Excellent customer service! J. Brooks provided us with the best jewelry purchasing experience we’ve ever had! I live out of state, so I was initially apprehensive about making a large purchase sight unseen. However, Trudy Tracy made the process easy, fun, and very informative! She is knowledgeable, attentive, honest, and goes above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you want. All of these things while respecting your budget! Never once did I feel pressured or obligated to purchase a piece I didn’t like. My husband was unsure and thought I was crazy when I presented him with a ring from a jeweler 1300 miles away that I had never met. However, after one video call with Trudy, he felt the same way I did. We had my ring in hand the NEXT DAY! J. Brooks is now our jeweler for life! I cannot wait to continue to work with Trudy over the years to build my jewelry collection. They are a family owned and operated business that make you feel like you are part of their family. You cannot put a price on that! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Trudy and J. Brooks! 110% recommend, no matter how far away you live!

We have loved J Brooks since we bought my engagement ring there a year ago. They are fantastic to work with and very professional. Since then we have bought my grooms ring there and personal jewelry. We have already started recommending them to others. We will definitely be back to visit them in the future.

They were amazing. Someone stole our rings a couple days before the wedding and they got us a replacement in time for the ceremony!

I loved working with these guys. It's a local company and John and his brother were great to work with. They had many different styles to choose from, and when I found a ring that I liked, but the price tag was too much, they were able to size down the setting so it was more affordable. We reduced the center stone from 1 carat to a 3/4 carat, and also made the ring with rose gold as I had wanted. It turned out beautifully, as did my husband's ring, which was also a custom ring - white gold with a band of rose gold in the middle. Both turned out beautifully. When a stone in the halo around the center stone fell out during a camping trip a week before the wedding, we brought it in to them and they had it replaced within a few days at no charge. Wonderful products and service!
