At Ivy & Altar Events, we enjoy working on a wide range of event styles, budgets, and needs, and we love to take on what others may call "wild" ideas and overcome new challenges. We specialize in bringing unique visions to life and making the planning and/or hosting process relaxing and even enjoyable for our clients, whether that's handling virtually everything from ideation to execution or only helping with a small part.
We have years of experience working on a wide range of event types and scales. This experience allows us to bring a unique perspective and fine-tuned creativity, vision, and extreme attention to detail for each new event. What really stood out was Claire’s presence—calm, confident, and full of joy. The day before and the day of, she brought such a positive energy while keeping everything running smoothly. I didn’t feel a single ounce of stress because I knew she had everything handled—and she did.
There were even a few last-minute changes (like a guest showing up with an unexpected plus one), and Claire adjusted the seating arrangements seamlessly so no one felt left out. My family and bridal party couldn’t stop raving about her. She checked in with them throughout the event and made everyone feel special and cared for.
I 100% recommend Claire to anyone looking for a coordinator who is professional, kind, and completely on top of it. She made our day unforgettable—and I’m beyond grateful she was part of it.
