As part of our package, we added an engagement shoot, which was especially important since my husband and I had never been professionally photographed before. as fast and efficient. He set up times to speak to us initially over the phone and went over the plans he had to offer. He discussed his plans and the way he typically went about doing things. He used his years of experience and expertise to help make suggestions before we even decided to go with his company. He was very friendly and personable. and he did everything he could to accommodate our schedules. Mr. DeCosta provided quick responses with the packages that Iyrus Weddings photo & Video had to offer; each had everything broken down with detailed descriptions. We had spoken with several other vendors while looking for a photographer in the St. Pete area to compare. The prices of packages were somewhat comparable to others, but his excellent customer service far surpassed others and made this decision very simple. He listened, understood our needs, had quick response times, and really put us first in the entire experience. There are zero regrets! Once the contract was drawn up, a very user-friendly and secure platform was set up to view and pay amounts due. I believe there were several options for payment methods. We used Venmo, but all payments were quickly reflected on the payment platform where the contract resided. We were able to make payments at our own pace so long as the total amount was paid about a month before the wedding date. On the day of our wedding, Will was punctual and professional. He took all the of specific photos on our list that we wanted him to capture before, during, and after the ceremony. These included us getting ready before the ceremony, photos with family, first dance, cake cutting, sunset photos, etc. We obviously were not paying attention to our photographer during the ceremony, but I can say that he worked with the utmost proficiency and organization before and after. Not only did he get these requested photos, but he also went above and beyond by capturing things about which we never even considered. He took close-ups of our customized shoes, wedding rings in different positions, table centerpieces, ballroom décor, and even had a great idea for getting pictures with my husband and I along with every guest in attendance, which was absolutely amazing! I cannot stop looking through all the photos regularly, smiling as I relive this wonderful occasion. Iyrus Weddings Photo & Video provided the ability to do so. We are so thankful to Will for allowing us to have these memories captured in snapshots that we can view and reexperience years to come. My ceremony went a little long and we didn't have too much photo time, but Will was an absolute rockstar using the time efficiently and making sure we got all of our wanted shots in (including organizing family pictures speedily) AND MORE. He also got so many pictures that I didn't even know he was taking, but I'm so glad I now have them! There were so many times I felt like I could just turn my brain off and listen to his prompts (which is all I could ask for on my wedding day with so many questions coming at me as the bride), and they came out MAGICAL. My husband and I had never had professional photos taken together until our wedding day and Will made us feel like movie stars. There is no doubt this duo for photography and videography are professionals. With out huge lapse in time I’m not sure anyone else could’ve made up for the lost time by getting nearly every photo we wanted. You wouldn’t even know by looking at our gallery! The finished product is more than I could’ve asked for! The photos are absolutely beautiful and the video is amazing! It really captures all the highlights of our day and I think I watched it 20 times the day he sent it to me! I have never worked with Will or knew him prior to booking our wedding.
