Hey gorgeous bride! Thanks for stopping by! I'm so excited for you to get married!!! That's why you're here after all, right? To plan a wedding! I would love to help! Based in Pensacola, FL, we are here to serve you! Whether your wedding is in historic downtown P'cola (my favorite area!), on the gorgeous 30A beaches, or singing "sweet home Alabama" in Gulf Shores, I would love to be w/ you every step of the way. My whole goal as your wedding planner and coordinator is for you to relax and enjoy the planning process without having to do anything stressful. We take care of all the details so that you and your family can look back at the wedding planning process with happy memories rather than those of stress. At Ivy and Moss Weddings, we specialize in Full Service & Partial Service Wedding Planning as well as Day-of Coordination. We are happy to help with traditional weddings as well elopements and microweddings. Another thing that we offer is budget analysis and we make every effort to stay within your chosen budget. We also have recently started offering DECOR RENTALS so we have something for everyone! It's always a great idea to bundle your vendors (less work for you!) so we are very happy to add rentals to any Ivy & Moss wedding. If you are not an Ivy & Moss bride, we can still provide the perfect decor rentals for you! My goal is to bring my bride's Pinterest board's to life in the most stress-free and exciting way possible! The Ivy and moss team were amazing to work with. If you’re on the fence of hiring a day of coordinator, do it! They made my wedding day stress free and I was able to enjoy my day. They handled all of the communication with my vendors and all of the small details I was indecisive of.

If you’re looking for a wedding planner you’ve found her! Malina is absolutely amazing! I started working with her in November of 2022 for my October 2023 wedding and she was so helpful, communicative, and sweet. We clicked right away. I literally could not have done my wedding without her. She helped with all the planning, vendors, decor, you name it. She is so kind and has a beautiful soul! Wonderful all around. We planned a destination wedding at Pensacola Beach and I felt like we hit the jackpot when we found Malina. She is so easy to work with, is a great problem solver, helped so much with achieving our vision, and is an absolute pleasure to be around. She is very organized and thorough and was seriously such a life saver! Plus she now does a lot of her own decor rentals, so could save you some serious money and headache by avoiding other third party rental companies. Malina made our day unforgettable and I am so thankful for her!

As an event professional myself, I know how stressful events can be, and this was one of my biggest worries in preparation for my wedding day. Thankfully, I found Malina, who stepped in and took all the stress away by ensuring everything went smoothly on the day of the wedding and the month leading up to the wedding. Malina with Ivy and Moss Weddings is amazing! There is no way our wedding would have turned out nearly as beautiful without her. She really lisened to everything we wanted, and made sure it all happened. There were a few hiccups on wedding day, but she took care of everything as it happened and we didn't even know until after! My wedding day was stress free because Malina was there all day by my side. 10/10 would recommend to any future brides.

Malina was an absolute lifesaver for me and my husband! She was always available when I had a question or needed some reassurance! Her knowledge of vendors was exactly what we needed as were weren't familiar with the area. Her attention to detail was what really made our day perfect, we even had our guests and other vendors tell us how great she was! She went above and beyond to correct any mishaps day of without us even knowing. We were able to fully enjoy our day without stress because Malina had everything covered! Do yourselves a favor and hire Ivy and Moss, it was easily the best decision we made!

Malina was INCREDIBLE. I came to her 3 weeks before my wedding and she immediately got started. She was more of a 2-weeks-out-coordinator than a day of and I appreciated that SO MUCH. She took over communication with my vendors, established timelines, and just made sure my day ran smoothly even when we got behind with hair and makeup. She truly went above and beyond and was everything I needed for my wedding. I would highly recommend her to any other couples getting married in the Pensacola area!!!

Malina is the the most AMAZING wedding coordinator/planner! She is so patient and always willing to work with you to make your wedding day the best day of your life 🤍. The most amazing thing about her is how quickly and efficiently she takes care of the small fires that come with the wedding! She makes everything absolutely perfect from the decorations, flowers, set up, and send off! I could not give her enough praise on how beautiful our wedding day turned out! I love Malina! She is so great, and it always there to answer your questions. She made sure that we had everything that we needed, and really helped us stay on time with everything. I know how hard she worked because there were some of the bridal party or people that tried to give her a hard time (I’m so sorry about that) but she kept doing what she was doing and made sure that we had a great night! I highly recommend her to everybody who needs a planner, Malina is your girl!

I cannot say enough about how great Malina was! We decided kind of late on getting our wedding together and she took all the stress away from me. From day one she started working on vendors and details and I didn't have to think twice about doing anything. Day of the wedding went smooth and stress free for me like it should me.
