My venue didn't come with a built in bar service, so I had to hire someone. Serving alcohol in a safe way is a big responsibility, especially at weddings when it's an open bar. I hired ivory tap mobile because I knew Jessica from a prior job ...at a winery. I knew that with how her work ethic is and how creative her drinks were, that she would be a right fit for me. I explained that half my family doesnt drink alcohol, so she came up with some cool mocktails that the adults and kids loved. One kid told me that she loved the flower garnish in her drink. We also had beer, wine, hard canned drinks (ice tea, lemonade, seltzer) along with 2 signature cocktails. Their service was excellent. they kept me and the groom fully stocked with drinks at the sweet heart table so that the only time that we came near the bar was when we came back in from doing pictures outside.
