and USB drives with about a thousand (or more) photos taken at the wedding. We were so happy that we had so many photos to look back on and cherish, especially since the day tends to fly by. A few months ago I wanted to enter some photos in the Tucson Bride and Groom "Just Married" issue and I emailed Kristin about it (without much notice). She made sure to overnight all the photos so it would be submitted by the deadline. I can't explain enough how Kristin has gone above and beyond for my husband and I and I will definitely be using her for any future occasions. We both HIGHLY recommend her.

Beautiful photos

Kristin’s photos of our wedding totally exceeded our expectations! They are absolutely stunning! The color, the natural expressions, the fleeting moments she managed to catch – truly fabulous!! She just went above and beyond the call of duty – even lending me her shoes to walk through the desert (I was a barefoot bride!) to get the perfect shot. Another bonus – Kristin is an animal lover! She made sure our furry “flower dog/ring bearer” was included from start to finish. We’d work with Kristin again in a heartbeat!

We used Kristin (Ivory Orchid Photography) for our engagement photos and wedding. When we first met Kristin, we new she was the photographer we wanted. After meeting several other photographers, we realized Kristin did high quality work, took her time, and worked with us on what we wanted. Her samples were amazing and she talked with us about what we wanted. She was amazing. Our engagement photos were great and the wedding photos are amazing! The photo album she puts together for the wedding is beautiful! She takes her time and really does quality work! We would definitely recommend her! She has great ideas, always stays in touch, and was on time with everything.

We got married two weeks ago and just got our "sneak peek" from Ivory Orchid last week. The pictures turned out beautifully! My bridesmaids and I had a great time doing pictures with Kristin before the ceremony; she had great ideas and also encouraged us to share our quirky ideas, too. She took time to check out our venue early so that she could ensure our post ceremony pictures were perfect. During our reception she was never noticeable or in the way, but constantly capturing candid moments. Kristin was such a pleasure to work with and we're so grateful for the excellent way she helped preserve our memories.

Great pictures, and great prices! She has no hourly limit and you get SO many pictures! I also love that she has an assistant and they are able to get pictures of the guests and the atmosphere. All of my guests have at least one nice photo of them from the wedding. She is kind, knows what she is doing, and very experienced. I highly recommend her!

Kristin at Ivory Orchid was our photographer and was so wonderful. She was very professional, but had a personal touch that made all of us feel comfortable with her. She not only took wonderful photos (they are amazing and we have many non-photogenic people in our family - including me) but she saved the day not once, but twice. She helped figure out my hair when at the last minute there was a small problem with the hair clip for the flowers being missing and she eased our nerves when I forgot the marriage license. Her prices were much lower than other photographers we interviewed, however the quality of her photos was much better. We loved working with her and hope to work with her again for our next photography needs.
