J Bridal Boutique

y allowed us to come back for a fitting a month later so I could share the experience with them! Everyone at the J Bridal team made me feel so amazing and looking forward to my big day!

s absolutely beautiful, the staff were so friendly and kind, and the dress selection was amazing. I felt really taken care of during my appointment and they kindly welcomed multiple family members. I never felt pressured to buy something, but because they did such a great job helping me I walked away with a dress that I heard ENDLESS compliments about on my wedding day (including "I'm obsessed with your dress" and "I want your dress when I get married"). The person they recommended for fitting, Helen Santos, was equally lovely and made my dress fit like a glove! Thank you, J Bridal!

n trying on gowns. They have a wide variety of different styles, and Daniela was a huge help when trying to figure out which style suited me best. I’m so happy to say that I was able to find “the one” here!

antastic and materials superb! I received MANY compliments and questions in where I got my dress all night.

ied to put me into a dress out of my price range. Emily helped nail down what wasn't right with a dress I tried on, provided a solution to see how it'd look with changes (lining the dress), and it instantly turned into the one! (It was the first dress she pulled for me!) My dress arrived a month sooner than expected and I was able to get scheduled to try it on/pick it up within two days. I also loved that paying in full came with a 10% discount. One aspect I wanted in my dress was sleeves, so I ordered extra fabric and applique to have this created by the seamstress. However, after ordering I found via Instagram that the designer I ordered from actually had sleeves that matched my dress perfectly (same applique) and I would have LOVED to have purchased those instead of fabric and paid to create my own. However I wasn't told this was an option (not sure if they weren't aware of this product, didn't sell them since they didn't have these in store and therefore couldn't order, or another reason). Overall, my made sleeves turned out fine, but I could imagine pre-made may have cost less and the style was just breathtaking and could have allowed for two different looks (attaching a picture of my dress and the sleeves that could've been bought). The seamstress, Helen, that they recommend was great and very affordable as well.

to try, didn’t rush me, and made me feel so beautiful. I can’t thank her and Katie enough for making this experience so special for me.

i was able to say "yes" to the dress on my very first bridal appointment. Love them!

first time trying on any wedding dresses). I was the only one in the shop that day, so I really got the best 1:1 time with my stylist, Kate, and the owner, Katie. They both worked so hard to find me my perfect dress (we even went over the 60 minute time slot). They could sense something was missing when I had tried on a couple dresses. Then Kate found THE PERFECT dress. Once the veil was added, the tears started flowing, and I said yes! This was over three months ago, and I still look at pictures of my dress almost daily. I can't recommend this shop enough to anyone looking for a dress. They made me feel so beautiful and really made this experience so fun and stress-free.

re are so sweet and kind! Definitely check this place out when you are looking for your dress :)

desperate to find something that I would have in time for our wedding! I emailed J Bridal and within the hour I had an appointment for the very next day. The stylists were so patient and kind, really going above and beyond trying to find a solution to my emergency. They worked within my budget and I felt no pressure. I found the perfect dress and they gave me honest referrals for alterations they trust. Thank you J Bridal Boutique for showing me such grace, support and love ❤️

e never felt more beautiful and I owe it all to her. She found me the most PERFECT dress that I would have never have even thought of, and now I get to wear it on the best day of my life. Thank you Katie for being so kind and making it such a special experience. I appreciate you so, so much.

back to pick up my dress and ordered accessories, they were helpful yet again and were amping me up while in my dress to further make me feel better about my dress choice. They showed their expertise when helping find me a dress and finding the right accessories to go with my dress. Then they continued their friendliness when I picked up my accessories. 10/10 would recommend.

mily was incredibly sweet, attentive, and accommodating! She makes you feel like a queen and makes the process so easy and special! I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience and my dress! Don't waste your time at other bridal shops! J Bridal is everything and more!

r the best customer service). Emily helped me find my perfect wedding dress. She was so patient and sweet! Thank you guys for everything!

y care about you and want to help you look perfect on your special day! Kaylee found my perfect dress and I am beyond thankful for her! LOVE LOVE LOVE J BRIDAL!

th Melissa. She was AMAZING!!! She knew the specifics of my visit and made me and my sister in law feel very welcomed. Can I say we had the place to ourselves.... YESSSS.. Melissa, asked me questions to get reacquainted with my details, because things do change. I was on a budget and had my specifics picked already, favoring their sample dresses. Melissa pulled all that she felt would work for me and as well a couple that I would have never given a try. The first two we fun, playful and whimsical, while the third one was more fitting with little detail at the bottom. All had the lovely exposed backed that I have dreamed about. And then the moment happened when I stepped into the fourth dress ( there were at least 4 or 5 more to try)... a dress that Melissa picked again for me...can I tell you I froze up like an ice stick, and then a water well of tears began to flow... OMG I was having THE MOMENT, you know THE MOMENT.. that I have seen on various TV shows. I was crying and could not stop. Melissa said when we found the dress she would put the veil on and so well... more water works. This was happening for me, a 50 year young bride and I was having my moment in my wedding dress. WOW!!! My sister in law video called my mom and as Janice did a slow full circle of me in the dress, my mom was in tears... like bathwater running tears. I was so overjoyed, this is happening!!! I could go on and on, but one thing for sure, it was an amazing experience for me. I have never had the chance to experience this. Melissa set me up for success... she was able to embody all my desires in one dress... Stunning, sexy, form fitting, flirty, and fun. I can't wait to walk down to meet my husband on wedding day. perience and they made me feel like the most important and special bride in the world. I cannot recommend enough- their dress selection is STUNNING. Such an incredible experience I LOVE J BRIDAL. plus it’s supporting small business!! <3

ation. I actually went alone due to booking a last minute appointment and drove all the way from Scottsdale to try on a specific dress from here. Needless to say my feelings of apprehension and loneliness didn’t last long. Not only did I fall in love with my dress but also the J Bridal staff! Talk about extremely friendly, helpful, and fun people! I left on cloud 9 with the dress of my dreams and feel like I just spent an hour with the besties who couldn’t make it. 11/10 recommend.

d ended up finding the perfect dress that was a totally different style than what I thought I wanted. She helped keep my nerves at bay and reassured me that we could keep trying until we found one that I loved. The boutique was beautiful and clean, and the experience was beyond what I could have ever expected!! I highly highly recommend J Bridal to any bride. Thank you so much Melissa for making me feel comfortable and for being so wonderful.

one to discuss steaming options, the easy drop off, great communication, and then they were so amazing at pick up, I would highly recommend them. The store is Beautiful, everyone is friendly and they provided excellent service helping me get my dress into my car - I wish I had worked with them as my wedding dress bridal boutique!!!!

my stylist and OMG she is a god send. I walked in thinking I knew what I liked and what I didn't like. Stevie was so supportive and patient as I tried on 7 dresses, all of which I liked, but didn't love. She encouraged me to try on a dress that I normally would have veered away from...and wouldn't you know it, that was THE dress; lucky number 8. I had follow up appointments at Jbridal after selecting my dress to get styled with accessories which they also have a large selection of. My gown, veil, and hair piece all came on time, and honestly, I loved every opportunity I had to come into the shop because the lovely women who own/work at Jbridal are so wonderful; I felt like I was hanging out with my girlfriends every time I visited. JBridal also offers dress preservations which I really loved because they are with you the entire process, and continue to be there beyond just finding your dress. My SIL also got her gown from JBridal, and my other SIL will be visiting JBridal later in the year to find her dress too. JBridal makes the experience of wedding dress shopping so immersive and wonderful, you really wont regret going to them to find your gown.

d to try on, only to find out at my appointment that the majority of them were outside of my price range. Melissa was ultimately able to help me find something (and was lovely to work with). My dress pick-up experience was sub-par. The bag the dress came in was sheer and didn't seem sturdy and the person who helped me with pick-up didn't tell me anything about how to keep my dress in good condition in the lead up to the wedding, she didn't ensure that I knew how to get it on or bustle it, and she didn't provide any recommendations for how to care for my dress after the wedding except to try to sell my on their "after care" package as I was literally walking out the door dress in hand.

y baby nieces who were running around wreaking havoc on the store. Don't go anywhere else in Tucson without going here first!

n for dresses I was interested in, but the dress I ended up picking was one that Melissa chose for me as a "wild card" that differed from my inspo pics but she thought I would like. It was the first dress I tried on and I fell in love! Everything from dress selection, helping with accessories, gown pick up, and connection to the seamstress was perfect and helped me feel beautiful on my day. I love J Bridal!

nd it was genuinely such a pleasure having her help me find my dress! The shop was beautiful and amazing and everyone there is so wonderful!! Could not recommend these gals enough <3

ific dress and after sleeping on the first dress I chose I decided to come back for a second appointment to make sure. Turns out I liked the first dress I tried on and was able to feel confident with my decision. The whole team was so amazing from check in to purchasing. I can’t wait for my dress to arrive!

THE ONE! Although I struggled with my self confidence in the beginning, she truly made me feel beautiful and I had never seen myself as beautiful as I did in my dress. Thank you Katie for going above and beyond for me, I will always remember that day! ❤️ J Bridal was like a fairytale dream come true!!

red. She helped me step out of my comfort zone and, more importantly, helped me find my dream dress!

the boutique is beautiful. Highly recommend J Bridal

ful, honest, and down right hilarious. She made shopping for the dress so much more comfortable and fun. Our endless bantering and witty comments made me feel like I already knew her. I tried on many beautiful dresses and landed on one that I was so in love with. Sadly though, at that time, my wedding plans were in the process of changing pretty drastically (thank you, pandemic wedding planning). I quickly started to question that dress and what I thought I wanted and Melissa was so understanding. We agreed to make a second appointment so I could have some time to think and process all the changes. My second visit, we went in a completely different direction with the type of dresses I was trying and I ended up finding the one! All of the girls at J Bridal are so sweet and knowledgeable, and they really care to create a memorable experience. My mom, best friend and sister-in-law couldn’t accompany me to every appointment because of our work/life schedules, so they didn’t get to see the dress they day I picked it. Melissa told me that whenever I can get them all together, we can set up (another) appointment for me to try the dress on for them and have a champagne toast! Needless to say, I highly recommend everyone and everything at J Bridal Boutique.

ssed; the selection was just okay for extremely expensive dresses. Then I went to J Bridal and immediately felt at ease (I highly recommend making an appointment). The boutique is beautiful. We first sat and chatted about what I wanted, what styles I had tried and didn't or did like, and from there, Katie immediately began grabbing styles for me, and she did an AMAZING job. I honestly loved all the dresses she picked for me, and the entire time she was so friendly and kind. J bridal had one of the nicest and most extensive varieties of dresses that I had seen, which is a huge plus when looking for the one; I was able to try on multiple styles figuring out which look was the best for me. Once I found the one and bought it they had a little champagne toast to celebrate which was just another thoughtful touch. I got my dress exactly when they said it would come. Also, the tailor that they recommend did a great job! Overall, Katie and her amazing team at J Bridal truly made my experience fun and less stressful. Plus, it's always nice to be able to support a local family-run business. I would HIGHLY suggest going here!

us that I wouldn’t find anything I’d look good in. The first dress she had me try on made me feel beautiful and she just helped me feel like a bride! I said yes to it that day and can’t thank the J Bridal team enough for all the help!

ial, personalized experience. Sarah was my stylist and she was perfectly in tune with what I was looking for. She was very respectful of my budget and notified me if I wanted to try a dress that was over budget. To no fault of the boutique, I did not find my dress that day but I would repeat the experience all over again regardless! Sarah did not pressure me at all into buying a dress I didn't LOVE and I did not feel bad for leaving empty-handed. Thank you J Bridal for such a lovely shopping experience!

came back the next day because I needed to sleep on it) but it was the perfect one for me! I went to a few other bridal salons and there is no comparison to how fun and personal the J Bridal experience is. I was visiting my mom from out of state, so they were able to ship the dress to me (I bought a sample that was in really good condition). Side note--I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and found out Melissa is too, so she gets 50 points for Gryffindor for working that into my appointment in very creative ways :)

even while being like7.5 months pregnant. This meant everything to me, and honestly I didn’t think I was going to walk out of my very first shop saying yes to the dress and I think a lot had to do with the way Katie sold it. So thank you Katie. It was a pleasure hanging out with you.

, my wedding style, and some background to help pick out the perfect dress. Coming in to the salon, I had my heart pretty much set on a specific gown that I had seen. After trying it on, we all decided something was missing. Melissa then pulled the most stunning dress out, and it was the one. She even got me in a veil, which I thought I didn’t want. Boy, was I wrong. Always go with the veil! I couldn’t have been happier to say yes to the most amazing dress and veil, and I couldn’t have done it without Melissa’s guidance. I will definitely be recommending JBridal to every engaged woman I meet!

! Right when I walked through the door Katie greeted me with her warm personality and I knew it was going to be a fun day! Katie talked to me about what I’m looking for and picked out about 10 dresses that she thought I would be interested in. Katie busted her butt helping me put on each dress, put dresses back and grab more dresses to try. She’s even pregnant!!! Katie is a hustler and she will make sure you find the dress of your dreams! I had the best time with her! If I cook to would go back every day to try in dresses just to hang out with Katie! I found the dress of my dreams thanks to Katie!! Thank you!!

g needed to change and all the while J Bridal was there. They made the dress buying process so simple and so much fun! I absolutely loved my dress! Once it came in, they recommended a wonderful seamstress (Helen – she was the best) and after the wedding they helped me arrange to have my dress preserved. I could not recommend J Bridal highly enough!

nknown time. Once the shop opened back up, I was the only customer in the shop and Melissa really was wonderful. She listened to my needs and wants and made me feel comfortable to keep the mood right - I has a strong opinion audience. At the end of the day we had laughs, cries and I found my dream dress. I have already picked up my dress and am inching closer to tying the knot.

utely perfect.

tiful, yet unexpected choice!! <3 highly recommend!
