rful. I cannot say enough good things about him, and would absolutely recommend him!

h you before your event and grasp your vision and wants. He did such a good job leading me and my husband through our photos together + family photos. The quality of each image is unbeatable. Super grateful to know him and have chosen him for our special day. I have endless good things to say about him and would recommend him to everyone.

ng with the flow of the day. We LOVED all of our photos from the engagement and wedding and could not be happier with them! He did an amazing job!

ng and everything we wanted to have captured WAS captured. He is the absolute best! Also, ordering photos of all different sizes off of the website was a breeze! They came to the house so secure we did not worry about anything! He also makes keeping the photos a breeze by having the ability to download them! 10/10 we do recommend!

e were so impressed by his ability to make us relive our wedding day when we received our photos! Not only is he a talented photographer, but he was dependable, organized, and timely our entire wedding day.. making the day run so smoothly. Our family and friends loved working with him as well - he brought such a positive and caring attitude into the room! So glad we booked J. Brown Photography! We highly recommend!

had so many guests compliment him as well and ask for his information. He came recommended to me by an old friend of mine and I highly recommend him to others!

would definitely recommend Jason.

hich we very much appreciated! We loved how he captured the happiness of our wedding day in not only us as the bride and groom, but in our family and friends celebrating with us. We are so lucky and highly recommend Jason!

asons but foremost, he is a quality photographer who knows the perfect balance of making you feel comfortable in front of the camera, while perfectly capturing exactly what you want! I've also had the pleasure of working with Jason on wedding day with our shared clients and he is a true professional in the way he approaches photography on wedding day! He has a very clean but creative style and you'll simply love your photos. --- Thank you Jason for your professionalism, artistry and fun yet genuinely kind demeanor!!

ous. Jason's attention to detail when shooting is impeccable, he wants his subjects to look their best and it show.

an amazing time. The photos turned out stunning! I look forward to working with him again!

photos turned out great!

lowing reviews from that couple we decided to reach out to him. It was immediately clear why our friends were so impressed. Working with Jason was an absolute pleasure- from the first meeting until the last Jason remained professional, easy to work with, and an overall cool guy. He made our engagement session easy and fun- despite neither of us being particularly camera friendly. On our wedding day he was a calming and considerate presence. We’ve heard nothing but consummate praise for our photos. The pictures tell the full story of our wedding day and we are so grateful to have these memories captured.

just knew everything was going to be great. We had a LARGE bridal party and he was fantastic at rallying everyone together to make sure he got the perfect shot. Our photos turned out better than we could have imagined! We absolutely LOVE them! Jason truly captured every moment of our day from the LOVE that surrounded getting ready and the ceremony to the PARTY on the dance floor. Thank you thank you Jason! We will be referring you to all our friends and we would book you again in a heartbeat :).

our event. We planned our Chicago wedding from California and the 2 hour time difference was never a problem. He even stood in the pouring rain to get us the shot we wanted! Well practiced, professional, and timely- he will make your event effortless. I can’t recommend Jason Brown more highly! Just hire him! He is genuinely a GREAT photographer and you will be lucky to have him at your event.

nal human being. He was so sweet and thoughtful from start to finish (plus his quirkiness and sense of humor were completely perfect for my husband and me). We recently got our images back and they were even more perfect than we thought they would be; we had so many unique twists and turns on our big day and Jason managed to capture them all. Can't imagine our wedding without Jason....we really are eternally grateful!

e coordinated all of our photos and how easy he was to work with. We just got our photos back from him, and I am so blown away with how beautiful they are and how well he captured our day. I cannot wait to see the album mock-up, and would highly recommend him to anyone having a wedding in Chicago. Thank you Jason!

prior to the event to coordinate everything so it was one less thing for us to stress about. But the day of the event is where his talent and professionalism really impressed us. He makes you feel amazing when he’s shooting you with his direction and enthusiasm. He’s great at taking control and organizing people without coming off as rude or pushy. He was continually monitoring the weather so we made the best use of our time at each location and had us safely back on our bus so no one’s hair or makeup was compromised. He worked especially well with our other vendors (hair/make up, videographer, planner) to where it was a truly collaborative environment where everyone could operate and get done what they needed to do. There was no egotism or drama. Jason was truly the best person for the job and we loved working with him.

but they made everything feel comfortable and flow with the wedding day. Jason is very organized and will make sure you have all the pictures you want, and you can be sure they will be gorgeous. We absolutely love the pictures and going through them now bring back all the emotion and joy we felt that day. My sister is getting married in August and she already booked him for her wedding as well. His work is fantastic and we are happy we found him to tell our story on the best day of our lives.

n person as much as possible, knowing the person (and having them get to know you) that will be capturing the special day allowed him to take some pictures that someone who didn’t know us may not have. After that he happily gave of examples of anything we asked for, answered all of our questions, and never was pushy to have us make a decision. Seeing the pictures he took of our day was the 2nd best day of my life, he was able to capture all of the things that were so important to us, along with my goofy and silly pictures, and had no issue being a part of our massive dance party to show all of our friends and family having a blast. He took our engagement photos as well and was thrilled to meet at our favorite bar first and then explore the lakefront and park. Not only is he a true professional with his personality and work, we’re also able to call him a friend by the end of the process and couldn’t be any happier.

th Jason. He will capture every detail and moment of your event. We will definitely contact Jason if we need a photographer again.

was (and we had interviewed multiple photographers by that point). He explained each item in the various photo packages and showed us his albums and prints, so that we knew exactly what to expect. We did not want our photos on any form of social media, and he was very respectful of that and deleted that from the contract. Our engagement photos turned out amazing, and they were immediately available for us to download and print on our own. He was super prompt on our wedding day. Our wedding party, guests, everyone loved him. We haven't seen our wedding photos yet, but I have no doubt that they will turn out fabulous. He always brings a lighting assistant and has a second shooter for the wedding day. His pricing is reasonable and flexible. He is full of creative ideas and has an artistic eye. I will recommend him over and over!!

ur friends and families to capture wonderful portraits and candids, and he also took incredible photos capturing the beauty and architecture of our venue. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough - he exceeded our expectations in every way.

apturing both formal posed shots as well as candid shots of guests enjoying our Wedding. You won't be sorry choosing Jason, he's the best.

out finding a time to meet at his studio, and he's a very detailed and down-to-Earth guy who is easy to work with. Our engagement photos were amazing and it was great to get to know him better before the wedding (he brought along a lighting assistant as well, which made the photos even better as it got later in the day). At the actual wedding, he included a second shooter and lighting assistant in the package and all of the photos turned out great! We had multiple guests at the wedding comment on how impressed they were with the professionalism of our photography team. One of the best things about working with Jason is his state of the art technology. His photo quality is amazing and we ended up with a flash drive and an online gallery with over 1,500 photos. His web tools make it easy to customize albums and packages and you can tell that he spends a lot of time making sure that everything he offers is top notch. We would absolutely recommend Jason Brown Photography to all of our friends and family!

available to shoot our engagement photos and wedding. His styling was exactly what we were looking for in that he is a documentary style photographer. He makes the entire process simple and refined. I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone looking for a fantastic photographer. He captures all of the moments in such a beautiful way.

t all around Chicago and the photos came out fantastic. But what we were most thrilled about was our wedding photos which we just recently got back. I mean it when I say we couldn't have been happier. He captured the entire day just as we had envisioned it. My wife and I both have big families and he was so easy to work with and able to get photos of everyone (Not an easy accomplishment with our families). We looked at many different photographers when we started our search and what we liked most about Jason was how his pictures 'told a story'. He captures amazing moments in his photos. We had such a good experience with Jason early on, that he did my Sisters wedding 3 months later. His professionalism, artistic creativeness, and easy going personality were unmatched and he really made our day seamless. I can't encourage you enough to meet with Jason for all your wedding photography needs.

n creativity and artistic eye to all the images he took. He was friendly and warm with us and made our families and friends feel at ease. He also gave us so many photos at the end, and did so very quickly! He worked seamlessly with our other vendors and made sure that we were all on the same page with our expectations before the big day. We love the photos he took and will enjoy them for decades to come! We couldn't recommend him more. Thanks, Jason!

unicate and brainstorm with; he was warm, funny, guiding and organized! At our engagement session, he immediately put us at ease with his personality and style. We absolutely loved the photos and we were beyond impressed with his skills! The wedding photos were so amazing and they will be cherished! He really knows how to capture those important moments and tell the unique story of not just any wedding day, but our wedding day. Jason was instrumental in making sure the day flowed with ease and it was so easy spending the day with Jason and his team knowing they would make you look beautiful. Even our friends and family raved about his genuineness. We just want someone we know to get married so we can recommend him!! Thank you for capturing our wedding day.

. We found Jason through the recommendation of another photographer, and my husband and I had a great experience! He is professional, easy to communicate with, talented, and creative. Additionally, his pricing is fair, and you get all of your images from your wedding day on a digital drive. Most importantly, he was fun to work with and was even able to get my husband to lighten up and enjoy the process of taking photos. If you are looking for someone who takes great pictures, has reasonable prices, and is great to work with, Jason is your guy.

front about all the package details and worked with us to find the right fit for our needs and our budget. He had great suggestions for locations and made sure that we got the shots that were most important to us -- like the ones with our two, very excitable 50+LB dogs. On the day of the wedding, Jason and his team were on time, on point and a lot of fun. It rained on-and-off all day on my wedding day (every bride’s fear!), but Jason and team brought huge white umbrellas and assured me that we’d get all the images we wanted. We did! Whether we were in the bridal suite getting ready, on the minibus headed to our photo locales, saying “I do” or letting our hair down at the reception, Jason and his team captured all of the special moments that I have played over and over again looking through the photos. I would recommend Jason to anyone!

rience was a lot of fun. Jason has a relaxed and easy going way about him that also puts you at ease. Together we were able to come up with a shot list that incorporated locations with special meaning to us as a couple and also made for some really beautiful pictures. Jason and team also captured tons of candid shots that day of us and our guests. We would highly recommend working with J. Brown Photography to capture all the special moments of your very important day.

ofessional and had the most well rounded experience. We had an amazing time shooting with him, we couldn't be happier with the way our photos turned out. He was able to catch all the special moments of our wedding day that mattered. We absolutely love our photos! We wholeheartedly recommend Jason. His work is AMAZING and you will not be disappointed in his work.

with us because his photographs perfectly capture our memories of the day. Our wedding was a short ceremony at the Chicago Cultural Center followed by brunch at a restaurant. We only decided in the last few weeks to hire a photographer. We were looking for a photographer with a documentary style, and we were very impressed with Jason’s portfolio. Luckily for us Jason was available and was very accommodating and flexible while we were making plans for our ceremony. He was professional, easy to work with, and even arrived at our wedding before we did. He is a friendly guy and fit in with our friends at the reception. We were clueless and had no idea of what we wanted for photography. We basically only told Jason we wanted pictures of us in Chicago. He was able to take this limited instruction and gave us a wide variety of portraits that really captured the city and our personalities. Jason had a great and creative eye for posing us, and he was able to do very interesting things with the lighting for some really beautiful shots. It was obvious from his work that he has a background in photojournalism because he was able to capture some really candid moments, and it seemed like he must have been everywhere at once. Our ceremony only lasted about five minutes, but he still got lots of great shots that captured all of the smiles, tears, and emotions of the day. He also had our photos edited and ready earlier than we expected. We received many compliments from our friends, and they appreciated how easy it was to view the online albums. Jason’s photos beautifully tell the story of our day. He is a real joy to work with and makes you feel very comfortable. He was an instrumental part of making our day flow really smoothly, which is more than you can ask for on such a hectic day. We cannot recommend Jason enough, and we are thrilled with our photos.

', parents and myself he impressed me with his professionalism and organization. He had a tablet taking notes and making suggestions for the wedding. Next at our engagement session downtown, he impressed me again with his outstanding creativity, technical skill. My wife is very shy and does not always feel comfortable with being in the spotlight, but Jason and his assistant put her and myself at ease and made a cold dreary fall day a lot of fun, and the pictures came back looking like an idyllic autumn setting in the city, my family could not stop talking about the colors. Finally on our wedding day he was there early with his assistant, and associate photographer to capture my wife and myself getting ready and he had a great plan and set up for the first look moment and bridal party pix....he made a wall by a dumpster and a lobby look amazing and cool. He was great and patient with my family getting all the portrait shots with all the combinations we wanted and made really interesting use of the features of the room to make some cool shots. The rest of the day was so great, he was never in the way, caught amazing and memorable moments, didn't overuse the flash and stayed til the very end of the night. After the wedding he has worked so hard to get us our pictures in timely manner, he even managed to rush them for us so my Father could see them before he passed away 3 weeks later, and is still helping us to put together our album at our own pace. All of my family and friends still talk about him and anybody would be lucky to have him for their events. -Michael Grossman 8/8/16

ure the wedding from a very experienced perspective. And Jason understands that every wedding has its own unique character and he makes that come through clearly in the pictures.

g through his portfolio books that he would be amazing. He has such a creative eye for photography, it is a special talent. Jason and his crew captured the moments of emotion of joy, laughter, and love with such a beautiful journalistic eye that looking back through them brings back all the emotions of those moments in time of the crazy amazing fairy tail day that seemed to go by so quickly but now with these photos we can relive those moments with just a glance. Jason was great to work with he was flexible with scheduling and even made sure that he could still accommodate us when we had to move up our wedding date. His professionalism and creativity puts you at ease with confidence that he is capturing the moments in an amazing way. We can't stop looking through our wedding photos, it is so hard to choose what photos we want to print since there are SO MANY AMAZING PHOTOS! J.BrownPhotography was worth every penny and more! Thank you Jason and crew for such and amazing job capturing our wedding!

g find a photographer who truly captured the emotion of joy, laughter, and love. That is exactly what we got from Jason's beautiful pictures! We hired Jason for our engagement picture, the rehearsal dinner and the wedding! I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out, the moments that you anticipate to have captured on camera plus a lot of uncandid shots of everyone and everything. Jason is a pleasure to work with he is easy to communicate with, schedule with, and comfortable to be around so the photo shoots are not forced or posed, his talent comes so freely and it translates to all the amazing pictures he takes. He is also such a genuine person who absolutely adores his job and its more than evident from the pictures he takes! There was not a moment on our wedding day that was not captured. I highly highly recommend Jason! You will not regret hiring Jason.

ery budget and most of his wedding packages include an engagement session.

al shots as well as some amazing candids. He even managed to make pictures in the rain with umbrellas look fantastic! I think he does kids and other photograph as well but I would highly reccommend him for weddings/ engagements. If he is still doing this when we have kids we'll use him for that as well!
