I emailed her a few weeks later and she said “I’ll have one to you by the end of this week... haven’t heard from her since - even though I’ve left her 4 voicemails and emails and even though she told Maria at TradeWinds that she had just got back into town and would get in touch with me the next day - yup, you guessed it.... SHE NEVER DID! All the people saying what good work she did... I was totally willing to wait. But now I see she was completely ignoring me and didn’t have the professionalism to even call me back. Just led me in circles for over a month and now I’m stuck trying to find a different florist when my ceremony is only one month out. I am a business owner myself and this is not how a professional business should treat clients - Thanks for wasting so much of my time Iza!

The outcome was so much more than we ever imagined - soft shades of whites, greens and grays combined with beautiful “wedding glow” from the candles - the way everything was displayed was gorgeous. l bouquet was breathtaking. No longer in season, fake Forget Me Nots were included into my bouquet in honor of my late father. They looked real and it was so special to be able to have them to keep forever. Iza even put out a complimentary rose for a seat at our ceremony dedicated to my father. The attention to detail and professionalism we experienced was outstanding. Changes were happily accommodated and my beautiful tossing bouquet was complimentary, saving me any worry of choosing to part with my bridal bouquet. From the men’s boutonnières to our mother’s corsages, the flowers were vibrant and fragrant. All of our flowers were brought in and displayed for our reception, so that we could enjoy them all night. Our guests even express how lovely our arrangements complimented our wedding. We would love to work with Iza and her team again and would highly recommend them to any couple!

She took extra time to show me how to hold my bouquet (long cascade) so it would look perfect in pictures. When I got a sneak peak at the reception area everything was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
