Working with Scott was amazing. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted for engagement photos, and after scouring Instagram, knew Scott was our man. His communication was pro...
mpt, and the day of the shoot was so effortless. My fiancé and I are both a little awkward in front of the camera but he was super professional and made us feel at ease. As for the photos - they completely exceeded my wildest dreams. We ended up with the best engagement photos I’ve ever seen, even better than all the inspo we sent back and forth. I couldn’t be happier with them and am so pleased to have these for the rest of our lives! I can’t recommend him enough - the work speaks for itself. If you’re looking for truly editorial, unique art that will stand out from the crowd - you need Scott.
Where do I begin... Scott is the most professional, sweet, down to earth, and talented photographer.

at sometimes that is all you have left of a person or your favorite memories. It was so important to me to work with a photographer who truly understood that need and would do it beautifully.
I had followed Ivory Season Photography on social media for years knowing that one day I would want him to shoot my engagement, my engagement shoot, my wedding, and to be honest... any huge life event that I experience from here on out.
His work makes it feel more than a picture, it becomes a piece of art. The effort and time he takes to assure he gets the right shot and that his editing is perfect does reflect in the end gallery you receive back. If you want something that is different than your mainstream instagram feed photographers with the same presets, do yourself a favor and work with Ivory Season. You'll get your pictures back and feel like you should be the cover of BRIDE magazine.
But aside from his obvious talent of photography, he is a great person. He made sure throughout my wedding day that I was okay, that my family was okay, and that everything was perfect for me and my husband. He goes above and beyond being a photographer. Scott has become a great friend to me and I will never regret telling him years in advance that he has to be the one shooting my wedding (even before meeting him). I am so thankful for everything that he's done for me and can't wait to continue to work with him for the rest of my life!
Scott has been beyond amazing to deal with. He takes the time to research about inquiries you might have and clearly wants what's best for the couple. His work is also stunning!
Where to begin? Scott was a joy to work with, and a wonderful presence at our 6-person wedding. From the first conversation he put us at ease, was prompt to reply to all messages, ...
warm, kind, and completely easy going. When our wedding plans changed unexpectedly, he could not have been more understanding or accommodating. He went so far above and beyond (driving long hours, transporting the flowers when we were in a pinch, and much more than there is space here to describe). He truly saved the day. Beyond this, the photos are gorgeous. I don't know how he did it, but he captured each hug, unposed glance, the true essence of the day...subtle moments I had no idea he was photographing. In addition, for two people who don't like having our picture taken, he kept us laughing during the posed photos and somehow, we look like naturals. We will forever be grateful to Scott!
Scott is a delight to work with. He is a very talented photographer with an insane vision. Every picture we got back was breathtaking and unique. We had a blast with our photoshoot...
and Scott knew every pose in the book and was able to direct us resulting in some amazing shots. Very versatile and can do pretty much anything with his camera.
All say yes!! We cannot say enough good things about Scott from Ivory Season Photography. We knew right from the start when we hired Scott, these photos would be worth more than an...
y of our possessions. From booking to our wedding day. We shared conversation and kept in constant touch. Answered questionnaires for Scott that we truly felt played a vital role to optimize the flow and family dynamics on our wedding day. He wanted to be involved and be a part of that dynamic. It made me felt so easy to know that I have an amazing photographer to count on to make my day flow so smoothly. My wedding would not have been the same without Scott. Let me just say, he is more than just a photographer. One of our groomsman had a dead battery and with everyone about to leave for the ceremony and not enough seats in the cars, he brought out his jump battery like a Triple AAA serviceman and saved the day. It was amazing! Literally, it's little things like this that makes all the difference. We are so happy he was a part of our special day. And I feel like I am just repeating myself, so I'll finish by saying. Thank you so much Scott, for putting up with me and my obnoxious family, you truly are a magician with the camera and we will forever cherish this treasure that you have given us for a lifetime.
We got married 9/12/2020; although COVID caused major changes to our wedding plans, Scott was always very accommodating and responsive! Our pictures were absolutely stunning and I ...
couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to capture our day! Would highly recommend!

lear direction during the shoots and the creative artistic vision. Not to mention the photos came out AMAZING.
Scott was punctual, friendly, clearly communicated with us throughout the day and the shoots, and just made the whole process easy. He was able to capture every detail of our lakeside wedding and stayed hidden when appropriate. We couldn't recommend Scotts and Ivory Season Photography more.
Scott was very professional when it came to shooting our wedding. After telling him the times we expected to be ready for photos the morning of, he arrived early and started gettin...
g detail shots of my dress, my girls dresses, invites, and shoes etc. I didn't put much thought into those shots but I'm glad he did that for memories later on. He's very quick and knows exactly how to position you to make you feel like the queen of the day and during the wedding we didn't even see him bouncing around capturing all the important memories! (But he was there getting all the good shots) Our first look was captured perfectly, and after the ceremony we went off and did a husband/wife shoot before arriving to the reception. My wedding theme was rustic so his style and editing matched perfectly with what we wanted. The best of all, as he edits your sneek peak photos prior to giving you all photos, he asks if you like what he did to make sure the rest are how you want them to look. Overall, I'd get married again to have him capture it all over again, he does such good work and his photos are ones you'll definitely be hanging on your walls.
IvorySeason Photography has done everything we ever wanted and went above and beyond to capture every important moment! We would highly recommend them!
