Owner Chandler was inspired to start this business after her experience planning her own wedding. She found joy in every step of the process of bringing her dream day to life and wanted to share her talents for organization and seamless planning with others. Ivy Rose Events & Weddings is the result, named for her eldest daughter, Ivy Rose.
Chandler understands the importance of designing events that feel personalized, unique, and reflective of a couple's love story. She also knows that the endless planning tasks involved in that journey can feel very overwhelming! She strives to navigate all the logistics for her clients so they can focus on enjoying this special chapter in their lives, knowing that Chandler has everything taken care of.
Chandler prides herself on the expertise, creativity, and time management skills she brings to her clients' events. Her ability to infuse meaningful details into the festivities ensures that every Ivy Rose celebration has its own one-of-a-kind ambiance. She offers full, partial, and day-of planning packages, though tailoring her services to fit a couple's requirements is always the top priority. ng was in June 2024, so when the power went out unexpectedly during the reception, Chandler handled everything like it was nothing. She gave us options on what we could do and time to discuss things privately. When we came to a conclusion she executed our decision quickly.
She was very flexible and considerate of our hours when scheduling planning meetings. She has a fair amount coordinating options as well as extra add ons. And the teacher discounts was a considerate touch.
Chandler was very kind and friendly which made planning and the wedding day feel like a breeze! If you need a coordinator who feels like a close friend I highly recommend Ivy Rose!!

She helped me find the venue that was just perfect. I didn’t have to worry at all the day of the wedding because I just knew Chandler would have everything taken care of. She is not afraid to take charge when it comes to your special day and tell people what to do and where to be, always going above and beyond!
