So we've been doing this awhile, and while it sounds cliche - but we do love it. We have met so many wonderful people over the years that it's hard to put into words the great joy and love we feel to be able to turn once-in-a-lifetime moments into memories. And little fun fact, we're pretty fun! Which means, no dull moments here. That's right, taking pics should not be boring -hey guys, we're talking to you- we make sure you have fun! What else should you know? Well, in addition to being a professional photographer, Amy is also a licensed cosmetologist and professional makeup artist. She does engagement and wedding day makeup on virtually all her brides. And if you come to Decorah for your engagement photos we'll do it all in her salon, located inside J & A DESIGN'S very own Airbnb, which is available for rent to wedding parties in the area. Additionally, Amy's husband is a professional filmmaker and owner of VZORY FILMS and J & A DESIGNS has partnered to provide you a complete photo and video wedding day packages.
